I took my son there to get an Ear, Eye and Dental evaluation for school. Although we had a pediatrician, we couldnt get an appointment soon enough. So I took him there.The wait was way longer than I was comfortable with. When we were being worked up by the nurse I was asked to leave so they could question him. I didnt like it but didnt want to seem as if I had anything to hide.Next we met with the doctor who also asked me to leave the room. By this time I had to wonder if there was something going on that I didnt know about.My son chose not to speak with the doctor when they were alone so she said he needed to talk to their behavioral psychologist. She also said that his blood pressure was dangerously high and that he needed emergency intervention and to follow up with her in a week and then a week after that . That we might need medical assistance if it didnt resolve by then.I followed up with my pediatrician and found that his blood pressure was perfect and we have not had any abnormal pressures in 3 months.I didnt like the sense of oppressive, authoritarian superiority that I felt directed at me. Ultimately I dont trust the doctor, her intentions or her process.I noticed that most of the patients there are Spanish speaking, possibly lower income families.It is easy enough for me and my child to stay away but I am concerned about the potential for abuse or overreach by this doctor and or facility.

Worst protocol of getting patients WITH INSURANCE in and taken care of.With all the things happening with COVID, they are not accepting virtual appts but want to abide by “doing your part in regard to ensuring results on a COVID test.”On top of this, there was a lack of communication from an appt that was missed due to be told I was able to do it virtually, but never received a call back.Next appt, I went in person, e-checked in while waiting in line that is shared with ALL appts (including walk-ins), so the e-check is pointless.They tried to tell me I was late after standing in line for 15 minutes & told me I needed to be there 30 min before my appt.This is a patient that is covered by insurance & getting treated like anyone else.I’ve been coming here for 2 years and the customer service gets worse and worse!Don’t go the easy route in regard to insurance, just find a doctor who has an organized office AND staff.

I have been coming here for 3 years. Today i go to my son Drs eye appointment. I checked in. They saw me with my two kids. Them when the nurse came out and called my sons name. She looks at me and asks if I have anyone to watch my daughter. And i tell her no. Then she goes and tells me that they cannot see me. It needs to be just me and the kid with the appointment. I Never had an issue with this. I told her that I wasnt told this when I made the appointment. And she tells me its something that is assumed. This infuriates me so much. Why not have a sign everywhere saying this? Why not leave it in the voicemail i got reminding me about appointment. Why didnt the front desk ladies say anything?? Will not be going back.

The clinical care I receive is beyond exceptional. My son has been with his physician since birth. I was bummed when I found out the Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta primary care office was closing but I felt comfortable knowing his clinicians were joining this location. My only discrepancy with this office is getting ahold of someone to schedule an appointment. EVERY time I call I am waiting to speak with a scheduler for over an hour. For this to be a pediatric office, this wait time is unacceptable! Families are reaching out to your office in their most vulnerable state. Waiting for long periods of time only adds onto their frustrations! This is strongly urging me to seek external care for my child.

Financial advisors are rude and dismissive. I have wasted my time here twice. They give you an appointment time don’t call your name on time and then look at you like you are late and have to reschedule. This location is the worst. I never have these problems at city of refuge I am treated like family every time!

My mom has been out of her prescriptions for over a month because they wont issue the renewal to the pharmacy nor pick up the phone to give her an appointment with her doctor. If you are not interested in taking care of her just let us know and well find another place. This is outrageous.

Terrible experience. The financial advisor is terribly rude and won’t even take time to sit you down in her office and talk to you privately. She’ll just stand there with her arms crossed and in a very loud voice, talk about your situation in front of the whole waiting area. Be glad that it’s only financial and not medical; that would be a violation of HIPPA.

Pediatrics you cant beat it anywhere. Even when we had no insurance we were on a sliding scale fee. Now we are insured it is just that much easier. I personally did not want to go to another pediatrician because Dr. Ali is great. Im so happy that I chose this clinic over another private clinic for my kids. I will stay here until my kids are grown!

The women at Mercy Care went exceedingly beyond my expectations! They were very kind and showed concern for my needs. I walked in without an appointment and walked out with my medications that I had ran out of. I am so grateful for the help they offered me. I will recommend this place to anyone who ever needs help!!

Terrible front desk personnel. A week ago i went and was in front of a lady for almost 5 minutes and she did not even aknowledge us and didnt even say Hello or anything until I asked her if she could help us and even after that she was very rude and not friendly at all. Then today 3/27 my mom had an appointment at 1pm and they told her to sign in and take a seat and so she did, then she sat there for more than 2 hours waiting to be called and no one ever called her so she went to the window and asked them why they had not called her yet and nobody seemed to know why so my mom had to wait for them to figure it out and they told her because she had been late a couple of minutes they were not going to see her. So they had her waiting for almost 3 hours to tell her that she was late and they were not going to see her, that is terrible patient care. I work in the medical field and i know that is totally unacceptable. If the patient is late and will not be seen the patient is supposed to be informed of such and should not have to sit there without knowing what is going on. I am very disappointed and my mom was so upset that she left the place crying.

