I’ve been coming to this location for a couple months now to get my eyelash extensions. I’ve tried a few of the techs and Bekah has become my go-to for beautiful lashes. I get the hybrid set and they always look beautiful but natural. She’s also a lovely person that I look forward to seeing every two weeks. I highly recommend you check her out! If you’re new to lashes, Bekah does a great job coaching you through how to care for them. Since I’ve been going to her, my lashes look great right up to the day I get my fill-in done. She’s the best!Update: I had to freeze my membership for a few months due to travel and the process was sooooo easy. Some companies make this so difficult but I was able to do it easily all over text. I really appreciate this flexibility and integrity and just makes me that much more likely to recommend Deka Lash. Y’all are awesome!

Overall poor experiences here. I cancelled my membership and was still being charged months afterwards. After multiple calls. I also was charged a “ “master” fee without the option of choosing a another technician for the appointment. I was also cancelled on without being notified and arrived 6min after the appt time and couldn’t be serviced. A courtesy call would have been nice, I don’t make unnecessary calls while driving in Atlanta Traffic. Maybe customer service training may help their staff going forward.

I’m not sure what you all are doing over there but one of your clients came to me after someone there half did her lashes. Only the top layer of the lashes were done and they were considered ‘finished’. It looked like she needed a fill in. She kept asking the tech if this was right and she kept saying yes. She did do a Groupon deal. Does the quality of the work change between Groupon and ‘full paying’ customers? I’m very disappointed because I have been looking for a place to get my lashes done as well.

,Good Work with small bad taste in the end Brook did a good job although it feels that she leans too much on the face / head when working the lashes, but the result was worth it, she was also very nice and friendly.I did not like the big sign facing the customer at the pay up point,tips are to be at the sole decision of the customer andstating the amounts recommended is creating expectancy from the technician who feels they were badly treated if they were given less than what is recommended in the sign. I feel it is rude.

I had a bad customer experience here. The person at the front desk was rude and unprofessional, they tried to charge my card prior to service for a double booking that was in their system.When trying to explain the discrepancy the lady tried to tell me that I was responsible for the double booking and would be charged for a missed appointment.When I asked her how would I double book myself I was on time for my appointment and ready for my service?Her attitude made me uncomfortable to go through with it so I walked out.

I expected my experience to be a little better due to the appearance of the salon. I didn’t like how as customers we can’t get what we ask for due to policy and/or stipulations. I feel if we pay a good amount of money, wishes should be granted. However, Alexis tried her best to get close to how I requested. I didn’t like that she put pressure on my forehead and face, that part was somewhat uncomfortable but I managed. I also didn’t like that she kept getting up, it made me feel like she wasn’t prepared. Also I didn’t like that she didn’t wash or sanitized her hands every time she did get up and sat back down. Just because my eyes were closed doesn’t mean I’m not paying attention. I also didn’t like how she took a personal call instead of answering a business call, it’s not a good look for the shop. I’m not on the complaining side but only pointing out things that could be improved. I expected a little more professionalism since I paid $127. Other than that, Alexis was nice and sweet, and she did listen to my requests and understood. I will not be returning and wishing everyone there good luck! Thanks!

I had eyelash extensions done and i thoroughly enjoyed the process! Ebony did a great job and made sure i was comfortable the entire time. It was relaxing and i even took a nap during the hour long process. My lashes look wonderful and it’s been 3 days now.

I got an eyelash tint at the Chamblee location and ended up with tint in my blonde hair! A big dark spot. I went back and the technician felt badly and tried rto get it out but didnt work, they then called the manager to see what to do. After deliberation siad would refund me but the manager didnt get on the phone to apologize or offer me anything else. Spent all afternoon trying to get black streak out of my hair to no avail. Now have to go pay for highlights again and hope that works. I have been tinting for over 20 years and this has never happened!! I also had dye on my skin.

This was my first time getting a lash lift. I dont remember the name of the woman who did them, partly because she did not engage in any sort of conversation with me. She just talked to the other stylists around her. The lashes looked good although there was glue residue all over my lids thst she commented on but did not remove. And after, she basically demanded I tip her through venmo. The lift lasted the amount of time they told me but I just wasnt impressed with the overall turn out. They were too close together in the middle and just didnt look great without mascara to push the lashes back into formation. A few weeks later I get a text message saying I had an appointment to get them redone that day. Why is my text reminder day of??? I called to cancel and they were going to charge me anyway. Everyone I tried to get in contact with was just blantly rude. Customer service is terrible. Overall I would just pass on this place. They are not what you pay for. Overrated and over priced. Save your money and spend it with someone who actually appreciates your business and isnt out to steal from you.

