Staff was not helpful at all. Explained it was my 1st time in there. Didnt tell me where to go after check in. Then at the counter, the employee was no help picking something out. A menu would have been helpful. I saw what i think was the mgr. They did not seem to care either. I would not recommend going there.

Came in on a busy Saturday morning, seemed very hectic. I was helped by Alex p and although the all around atmosphere was crazy he took his time and thoroughly explained each item I asked about. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I definitely recommend sunnyside Champaign.

Great service ... They need to update there store system to connect your points from Sunnyside Phoenix Arizona to Champaign Illinois. Youll figure out you cant use your points from a Sunnyside from another state. Thats crazy por que why not? Your points should follow you at whatever Sunnyside Cannabis Dispensary store you decide to use...

Good flowers, but very pricey. Pretty much a DMV experience, no menus , can’t look or smell anything. I’ll spend my money In Michigan, best dispensaries in the country.

I use the flower for severe chronic pain in my neck. I dont have a medical card so Im probably missing out on better flowers that help with pain, but the flowers they sell for the public at least helps me fall asleep at night faster. Please be responsible smoking or using edibles. I dont recommended using machinery that needs a sober mind or using it at work. Its best for Leisure time at home or a friends house. Have a sober driver take you home.

Long time customer, never any issue, but today when I purchased these two products and saw such a difference in amount I reached out too corporate and was told that they were the same amounts just trimmed different, yet both say popcorn, I have a hard time understanding that. Went in with my fiancé, didn’t know what to expect as we were in town visiting from out of state and have never been to a dispensary. It was kind of confusing at first but our cashier Alexander p. Made everything easy. Had wonderful recommendations and lots of knowledge on cannabis products. Wonderful experience and will be back before the trip is over!

WAY Over priced. no menu or prices on site. Security felt like a prison. Terrible vibe and far too much packaging. Bud tender was nice (no tips accepted also problematic), but overall experience was a real bummer. Would not recommend or shop here again. One tender had nose exposed, but asked a woman who came in to put her mask on. Another great example of corporate America profiting while so many are still suffering and/or incarcerated. Boooooooo just call your dealer.

They have a security guard in the parking lot harassing people on where they park and if they have a mask. Not casual or convenient at all feels like your walking into a government facility or something. NuEra makes the experience 10x more comfortable. Not going back to sunny side.

Went to Sunnyside as a medical patient and they said I went over my limit and I didn’t. Went to NuEra and they took care of me very well. Didn’t even want to work with me at sunny side. Definitely never going back. Sent me out the door empty handed.

Sunnyside in Champaign was great experience. Paris, a young lady behind the counter was extremely helpful to me. I had no idea what my limits were or what to buy. Great customer oriented employee. Did an excellent job.

The product is always on point, the wait is never long (Im a medical patient, so I cant really say about the recreational wait times,) and the staff is incredibly friendly, immensely patient, and hella helpful. Great staff and customer service. Products and prices are a joke. They are charging top shelf prices for EVERY product! 50% of their products are subpar quality. DO NOT buy flowers from them. They are grown terribly and are not cured correctly. Most of the flower smells like chlorophyll and has no flavor. If it’s not grown correctly, I don’t trust their potency testing either. $30/g for flower that smells and tastes like hay?! No thank you!

I had been having a really rough week after having ankle surgery. I had called to see if curbside pickup was an option. The lady said unfortunately due to illinois laws, they cannot offer curbside services. she also said hope you feel better queen. upon arriving to pickup my order, the security guard offered me a wheelchair and opened all of the doors for me! Really kind and wonderful service here. They turned my day around for sure. Love being a medical patient and having Sunnyside as my pharmacy!

This was my first time making in to sunnyside as I’ve been a long time customer at nuera, that is about to change! I was helped by Alexander p. And he was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable on all things cannabis. That 707 headband shake was top notch just as he suggested!

What is up with Illinois prices? They are 3-5 times higher than Denver, Vegas, Cali ... even Michigan who is new to the game smokes Ill on their prices. In Vegas/Denver carts are under $20, wax is usually $20-30 G, quarters are $54 in Vegas and $48 in the D ... yall are selling $25-30 for a G of average weed! Cmon people, it has been a couple years now, get with it. $100 for a G of wax is INSANE!!!

