I had been seen because I was having issues with my eustachian tubes and it was causing me a lot of anxiety, I had made it known that my left ear was what was bothering me the most. The PA-C stated in her notes that I had these issues following an upper respiratory infection, which is not accurate I was not sick at all before my symptoms started. She also stated she check both of my eustachian tubes which is also untrue, she was only able to check my right side using a camera she inserted through my nose, she was unable to check my left eustachian because I have a deviated septum on my left side. She also stated that I have Autophony (the unusually loud hearing of a persons own voice.) I didnt state that I could hear my voice unusually loud After what little inspecting she did she diagnosed me with TMJ and patulous eustachian tube, its extremely rare to have both of these conditions together. She then proceeded to tell me there is not treatment for patulous eustachian tube, I have since found out that is also untrue. Dont waste your time here, please look for an ENT office that will actually take the time to listen to you and exhaust all options to help you.

Always a good experience from staff in the front to the techs, nurses, and doctors in the back! They are willing to go over options and not just try to jam prescriptions down your throat.

The dr is amazing. If you need to talk to anyone you are out of luck. You call no answer, you leave a message no return calls. It is a nightmare.

0n 27 July 2020 I had an appointment with Dr Dunklebarger, MD, and was so very pleased with the staff and Dr Dunklebarger for the care, concern, and great attitude toward me as a patient. I have been to Dr Dunklebarger for previous care and he was always professional, pleasant and caring. Each appointment was made as pleasant as any doctor appointment could be and I highly recommend this group to anyone requiring ENT service. God bless all and thank you for the wonderful service you have always provided for my husband and me.

The staff here are so friendly & helpful. Its also easy to get around in a wheelchair here.

Let me just say the doctor I saw was great. She was very thorough and helpful. However, with that being said, I would strongly suggest you be proactive as the patient if they say you need further testing done. Do not have a CT scan done through Summit!!! It is a total rip off. They will over charge you by a $1,000.00!!! At least I was!!! No joke, you can go right down the road and have the same exact scan done for $166.00. They will tell you that you are paying for the software that is provided through Summit, but again you can get the same results at Chambersburg Diagnostic Imaging - Akumin, they will put your results on a CD which can be read just as easily by the doctor. It makes more sense to start there first to save some money, see if anything is found and then go from there. So very frustrating, I will never again let any kind of testing up to the doctor/doctors office to be decided for me. Bottom line is everyone likes to save money where they can and patients should be given the option for that!!!!

Dr Davidson is an exceptional doctor! When four different doctors misdiagnosed and treated me incorrectly over a 6+ week period, Dr Davidson had me on the mend within days. He listens! Plus he was amazing with my children, even making balloon animals.His PA is just as kind and really heard me. She even called and discussed treatment options when I was ill.I highly recommend Summit ENT

Dr. Dickerson is a complete A-hole! Do not waste your time with him. Very rude and arrogant! He actually thinks it’s his God given right to tell off a patient. I guess the MD behind his name makes him entitled to do that. He needs to get over himself! Cocky little man ...

Dr. Davidson is willing to listen, and even when he felt a treatment (placing a tube in my ear) was unnecessary, he agreed to it when I specifically asked. I had been to two other ENTs and got absolutely no help. Dr. Davidson was the first who was willing to listen, answer my questions, and seek a solution. Hes a keeper.

So frustrated with customer service there. I called this morning and was on hold for several minutes. Finally left a message to get a return call. Its late in the afternoon and I still havent gotten a return call. I called again and got put on hold for another several minutes. All I wanted to do was schedule a follow up appointment to see my Dr after my testing. Its ridiculous that patients have to go through this. You need to improve your customer service. Our time is as valued as yours and we shouldnt be made to wait a long period of time to talk to someone just to make an appointment.

Experience was fine. We were charged $254 to remove a bit of ear wax from my sons ear. Dr G made it sound like she was being nice, I could have swabbed it out myself had I known it was going to cost me that! Kept getting the run around when I called in and was on hold for 25 mins!!! Will not be going back ever.

Denied service, and treated like a naughty child for arriving 7 minutes late to an appointment. Toxic treatment like that isnt good for your health.

I went to urgent care on a Saturday with painful ear I was told the problem was compacted wax pain increased I called Summit ENT on Sunday dr. Called me back within 15 minutes he told me to call in the morning for appointment. I called as soon as they opened got appointment for 10:10am I barely got the paperwork finished I was called back on time. My ear was checked by Kyrene Zack PA-C and she dianosed that i had swimmers ear was put on oral and antibiotic drops. Seven days later ear feels great and can wear my hearing aid with no pain I have no complaints and would recommend Summit ENT sevices.

Doctor Dunklebarger and the staff were amazing from the beginning to the end ! I haven’t been able to breathe this good in years ! Thank you for all that you did and I would recommend you to anyone anytime :) God bless you all !

My son sees dr Davidson and we love him! But trying to get through the phone lines or a call back is ridiculous. I was on hold for 16 minutes just to have a nurse call me back on the other line, not good practice in my book.

Impossible to get in touch to return call about my test results. keep getting put on hold until I had to leave. Waste of time.
