Dr. Faught and his kind staff are exceedingly patient, thorough, skilled, and clear. I appreciated the time they all took to explain procedures, costs, and options. Im impressed with his ability to save a tooth I thought would need to be pulled. The atmosphere is also very calm and soothing. Recommending him to all my colleagues and friends from here on.

I have had my teeth cleaned by both Sam and Suzy! The Hill team is absolutely amazing and they make you feel like family when you’re there. Dr. Faught really cares about his patients and takes the time to build rapport with them! I can’t wait for my next visit!

Very nice staff, Dr.Faught knows what he’s doing! Goes above meeting expectations of patient needs. Example; I needed a crown and he chose whiter color rather than color to blend in with my other teeth. I was pleased with this because the last dentist I had wanted to put the darker color in after letting me choose. I argued about it because as a child I was teased about my teeth, they were stained from an antibiotic I took when I was young. I’ve even had them bleached.

Susie did a great job cleaning my teeth and coaching me on different ways that I can improve my dental care. She was friendly and very helpful. I was even sent home with a goodie bag complete with floss, toothpaste, and a new toothbrush.

Dr. Faught is great, tons of experience and knowledge that hes happy to share and educate his patients. Love my hygienist Suzy, shes very thorough and I love her dad jokes! Lovely receptionist Karlie is always so sweet and very accommodating. My girl Dawn Marie has all the answers having to do with insurance and is such a patient advocate. Best team to trust for your dental care!

Hill Dental is a wonderful place! Dr. Faught and Dr. Shoe are truly amazing-as is the rest of the staff!! Ms. Sam will make you bleed but youll leave knowing youre teeth are shining bright!! When your teeth are in need this is the place to be! 😉

I have seen Doctor Faught in the past at another location in another town. He moved away but I was able to connect with him and keep him as my primary care dentist. He is a long distance from me now but he is EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE in his field and gives EXCELLENT care so it is well worth the drive to receive treatment from an expert. At his old location he had a good staff working for him but at this new location, I couldnt be happier. The front desk staff both are very friendly and professional and accurate at all the paperwork involved. His personal Assistant Jontasia is new to the company but is very friendly and also gives Excellent care. I am currently 60 years old and Dr Faught is the best I have ever seen!

Best experience ever! Dr Faught fixed my implant problem at one appointment, Dr Hill tried to fix it in the past 2 years.. Friendly staff, very professional, and they do not collect everything at the front.. I am very glad they took it over and I stayed. Suzy, the hygienist, very thorough and funny too, she gave me more details on the X rays..which was never taken before. She and Dr Faught found some problems which has been missed for a long time..very happy that i got all my problems fixed in a very short period of time, and no need to see specialist extra money to spend ectra money.. Best dental office ever!!

IF I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!!!! I have been a patient of Hill Dentistry forever. The Hill family ran a first class operation. Its a shame to have there name associated with this business. My visit to Faught was disappointing, the cleaning was notthoughral and complete as compared to Hill staff. I have to get my teeth cleaned again. Faught did not even do a thoughral check either.. Beware that none of the Hill staff is employed there anymore, wich should be your first sign.

After taking over what was the best dental practice in Champaign I have to say I had a less than stellar experience there.The lobby is unwelcoming due to covid. Both the dentist and the oral hygienist I found to be condescending. These people need sensitivity training.I had extensive work done on my teeth over the past year and had to take out a molar due to no fault of my own. (An endodontist did a root canal on the wrong tooth and it ended up getting infected.)They proceeded to lecture me on oral hygiene. Then laughed and joked that “I wouldn’t want to lose any more teeth.” It was humiliating to say the least.

I am very upset at the new policies of this practice as I was a patient of dr. Kate Hill and had extensive work performed prior to the covid outbreak. After the outbreak forced the business to come to a temporary halt I have been trying to get the work that was done prior corrected as it was not done and was supposed to be under warranty and fixed.hill dentistry has new owners and The new receptionist had told me that they will not honor any work done incorrectly and I would have to pay out of pocket to fix what I already paid for. Now Im left with no way to reach out to the dentist that provided the work. The receptionist also hung up on me and accused me of making threats after I expressed my concerns and explained to them I would be leaving a review of their practice. Very unprofessional. No threats, no vulgar language, and no intent of any harm was ever intended. Im a concerned patient who is in need of corrected dental work for work that was already paid for and was supposed to be able to trust this practice . Hill dentistry is definitely in need of some compassion. Im not made of money. Kate hill please contact me . I appreciate the service you provided and always had great work done through you. Im sad to hear your leaving and lost now that your warranty in not valid im the new owners agenda.

Long history of great care ; they care about you and can refer you to good providers of other related providers for specialty skills. They will listen and deal with any concern you have so feel free to ask if you think there is a problem.

My regular dentist was on vacation and they referred me to Dr. Hill to fix a crown that came loose. Dr. Hill and her staff did an excellent job and I couldnt be happier. Highly recommended.
