Horrible experience! Had stones removed from both kidneys and two stents put in during the procedure. Was left in excruciating pain and could not get any help from medical staff or Dr. Glass. Well, not until I got the CEO of Wellspan involved. I received an apology from him, with an attitude. The day of the stent removal, the attitude was still there and once again, was left in excruciating pain!! I will never return to this office. Never! Something is not right about the amount of pain that you are left in.

Had to wait over an HR for the Dr. No one come in in that amount of time to even see if anyone needed anything.

Great experience with Dr. Glass and his team.