I had my lashes done about two weeks ago. I like the ambiance and the service so I decided against the package but I scheduled an appointment for two weeks out. A family emergency came up and I had to go out of town so I called on Wednesday to cancel my appointment. The caller asked me if I wanted to reschedule and I told her I wasnt quite sure what day I would be back in town and that I would call to reschedule when I returned. So I did my daily check of my account and notice that they charged my card a $100. I called and asked them why they would do that and they of course lied and said they didnt have a record of me calling to cancel. Really! If you have to steal money from people to keep your business going, its time to close shop. They refused to debit my money back. They didnt even try to make it right. Every chance I get, Im going to let people know how depraved this business is and just to think I was coming back. Never again. I hope stealing a $100 was worth it. Are you really that hard up for money?

Im new to the eyelash train but Im loving it. I feel like a baby doll 24/7. Bre was amazing! She made me feel super comfortable and explained the process for me. Even when we had maybe 40 min left in the session she guided me to the restroom (have to keep your eyes closed until they are done.) Which was sweet of her. The atmosphere was soothing. Also the salon was super clean and had cute decor. Best 1st experience with eyelash extensions. If these last for 2 weeks or more. This may be apart of my maintenance routine. 😇🧡

Ashley is an amazing lash tech. This 1 star review is not a reflection of her quality of work. This review does however have every thing to do with the lack of communication between management and their ability to resolve issues. One manager told me one thing. Another manager told me something differnt which resulted in me bring overcharged and canceling my membership. I will be taking my hard earned moment elsewhere. Shout out to Brad for not resolving my issue😊

Ive been getting lashes at this location for the last 6 months. Capri is my favorite tech but she can be hard to book with if you dont schedule in advance. I have gotten my lashes done by almost every tech at this location and have no complaints! Ive gotten individual lashes done in different salons around Atlanta for the last 3 years but you cant beat the quality and price of this place. Highly recommend!

I have been a customer for well over a year and have always loved my lash services. The staff is always very friendly and professional, as always. At my last visit there was an upset customer who became very loud and out of control and started disturbing the other customers. The staff on duty handled the situation with the utmost professionalism, in the same situation I would have lost my composure. I am leaving a 5 star review for not only my beautiful lashes but also for the amazing staff!!

Staff is very friendly, but I have to agree with a lot of the other reviewers. The lashes fell out almost immediately. And even though it was a classic set, the lashes seemed too sparse even at the beginning. I haven’t had my lashes done in awhile, but I realized- when I was scrolling through older pictures- that the lashes I had here looked like week 3 or 4 lashes I’ve gotten at other places.Disclaimer: to be fair, I did not contact the stylist afterwards with this concern. But it looks like this is not an usual problem at this location, so I don’t know if I can be confident that I’ll receive consistent service.

I went to get a set of lashes done. First time customer. I had to schedule my next visit before the estimated time because my lashes started falling within 3 days of having them, but I couldnt make it on the day of the appointment because I had an emergency and CALLED & LEFT A VOICEMAIL 24 HOURS BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT to explain that I HAD AN EMERGENCY I WASNT GONNA BE ABLE TO MAKE IT, I live with a senior citizen and she was not feeling good, we had to take her to the hospital (while COVID was happening) nobody called me back, or said anything.1 MONTH later a see a charge for no show, REALLY?NO ONE HAD THE DECENCY TO CALL ME AND ASK ME TO RESCHEDULE OR DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!!!! Came in at the recommendation of a friend who has a membership at this location and Im glad I did! I was a little nervous at the beginning but felt quickly at ease as my lash tech explained things as she went. I was impressed with the quality of the extensions, the customer service, and the friendly/comfortable atmosphere. I paid a little extra for a Volume Boost for extra fullness and have received lots of compliments!!! Glad I gave them a try. Ill be back!