The website is extremely easy to use. Service inside the store is streamline and very friendly. However security is very tight so you better have your online order ready or might as well turn your butt around. Overall quality of products is top notch. Live 50 minutes away.. Made orders being very careful about limits. Wrote everything down. Tried to call 5 X to confirm things were ok. And if lotions counted toward concentrates or edibles. No one picked up. When we got there they had totally screwed up our orders and tried shuffling things between orders but wouldnt explain what the amounts were in each item. They lost an order list between handing it to my husband and fulfilling it. I tried to show them my paper 5 X that had amounts. They never wanted to see it.. They said we went over because of CBD which shouldnt count toward limits.. Left with $350 worth of items not fulfilled. 10 employees but they outsource calls to call center and its busy constantly so you cant get through. There are plenty of people available to answer the phone in Champaign. Several standing around.Call people if their order needs to be messed with so much before arriving. I did my homework for an hour to make sure that didnt happen and it did anyway and they ignored my homework. Time to try Springfield instead. I had to call them to ask question anyway.. they gave answers that were different from Champaign as far as what qualifies under what category.

I came in from out of state and the online wasn’t accurate to what I could buy my order had to be changed when I got to the counter. Ended up getting 1 gram dab and rso. The tax is high but atleast the online site tells you what it will be so you can be prepared. Be careful when using debit cards you will be charged 3 dollars by the dispensary and 2 dollars on your card so 5 dollars total.

Just popped in last week. Friendly staff, clean store. First place Ive gone too where they show you the flower before bagging it. Adam was my cashier, and he was able to help give me some suggestions on new products to try out next time around.Only reason this is 4 stars instead of 5 is preroll product selection. I like buying the verano 5 packs, and it would save me a trip to Danville if you guys could start carrying those! I havent found anywhere else that carries the.. Wedding cake and mag landrace please! It takes about 2 to 3 weeks to find them once they go out.

I am a medical patient at another dispensary. I put in an online order this morning at Sunnyside, for a product, Green Line OG, that is $65 for 3.5 g. at my dispensary (med price) and it is also a product that is never stocked in either popcorn or shake, at my dispensary. It really helps my inflammation. So I just expected to pay the adult use price of $205 for 14 g of popcorn with my Sunnyside order. Popcorn in 14 g at my dispensary is always three bills, btw.I had previously complained to Sunnyside corporate about their store not being very med patient friendly and they told me to come back in and I would get a big discount blah blah blah but actually yes, today I went early, it was not difficult, it was pretty pleasant, and I got a $60 discount on my order without even saying anything....was I pleasantly surprised? Thanks Sunnyside, for being true to your word.

Order online ahead and pick up only. Ive been to dispensaries in other states where you can go in and shop around or at least have a staff member explain what it is youre buying. None of that here. We didnt know how the system here worked and felt like we were holding up the line because we didnt know you needed to have an order placed ahead of time. Its legal weed though so I cant complain 🤷

Always a happy customer when I have visited any Sunnyside location in Illinois. Every employee was super nice and pretty knowledgeable.. Regardless of which store I visited (been to 3 or 4).. and whether youre looking for sativa or indica, edible or flower, ect. It will not leave you disappointed. Worth the 2.5 hour trip. Hopefully I can find the time this weekend to come visit with my neighbors to the west. 👍👍

People are friendly. The menu for adult use is large and always updated. The place itself is spacious and everything is covid safe. It would be nice if they decorated the space a little more but its getting there!

Being one of the main staples in the marijuana business in Illinois State sadly is also the greediest. Everyone has a choice and although it may be true that there are other options out there and dispensaries throughout the state, Sunnyside and its stores have to be one of the few dispensaries in the state that charge top dollar for all of their products yet offer no real customer loyalty program(recreational) incentives like a point system or a way their loyal customers can save money and when you see their discounts they are few and far between and mediocre at best. I have found their customer service experience to be typical I wouldnt say they are any more or less accommodating than anywhere else. I know the Danville store brings in six figures daily easily. With that kind of revenue alone consistently and not offer some kind of reward for customers as an appreciation is grossly unconscionable imo.

I ordered online today and when I got there and they rang up my items, 3/3 did not ring up correctly. I had to pull up the menu on my phone to show the cashier each item that was rung up incorrectly and if I didnt she wasnt going to change the price to correct so make sure you double check what youre getting/ordering and your total lol.

My first visit. Although it is a very controlled enviornment the procedures were clear and doable. Expensive, but this state needs the revenue to recover from horrible pension debt. More outlets might help. Not a bad experience.