I came here as a new walk-in patient. I came around 7 and since it was my first time I didn’t know I had to sign in. The lady didn’t notify me so as I saw people walking in and being called I was wondering what was wrong. They finally then told me I had to sign in. And since I was a walk-in patient they didn’t try to acknowledge me. I had to go up to them and get it down because they didn’t want to call me up. ( i ended up signing in) but still it’s now 9:30 and I’m still here waiting with no help. The staff is nice except the lady (blonde hair with glasses) that didn’t attend me well at all. Not professional at all! Recommend this place but just get ready to wait hours

I had an appointment to register as a new patient for my first time. At my appointment, I was scheduled to see a medical doctor instead of a dental doctor as I requested. The dental office were kind enough to squeeze me in.However, when they saw me, I feel as they were not as pleasant. I felt like I was being rushed just because I was squeezed in. I paid a visit fee and deserved to be treated like any other patient who was being seen. My tooth was very loose and I needed an extraction. After they put the numbing medicine in my mouth, they barely utilized the suction and were angrily telling me to swallow my silava and blood. I was laying down and was not able to swallow excessive silava and blood which I intentionally was not causing. As I was waiting in my chair, I really needed to spit so I spat in a nearby trash can. When the nurse returned noticing, she aggresively yelled at me while clealy seeing me in pain in a volume anyone from a distant could hear like I was a child or animal. Out of wanting the service to be done without pain caused by anger, I did not react and apologized to calm her down which a patient should never have to do. After my tooth was extracted and blood was gushing out, the doctor (from my guess) and nurse were telling me to swallow my blood instead of using their suction. Their argument was that its my blood and that I should be able to swallow it. I can not keep swallowing blood that is continually pouring out that could fill up a glass. It was not until I coughed and about to choke that they put the suction in my mouth. During the whole procedure, both of them were talking to me in a way I did not like mor comfortable with; although I did not show I was bothered at the time, I was indeed shocked. They both did not respect me as not only a patient but also as a human being.It was my first time getting an extraction, I feel my experience could have been less difficult. I have seen dentists before and never have I been told to swallow my saliva or blood nor has a dentist or nurse ever been hostile against me for having saliva or blood and not swallowing it. Is it not natural and is that not the reason suctions are for? This is definitely a first for me as well as a surprise for anyone I tell including students of dentistry that I know. Im not sure if they are used to behaving this way with non-English speakers who they know can not communicate or what the case is. I understand that the goal and mission of Mercy Care is to provide exceptional medical care regardless of insurance or income status. I believe it should not be of as the saying you get what you pay for. Patients should still get quality care even if they are receiving free or discounted care.

Terrible service I wait a month for the first appointment and I go do some tests that are in 3 days, then I had to wait another month to follow up on my problem I arrived and resolved that the test did not appear and Dr. Astrid Rozo Rivera told me that He would call me so as not to make the situation long until today they never called me ... Unfortunately, they do not provide a human service where true help is provided to patients. The two ladies at the reception are quite heavy. Today I had my appointment at 12:30 noon. I made a mistake and went to mercy care in Decatur. From there they sent me to Peachtree. Arrive at 12:50. For a mistake that can happen to anyone. I announced myself at the window and explained why I was late and they told me I had to do the line. When my turn finally came, it was 1:20 and the lady at the window said no to that moment. That they werent going to attend to me because it was already late. I replied that I had arrived at 12.50 and that she sent me to do the line. But he said it didnt matter. I asked her if the doctor had already left and she said no, she was there. But that was not the time. ☹️☹️☹️By a mistake and for 20 minutes I missed the appointment for which I had waited more than a month. I really do not see the humanitarian quality of the people who care for patients who are obviously sick at Mercy Care otherwise we would not be there.

A lot of waiting time they told me that it will arrive 30 minutes before the appointment time 2:20 they passed me to 3:10 I waited in total 1 hour 20 minutes so that they will leave me another 36 minutes until the pediatrician arrived I do not know who its the nurse or pediatricians fault because hes just waiting to be told that the patient is ready. EXCELLENT attention from the Pediatrician

On Friday, May 6, I had an appointment at 10:00 am with the finance company. It was a terrible service from the financier Karla Landa and the lady who treats the financial counselor in pediatrics (karen Pardon) It is a terrible service from both of them, I generally never go to the doctor as long as I dont go through them. Once I went, I tried to bring EVERYTHING required because they always put obstacles in your way, and it is very easy for them to say make an appointment again and come back when you have everything.I brought the full application of my son, husband and mine, but they did not receive my husbands application or mine. they only wanted my sons. The electricity bill, my identification and the proof of income letter (which was the problem) on the phone told me to do it my husband and it was as they said and when I was there they denied it because it needed to be written by him Pattern. And that bothered me a lot because I called and made sure.When I asked Miss KARLA if she could make an appointment for me, she refused to help me she just told me we are very busy and I asked her then how would she make the appointment? I just answered, You will have to call us and I even told him but if I call it takes a long time and he answered, Yes, we are busy. Then she realized that she was busy but to speak with the pediatric counselor (Karen Pardon). This is the 2 time something like this has happened to me. Please write to whoever reads this will call the attention of those who are in charge of financing and pediatric counseling. They did it to me twice, but how many people dont do it on a daily basis and keep quiet just like me.