This is the worst place to get your lashes done. I was a monthly paying customer until I realized all my lashes would fall out in 2-3 days. I decided to cancel my membership only for them to tell me that they had a 30 day cancellation policy. So, they told me I had 4 fills. I used two so I assumed I had two left. I book my appointment and then am told I owe $70 for the fill. I called Deka lash customer service and they told me they made a mistake in the system. The lady on the phone, Christine, didnt do anything for me. Today I talked to Nicole who didnt help at all and said I saved $35. I dont care. I was told something completely different TWICE and was not satisfied at all with my lashes especially since they dont last two weeks like it says on their website. They would not even consider offering me a refund even after I asked for one. I was completely mistreated. Do not go here. Save your money and go somewhere where you can get your lashes cuter and only pay $45 for a fill.

I always love coming to this location! They get me in and out on time and the lash techs are very personable and professional. I’ve been getting the Xpress lashes lately they’ve totally changed the game for me. They look more natural and seem to last longer than the classic sets. I can sometimes go over 3 weeks without needing a fill. Plus you can’t beat getting a fill in done in 45 minutes! I’ve been going to Ebonee for my xpress fills and full sets and she definitely knows what she’s doing. I get compliments every time!

Love this place! I came here with a Groupon just thinking of trying it out. Ebonee did my lashes, and she is AMAZING! Not only is she so fun and awesome to talk to, but the lashes she does look fantastic and last FOREVER. I joined their elite membership instantly, which is a pretty good deal. It lets me get two refills per month for only 105$/mo. I definitely recommend this place. 😇

The salon is very cozy and clean. No problems there. However, the day of my 1st service I was told there was a special for $64 for a classic set and that the $64 would also cover the cost of membership enrollment. Well when I got home, my emailed receipt read $119! The 1st insult was when I contacted the answering service by phone. Instead of owning their mistake they insisted I had the promo wrong - but it was listed on groupon!! Smh... Finally the owner called. He was very professional, apologized and explained that the lash artist was new and didnt know how to properly check out a customer. Well I opted out of the membership bc they called me a liar. Took the L for $119. Oh well!Well!!! When I logged onto my bank my card was preauthorized for about $350! At this point, Im livid. This time I speak to the lady owner and she isnt as professional. Her 1st instinct was to be defensive instead of trying to figure out why I was overcharged. Her exact statement was well our card processor sometimes pre authorizes and theres nothing we can do about it. After I explained my business and told that was not the case, she then looked into it. Smh! She texted back with a reasonable explanation and offered me a free relash. That was a great gesture, and I would have continued to use their services but the relash job was horrible. Lashes fell out in a week and I feel it was intentional bc the manager that did them had a snarky attitude the entire time.Even with the free relash it was a waste of money!!!

I went in Tuesday to get my lashes done for a trip on Friday and by Wednesday evening half of my lashes had fallen out. Before leaving I mentioned to the technician that I was not please with the overall look of my lashes and it was not what I had asked for. After spending 2 hours in the chair, I had no extra time to spare for it to get fix, nor did the tech even suggest to fix my lashes. Definitely a waste of my money and time. I will not be going back, I gave the 3 stars because the facility was clean and welcoming.

I would not come here if you could just go somewhere else that will have your lashes last. Before my last experience I had been to Deka 2 times. Each time my lashes fell out within a week. I have been getting lash extensions for years and no that after a week I should have more than 1 lash on especially if you follow home maintenance. After forgetting that I signed up for the membership and had been getting charged I called to cancel my membership. When I called to do so I was told I still will pay for another 30 days and I had benefits I could use to come in for a full set. My lash tech did good when I left I loved them even though by the time I got to my car 5 had fallen out from one eye. This was Saturday, now today which is Wednesday my left eye has 2 extensions while my right eye is more full. I don’t know what different products they need to use or what type of training needs to be done but I have not been satisfied 1 time.

