I began electrolysis treatment with Voncille in May of 2019 and she set my expectations of it taking approximately 2 years to eliminate all of the hair I had on my face, neck and chin. Within the first few treatments my facial hair stopped growing all together, but because I had excessive hair growing from my neck and chin, the process has taken a little longer. When Covid-19 shut down the country in March of 2020 I canceled all of my appointments, however I resumed treatments in January of 2021 and my goodness, my face, chin and neck looks amazing. Instead of having to shave daily, I shave once a week because the hair is so scarce. Prior to electrolysis treatments I used to wear foundation to conceal my facial, chin and neck hair that would poke out throughout the day, but for the past year and a half I havent worn any.Before visiting Voncille in 2019 I used to pluck my face, neck and chin to remove hair which resulted in severe dark spots, but as soon as I began electrolysis treatments and realized that it was actually working, I quit plucking my skin and my dark spots cleared in a period of 3-4 months. Prior to starting electrolysis treatments with Voncille I had laser hair removal treatments over a period of 4 months, and not only did it cause me to develop more dark spots, it only masked the hair follicle for a short period of time; resulting in my hair growing back more aggressively. Please know that laser hair removal is only temporary - it only puts the hair follicle to sleep for a short period of time. Electrolysis treatments actually kills the hair follicle over a series of treatments, and is PERMANENT, but please dont look for a quick fix - it takes time and depending on how excessive your hair grows.Voncille is very knowledgeable of all skin types and shades and has been in this business for over 25+ years. Shes very engaging and professional at the same time. I should be complete with my treatments by the end of year and Ill truly miss her.

Voncille is absolutely wonderful. She is an excellent blend of professional and personal. I have had horrible, manly facial hair for as long as I can remember and she is a God sent. If you are on the fence, at least go in for the consultation; she is thorough in her explanations and does her best to make clients feel at ease!

Im so glad I discovered Voncille around three years ago! Ive suffered several electrologists over more than three decades (persistent problem), and shes the only one I dont dread visiting, thanks to her technique and latest technology. :-) Shes very thorough and honest. Ive never gone to any business that wouldnt accept tips. (That undercurrent of pressure to do so is strong).Id expected my last visit weeks ago to be lengthy, and she mustve finished in 20 minutes or less. I checked the mag mirror after washing my face that evening, and every single hair was gone.Shed also advised me on inexpensive skin care that has saved me hundreds of dollars! I was on prescription compounds for my face for around five-plus years, and now I only use mild facial soap, witch hazel, white aloe and egg whites as directed by her. This has worked for over two years now!Thank God for Voncille in my life!

Prompt and professional, make an appointment and walk away with tons of information and lots less hair. Keep going to achieve permanent results. Electrolysis is the only permanent solution to remove unwanted hair. Put down the tweezers and pick up the phone!

Had a great experience with them. Ive been seeing them for a while and have noticed that a patch of hair hasnt grown back since the first appointment. I still have some more hair in other areas but I can see a difference. The prices are reasonable as well. Voncille and Jani are super nice and professional. The staff are very welcoming and it feels like another home. I totally recommend them.

Voncille is very professional. My hair growth rate greatly decreased immediately. Im almost done with my treatment and am excited to say that almost all of the hair is gone. It was definitely worth every penny and I couldnt be happier. If you are on the fence about trying electrolysis you should give it a try! This is the only thing that has worked for me.

I have received 3 treatments with Voncille and in my opinion she is the best hair removal specialist in the Atlanta area. I have previously received hair removal services from another provider and had poor results. I can already see significant results with Voncille after 3 treatments! Also, the office personnel are friendly and helpful. The office is one of the cleanest offices I have ever seen in all of my health care visits to other professionals. Ive been seeing Jani and Vonceille for a while now. Most of the hairs are gone. They have excellent customer service and they really know what they are doing.I have never had anyone tell me about the after care of my skin after a session and that has made a really big difference. In fact, today I ran into a coworker today and she said, wow, your skin looks really great! What are you doing? I had just had electrolysis on Wednesday and did my after care like I was instructed to.I get complements on my skin all of the time. Especially since most of the hair has thinned and/or has gone away. The ingrown hairs are mostly gone so I am not picking at my face scarring it up.Thanks everyone at PES. I am very happy with the service I have received and extremely happy with the way my skin looks.

This place is great! The owner and her employees really know what they are doing. They are professionnal and really knowledgeable!

I have been going to PES for 5 years now, probably close to 300 hours so I know them very well. I am very pleased with my results and the quality of the PES team.First, they really know Electrolysis and will use all 3 techniques, thermolysis, galvanic, and blend instead of just one. I have friends who have gone to shops that only use thermolysis and their treatment sites and red and swollen for a day or two afterwards. After an hour with Voncille, you cant tell that I have had any signs of a reaction.They go the extra mile. At the end of each treatment on my face she does cataphoresis on the treatment area that stimulates collagen growth. I get a lot of compliments on my skin and I am convinced that these treatments are making the difference.I am almost done with my face and I couldnt be happier with the partnership with PES.

Horrible.. they pluck your hair, something that should never be done while doing electrolysis. It can damage your skin and scar you for life! They also tell you that it will take multiple years to be done, LIES! Save your time and money and go somewhere else!UPDATE: I started going to a different place and Ive seen WAY more progress in just two visits than I saw in multiple visits with Voncille. I dont have to shave my hair anymore, but with Voncille she was encouraging me to shave (so more hair can keep coming back OBVIOUSLY) so sad! Please dont go here! Granted, Voncille is sweet and nice to talk to but shes clearly a manipulator, and the same goes for her staff.
