All of the people at Deceased Pet Care are extremely kind, loving and compassionate. They have beautiful facilities, and take great care with everything they do. We have used their services several times over the years, and I would not go anywhere else. My husband and I are grateful for their services. I highly recommend them.

This was my first time losing a dog. It has been very painful, but the people running Deceased Pet Care were very comforting, warm and kind. They are wonderful during such a heart breaking time. They came to my vet so that I would not have to make the drive (an extra charge Im sure, but worth the safety of not driving while crying). While losing two of my beloved pets in such a short time has been incredibly difficult, Deceased Pet Care made my experience as pleasant as possible.Their counselor, Lenee, worked with me both times and is the most patient and compassionate person to work with. She remembered me and my kitty, Stella, when I used their service the second time for my dog, Penny. She helped me navigate the website to chose the memorial items that I wanted and allowed me ample time to make decisions.Throughout the process, I genuinely felt that my pets were in the best possible care and that they were being treated with respect and dignity.

Decreased Per Care took great care of my pet and returned his remains in a lovely carved box and a beautiful carrying bag with his name to ensure it was my pet. The staff was very helpful in helping me make the right decisions on memorial products. They were kind and understanding. I highly recommend them for taking care of your pet when they pass away. So sad but very loving people who understand your pain.

Amazing experience with Deceased Pet Care. We had to euthanize our beloved Pearl at our home (also had a great vet from Paws to Wings perform an in-home euthanasia for us), and were directed to use Deceased Pet Care to take care of our cremation needs. My husband and I were very impressed with their kindness, patience, and efficiency. We were never left wondering where our sweet Pearl was. We were informed about everything that was happening with him and we were given in-depth directions about the process of his cremation. I spent an hour on the phone with one employee, Lenee, who was so caring and patient with me as I picked out what memorial items I wanted. When I chose jewelry, she helped me pick out the perfect engravings for the pendants and never once showed any sign of impatience or annoyance at how long it was taking me. She was happy to help me and keep me calm while I was very heartbroken and trying to make decisions. When I realized I wanted to include a blanket with Pearl for him to be cremated with, she said no problem at all and took care of getting me to drop the blanket off at the right place and she took care of getting it to Pearl and making sure he wouldn’t be cremated without it. She also assured me that they had ash tracking so that I would absolutely end up with Pearl and not another pet. When I went to pick up Pearl’s ashes, there was a kind man who presented Pearl to us and took care of us while we were there. We were never rushed or ignored. Excellent place (except for the death circumstances leading you to need them) to use. They really know what they’re doing and how to keep you comfortable during such a difficult time.

With going through such a tough time losing a pet/family member, Deceased Pet Care has been so very courteous, kind and respectful. We have used their cremation services 2x for our elderly companions. Weve had the best experience possible under the circumstances and highly recommend them for anyone in the same situation.

Unfortunately my dachshund boy of 16.5 years passed tragically and was picked up by DPC and dropped back off at our vet so I didnt see first hand. On june 11th my dachshund girl, his litter sister passed away, And I chose to take her there myself, from the time I walked in I felt a peace, they were awesome. They took us to a room with a cradle and told us to take as much time with my baby as needed. It was harder then I could imagine leaving her there. However tgey made me feel at peace.

My 14 yr old Jack Russell, Otis, had to be euthanized due to liver cancer. Many of you can imagine the sadness and pain of losing a pet (family member) after that many years. I had to go it alone when it came time to put him down. Deceased Pet Care was recommended by my Vet so I used them for the first time. The process went really well. They picked him up and processed his remains. They are very respectful, empathetic, and professional. When I picked up his remains, I was treated with care and respect. The box he was in, certificate, and the paw print are well done and offer as much comfort as they can. Although our vet recommended another crematory, we had good experiences here in the past so I returned to Deceased Pet Care when my dog Necie died.They did not disappoint.This is a difficult but much appreciated job.I’m glad that they have been here for my 3 much loved pets (and me) when we needed them.

Deceased Pet Care is great. We lost our fur baby of 15.5 years and they were sensitive and patient. We even received a certificate of death which we had never received with our others. Highly recommend.

We were watching my wifes parents dog while they were out of town when she passed away. She was a sweet lab/retriever mix that simply got old. This is Bruiser. We affectionately called him Chernobyl dog when he had to get his grooming done by me his loving daddy during the Covid-19 pandemic. He was 16 years old and was blind and deaf and we made the hard decision to put him to sleep on Feb 6th, 2021 because of his declining health. My husband and I had him for every day of his life and he knew nothing but love and hippieness. There were times when he ate and we did not while we were in collage but we all survived it together as one big happy family. Deceased Pet Care, was amazing in their help with his cremation and their kindness and respectfulness was very welcome and needed. The Urn, paw print, and glass pendant is truly amazing and their attention to detail was heart warming. We had never had to do this before and they helps us in everyway. Even to text us and let us know they had support groups to aid us if needed. We miss our boy. I hope you never have to use their services but if you do find yourself looking for a number I hope you chose them.

Having to say goodbye to a beloved pet is excruciatingly painful. Deceased pet care managed our grief with empathy and respect.