READ THIS REVIEW. I have been a loyal customer and apart of their automatic payment monthly service membership for 6 months. I have never complained before now. I am usually very happy with my lashes. The last 3 refills I noticed my lashes were falling out very quickly. I would lose 10% on the same day of service & 50% were gone after 1 ½ weeks. It was a struggle stretching my refills to 2 weeks apart. (The attached picture is 7 days after my last refill 11/13)My last appointment on Wed 11/6 went ok, but by Monday morning I had 85% lashes gone. I finally decided to call Deka Lash with my concerns at 9 am. The lady I spoke with asked me if I could come in THAT DAY for a free fix. A fix consisted of restoring my lashes back up to full. She said she could get me a last minute appointment at 2:30pm. I said okay and rearranged my whole day to make it to this appt because I did not want to be walking around with bald lashes any longer.Around 12:30pm I got a flat tire. I called Deka Lash immediately & said I would not be able to make it to the appointment. They said okay, but they will no longer be offering me a free fix because I can only get a free fix within 5 days & today is the last day. I said Please, I got a flat tire, but I am trying to make it. Is there anyway I can come in later today? They said, our lash techs are booked for the rest of the day. sorry we can not help youI called back later that day & I asked to speak to a higher up manager. They told me that they would have one call me back. Someone called from the customer service department around 7pm that day & told me that they are sorry but they will not be able to reschedule my free fix since I missed my appt, no matter the circumstance.Wow. I was appalled by such horrible customer service but again, I am now bald lashed & desperate so I decided to book my remaining refill for the month (The 2nd refill AKA the one that I prepaid for with my monthly membership!!!). I booked my refill for 2 days later, Wed 11/13 @ 1pm. On wednesday I showed up to my apptv 20 min early for two reasons: 1) to talk to the lash tech about my concerns 2) to give her more time to fill in my now bald lashes.I walk into the salon & the lash tech with pink braids looked at me from the front desk & said I will not be able to do a refill on those. You need a full set & I do not have time to do a full set (VERY RUDE ATTITUDE). She said I could do a volume express service instead, which is basically a half-a** lash service used to get the lash techs to fit in more people. Its unattractive clusters that take only 1 hour instead of a classic full set that takes 2 hrs. Then she told me that I would have to PAY for this service. The manager butted in & said that my remaining refill is worth $55 & the volume express is $79 and I would have to pay the difference. After all that I’ve been through they were going to make me pay for a service that I didnt even want! I said if I’m going to have to pay then id rather just pay for a full classic set. She said she doesnt have time for that today & i would need to reschedule AND be charged a rescheduling fee! The manger butted in again and said that her lash techs need to get paid for their time!!! Unbelievable! I quietly walked out. I called corporate immediately. They said they would call me back after speaking to the Chamblee studio.Catherine from corporate called me 1 hr later & said, “unfortunately we will no longer be able to service you as a client at any of our studios but we will cancel your membershipand you wont be charged again for next month.” Wait… I just got banned from Deka Lash?!? For what?????? I said, “Can i be refunded my remaining balance of $55 since you refuse to service me?” Then Catherine said, “Unfortunately no. We do not do refunds.”I have never experienced anything like this before. You refuse to service me & you refuse to refund me. I have filed a claim against them with my bank. Rude, no-good thieves!

Highly Disappointed:/ I went in optimisticI got a full set of eye lash extensions on 12/24/17. I am someone who gets my lashes done often so I know what to expect. The facility was absolutely beautiful, clean and organized and my tech Capri was extremely nice hence the two star rating. However, after two hours of lashing I was expecting a full set of eyelashes. Instead they were very sparse, even after she did another mini fill and most importantly they only lasted 3 days. Its been exactly 9 days since Ive had my service and I have no lash extensions left=( That is unacceptable! Its standard for a full set to last 1 1/2 to to 2 weeks before you need a touch up/fill in, theres currently nothing to fill in. Also, I know how to maintain them properly...Its a shame because I planned on getting their unlimited membership! And so My quest for a great lash tech continues. ..

I think the lashes are okay like another review said mine started coming out immediately and my left eye is considerably less full than my right, the girl I had been going to charges 45 for a fill so Deka is a little more expensive. The atmosphere is nice and comfortable compared to other places I have been. I cannot speak on the membership cancellation, I just signed up but how does one cancel within the 30 day grace period I was told of if they require a 30 day notice? We will see..at any rate I got rather irritated at the loud ratchet banter that was going on during my ENTIRE appointment. The tech was so loud and I already had a headache..laughing and talking where her spit hit my face. I am a quiet shy person so i dont like causing a scene but i was about to go off in there. It was absolutely awful.

