Not Customer Friendly at all. Been coming here for 3 plus years. They wont let me order contacts or glasses without being seen by the Dr. Prescription hasnt changed. But just want Money Money Money. Really needed an Emergency pair of contacts because i broke my glasses. And wouldnt give me a trial pair until my appointment 3 days away!! Go Come Here

The eye Dr. was very rude and unprofessional. Asked afterwards if I could verify her prescription because wasn’t sure what exactly her handwriting was and she got an immediate bad attitude. She said it was already verified as i had asked the front desk however wanted to make sure as I had to enter it online later. I definitely will not go back here. She had horrible bedside manners and was unprofessional. Strange as she seemed alright during my the exam. Don’t recommend . Another thing is and wouldn’t make this an issue but at first I thought she was the patient because she just had like regular street clothes on. Like some jeans and any shirt or something . So at first kinda seemed a little unproyanyways however didn’t want to hold that against her and ga e her a chance.. failed

I absolutely don’t recommend getting glasses here. The blonde lady who checked me up for glasses after having my eyes checked, she didn’t even inform me of the different kinds of lens there are and just said that the lens is $$$ and she was putting my order in without asking me about specs or whatsoever.My husband intervened when he heard the price and asked why it was so much, but she said that it was the regular lens. When I asked that it was not at such price when I last got them from here, then she goes on to say that she added this and that to the lens and she recommends getting them... it’s outrageous that she didn’t even offer the options I have and proceeded to put it the priciest options available.Absolutely do NOT recommend getting from here.

Everything was quick and easy. The staff was helpful and kind.

They give you a prescription after you finish your eye exam but the pupillary distance is not on there and then when you request your pupillary distance, they cannot & will not give it to you unless you order from them and not walmart.com. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE!!!

The worst experience in my life! Time and time again they have failed to make lenses for my frames and have them stay without falling out. We are on the 4th time and I am done! Nobody has ever called me to tell me what is going on and this has taken 2 months now! Run far away from this establishment and the very sweet and nice employees that dont care about their job or you...what a joke!

The Vision Centers manager, Michael, is very helpful and professional, but other staff are just not at all... no basic customer service skills, not a smile, not a look up when busy or say We will be with you shortly.

Place is horrible doctor was trying to charge me $10 for a sample contact. I literally left out there blind. DONT GO HERE

Customer service at the vision center was not helpful. Employee was more interested in doing nothing than helping the customers.

Bad service, Im already going for a month and my glasses do not reach me I do not recommend anyone to go there to have an exam
