Have been very difficult to reach. Was finally referred to a technician who was pleasant on the phone but never followed through. Have had machine a month and no working face mask yet. No one ever calls you back.

This place is by far the worst company I have dealt with. Very unprofessional. I have been waiting for a CPap unit for 2 months now. Every time I call to get a update I get excuses. Also I may add, I had to do some of the foot work that they are responsible for handling. They dont bother to call you and tell you that they need additional information or updates. They just let it sit in limbo. So I have reached out to other providers to get my unit elsewhere. Dont waste time with this company especially sense its your health and they do not care.

It is necessary for me to have oxygen during the night. I went to CP02 at 4:25 PM to pickup a new tank and no one was there. Oxygen is medically necessary for me. I will have to go the night without it because they chose to close early. If you are a medical facility you should remain open during your office hours. I will be switching my prescription first thing tomorrow! I would never refer anyone to use CP02. Every time I have to go there, there is always an issue!