The lashes barely last two weeks. I got my lashes done 3 times, the manager gave me a complimentary corrective full set and that held up extremely better than the first full set. Our rapport was so good that I proactively gave her/Dekka lash a nice shout out on IG. However, when the same manager did my fill, I again could not get them to last two weeks and Ive previously maintained extensions for years. Their 5D volume lashes are not TRUE volume lashes, they use a small cluster and apply them on top of each other... when they start to shed... they come out in clumps to the point that it is disgraceful to try and maintain them until the next fill.NOW, the bigger problem is their customer service line. I spoke with one girl for quite some time who was extremely rude. Before even looking into my account to see I was previously a disgruntled customer...she jumped straight into policy stating I cannot cancel my membership because the account was now passed due. Mind you, I did not even take advantage of the fill I had left when I signed up for the membership half off and when I disclosed this to customer service.. she said well you only paid 80 dollars for this months membership so technically, you already got your moneys worth!! So, apparently you have 14 days to cancel your membership if your unsatisfied, otherwise they want a 30 day notice, on a service that does not last more than 10 days.It was not until I advised her that I would share my experience on all social platforms that she finally offered to contact the store locations owner.Ironically, she has the store manager (the same girl who did the corrective set and fill) call me and before even explaining my concern...she cancelled the passed due membership....something customer service aggressively declined to do, I even offered to pay the 160 and request a refund if it was just a technicality.If you are NEW to lashes, this may be a good fit but I can tell you, this franchise is destroying a beautiful industry. I think all of the techs there have the skills to do lashes BUT the product they are forced to use must be the problem in addition to the time constraints and trying to take on as many clients as possible. Never giving the techs or customers the opportunity to master one another.Response to the owners reply:Thanks for your diligent yet condescending reply. It was also noted on the recorded phone call that all funds were intentionally removed from the prepaid debit card as an attempt to cancel the membership with no further discussion or opportunity to continue correcting the problem. I do not recall the email asking me to update any payment method (although that definitely does not matter) , my card was actually charged 6 times over a 6 day period. The call took place after 6 failed attempts to take money AND a confirmation email for my upcoming appointment (at which point I needed another full set). It was evident that the SAME care or concern used on my complimentary fix was not used on the next fill. I never said I was not satisfied with the free fix! That is why fills through May were scheduled because I expected the subsequent fill to uphold as well as the complementary fix did, and it did not. People do not have time to pay for a service and constantly complain or give further opportunity to correct the problem. At least I did not.As far as the cancellation. Its evident on every platform that consumers rarely read the agreements. However, we do read reviews. Verbally, I was advised that I could cancel at anytime. On a positive note, thanks for waiving the 30 day policy, that was all I initially asked for!

Had my service today and the owner or whoever she was was unprofessional. I had not been there in almost 8 months since ending my membership last year. I called the main number to book my appointment and was told I cant use a groupon but can use the introductory rate bc I had not used it in the past as a past customer. Ok, great I booked the appointment. Well, when checking out after my service, I was told it would be double what I was told when booking. I was told since I was a customer in the past I had to pay that rate. I told them that is not what I was told when I booked or else I would not have booked it and went elsewhere and thats what Im paying and they can call the scheduler and ask her what price she quoted me. The owner interjects that shell charge me that price this time but not for another appointment. I told her I know that and I was told different price when booking and she argued back and forth with me in front of her new employees. Then she says to another employee in front of me, we have to call Katelyn and she should know better than that. She should have called her in the first place instead of argue with a customer.My lash stylish was awesome and did a great job, but Atlanta has too many lash services to go to and I will not be returning.response to owner reply:I never said I was a first time customer. The scheduler asked me if I have ever been there before and I said yes. She pulled up my information and saw how long it had been since I last visited there. She then still told me I could get the intro rate because I never used it before in the past.It was argumentative, not me feeling it was, it was. You were unprofessional after I told you several times the scheduler gave me that rate when I called and you kept telling me the other rate and I told you I was paying what I was quoted and thats when you said I can pay it this time but not next time which was not necessary to add. You should have called her first and made the apology while I was in there instead of in my review.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! My first set of lashes stayed on about 2 weeks, but my second set litterally fell off in 2 days. I was in CUBA with all the deka eye cleaner and lash serium. It didnt help. I came back from my 4 day trip with 1 eyelash. I now want to cancel my membership and I loose all my benefits I have paid for the past 2 months after 30 days. Yet, it takes 30 days to process the cancelation, so I am still obligated to pay this month. Screw Deka Lash.