Once I discovered this place it has been the only place that my animals have gone, I have even referred many friends here. They were with me when my beloved Brandi passed and even made me a new certificate of cremation once they found out the wrong owners name was on there. This was done in error because the vet gave them my sisters name.Lori at the Douglasville funeral home has handled all my ferrets and shes super sweet. Even going as far as to make sure my ferrets nose prints were good enough for jewelry before sending them off or staying a little late while I make my way there. The people who handled Sages cremation even took paw prints just in case I didnt like Sages nose print. The care of them knowing that I wanted a memorial of my beloved ferret and giving me other options when they felt the nose print didnt meet their expectations. Im not sure why people are complaining about a tin for an urn when I always got mine back in a wooden box as standard or whatever urn I requested.Not too long ago, I went with a friend to pick up her ferret that had passed in Chamblee. I took my Brandi with me because I noticed her ashes were leaking out. They promptly replaced the bag and allowed me to get her a bigger urn. They still care even when your pet is nothing but ashes, 6 years later and they still handled Brandi with care and love.Deceased Pet Care and the Shugart Family have been with me through all of my major losses. Brandi my childhood dog, Arioch my first ferret, and now Sage my second ferret. I pray I dont have to see them again any time soon but I know when the time comes theyll be there for me. Thank you for all the love, support, and care you guys put into your business. I cant imagine going anywhere else for my pets afterlife care.

I had one of the most difficult decisions of my life to make this past month regarding my buddy Oscar. The services received from this establishment were way more than I ever expected.

Unfortunately if you are reading this review, you have or are going to lose a pet. We can tell you that when we lost our Bulldog (Gus) suddenly, we had no idea of where to begin when it came to having him cremated. Luckily the emergency vet that we had taken him to worked with Deceased Pet Care and got us in touch with them. Gus died on a Sunday and we were able to call and talk to someone Sunday evening. From the time that we first called them, to them giving us Guss ashes, Deceased Pet Care delivered top notch service. They called me as soon as they had picked up Gus from the emergency vet and ensured us he was in good hands. When we arrived the next day for the same day cremation service, we were greeted by Paul. Paul worked with us through the entire process and was amazing! We had an hour to spend with Gus and he was presented to us as if he was sleeping. They have a private room for this service if you chose to have it, and I would highly recommend it. They truly treat your pet as a member of the family. They made us feel like we were the only ones there and that it was all about Gus. They were very gentle and respectful of Gus, and handle him with very good care. We cant express how grateful we are for Deceased Pet Care, they gave us a day to have some closure and say goodbye to our best friend.

I just received my beloved Lovebug’s Pet ashes in a tin can that probably cost $1.00. Not a paw print, not some of his fur. It is the cheapest I have ever gotten back from any other crematory service. They blamed it on the clinic were we had to put him to sleep. They never called to make sure that this was the very cheapest route we wanted. Now it is too late. He was my beloved companion and all they could say was “sorry” and blame it all on the clinic. The least they could have done is saved some of his fur and do an ink paw print (if the are so concerned about the buck). This was not just a dog for me. He was the most sweet, kind and gentle dog I have ever owned. Now all I have is his ashes in this cheap tin box. If you want something where your dog is treated more like your Beloved special companion use another place and save the wrenching heart ache I now feel.

Sadly we had to help our sweet cat Woody cross the rainbow bridge a couple of weeks ago. We used Deceased Pet Care, Inc. for cremation and memorial, as recommended by our veterinarians staff. You get a personal counselor who assists with the arrangements (picking up and returning to the vets office), any memorial items you might need. They understand how heartbreaking it is to lose your sweet pet. I highly recommend getting a footprint, either ink or terra cotta. I got a terra cotta footprint and it is so special. Although we are sorry to have had to use their services, we couldnt be happier with the care taken with our baby and the efficiency of their operation. I highly recommend if you find yourself needing memorial services for your pet.

I cannot speak highly enough of Deceased Pet Care. I recently had to euthanize my 31 year old mare. The decision was made on a Sunday to be performed the next day because of her rapidly declining health. Deceased Pet Care was incredibly accommodating by returning my calls that Sunday and getting everything arranged for the following day. Every other location I had tried would not answer calls on Sunday. Because it was a horse cremation, there were not many options to begin with. Deceased Pet Care drove out of their normal range to come to my boarding barn. Their driver who came to collect my horse (sorry, cant remember his name) arrived exactly when we asked him to and showed extreme care and compassion during the entire process of collecting my mare after she had passed. Horses are such big animals that Im sure the process can and should be somewhat awkward, but he was incredibly gentle with her throughout. I was very appreciative to see him take the care that he did. I moved away from GA to NJ a few months ago and Deceased Pet Care could not have made the long-distance process easier on me. The company also told me it would be a week between the cremation and when I would receive her ashes in Jersey and my girl arrived safely home exactly a week later. I would recommend their services to anyone. Thank you, Deceased Pet Care, for making my mares passing just a little bit easier.

This was my second visit and I felt everyone was very kind and patient and helpful. I am grateful that the location is not far from where I live. I was able to have my dog in the chapel which brought me a tremendous amoung of peace between my tears. The environment is nice and calm and quiet, and I felt the staff cared when helping me. I felt the costs were fair....the only thing seemed unfair was the fact my furry child was not with me anymore.

Amazing place with incredibly kind and helpful staff. They made our final wishes for our pet an easy transition and went above and beyond to make every detail perfect. Our pet came back in a gorgeous urn that sits on our mantel. I would recommend them to anyone.