I am a single mother and I have to be with my child wherever I go, I was waiting a long time for my appointment so that in the end they will tell me that because I have the child they will not understand me, they should be aware that this type of situation, They made me feel so bad and they are terrible when you call for an appointment, I called 9 times and they did not answer me. Terrible service, they leave you waiting for more than 1 hour, and when they answer you they hang up on you, the truth is that they are not asking for a favor, it is their job and that is why they are being paid.I will not go anymore I will look for another health provider who has love for their work and patients. They treat you like that because one is Hispanic !!! Very bad I do not recommend it.

I arrived at 1:00 to my dental appointment as they had scheduled it for me, they left me waiting for 50 minutes and then they called me and told me that if the next patient did not arrive they could attend me, but to reschedule, because they called before the schedule time. It is a lack of respect, I arrived on time for my appointment and they did not attend to me or inform me what was happening until almost an hour later. Very bad service.

I went to the clinic because I had a very strong pain in my right breast 5 days without sleep I felt burning and very strong pain the doctor did not even check my breast did not give me anything to calm the pain just gave me an appointment for 1 month later to a mammogram now my breast is about to explode is an infection of excess and the nurses also did not inject the vaccines that the doctor had prescribed when I left, I asked why I had not put the indicated by the doctor

They give you appointments 2 months later or more and even when the appointment comes, they are delayed to attend. If I have an appointment on the 9th, I hope and I will be served on the 9th, not 10th. VERY BAD attention. Get better people

They never have appointments until 3 or 4 months later or they should not receive more new patients than they can attend x year ... because in 3 or 4 months they give you an appointment and that being patient you could have already died and they are worth (I called for an appointment because I could not stand the pain in my ears and head and they gave it to me 4 months later and I had to specify what I wanted the appointment for which I told the lady and if at that time I died or I cured and she said well if you want it 🤷♀️) I went to another side better ... apart from that they rarely answer and even if you are in the clinic and by appointment they take a lot to take you into account and assist you. Today for example my mom to call and call before and nothing good until today they answered she is also patient of the clinic and it is wrong and it takes time to see her doctor thinks that it is better because the doctor already has a history of her well the appointment they gave him is for the end of September and we are in July bone that I say that this clinic is not good option .. and I do not say that the doctors are bad ... they do what they can and they take care of you the problem is that they have excess of patients, the system and some front desk

I have 4 days trying to call for an appointment, when I wait approximately 10 minutes there is no one who speaks Spanish they told me that they have people who speak Spanish but they are never there, I went personally to ask for the appointment and they do not give, it only has to be done by phone, they have a 9 mark option to leave a message and it does not work ... This day I had an appointment scheduled to see the doctor who treated me 6 months ago. She asked me to follow up for 6 months so I called and scheduled an appointment. The doctor who sees me is going to stop seeing patients, so go ahead with my appointment so she could see me one last time. I did everything necessary to be in the clinic early and with time. I registered and they charged me only so that at the time of my appointment they told me that they could not attend me because the doctor was not in the clinic today. When I asked them why they did not tell me, they told me that the automatic system should have contacted me to communicate about the change but the day before I received a call CONFIRMING my appointment for the same day. I understand that the clinic may be occupied but I am a patient with rights, I am paying, and following the rules of presenting myself on time. I feel that by canceling my appointment without any notice, I am being treated as a second-class patient or that they were giving me the services as if I were taking care of them. It really bothered me the situation. My son-in-law lost his day of work so that I could present myself to my office and have my appointment canceled without any warning and when I am present in the clinic it is distasteful and inconsiderate to the effort that I as a patient have put in the care of my health following the advice of my doctor. I think that everything was very disorganized and the care that is given to the patient in fulfilling the services for which one is paying is in great need of improvement. The mission of the organization is admired but they have very poor compliance when canceling patient appointments without notice. I hope this improves because if I happen to me I imagine that it happens to many who also with effort fulfill their responsibilities as patients.

Before there was good care, now it is very bad care several times they have made an appointment for my mother on a certain date, my mother comes to the appointment and they tell her that she does not have an appointment, then they make another appointment and when she arrives again they tell her again who does not have an appointment and last year I wanted to renew my status in the clinic and the ladies who attend the clinic made a big scandal for a blank sheet of paper that I needed to put my data to renew, they wanted me to come to my house to Bring a paper to fill the page with my data so with that scandal they made for a paper or crazy I renewed my status in the clinic the plandemic has them crazy
