This was the first time that Ive ever visited a physical therapist and the treatment that I received at Pivot Physical Therapy in Chambersburg was exceptional from the moment that I walked in the door. Their facilities were very clean and their receptionist were prompt and they had a very welcoming and friendly environment. I was assigned to Bobbi and she actually listened and responded to my concerns; After which she did very thorough examination of my issue and carefully explained her findings and solutions. She also did a follow-up call. As I work through my health issue, I’m very happy that I can rely on Pivot to help me recover faster and healthier.

I have really enjoyed my PT experience at Pivot. The entire staff was always pleasant and welcoming. It is a small practice but that is what makes it so comfortable. Bobbi, my therapist is super knowledgeable, energetic, accommodating, caring, and fun. She really knows her stuff and she provides an extensive home therapy program (including videos and printed handouts) to continue therapy at home and after discharge. I also liked the fact that I worked with Bobbi exclusively for the duration of my treatment so there was consistency The support staff, Jean and Taylor, were always pleasant and helpful as well. I would definitely recommend this practice.

Hello,I had PT in Chambersburg for about three weeks and saw improvement after my first visit. Subsequent visits saw improvement in strength and mobility.Staff and therapists were friendly and knowledgeable and are in keeping with safety protocols.At home exercises given to me also helped speed things along and I still am doing them even after release.I would recommend this location to friends and family and will not hesitate to go back myself if therapy is needed for anything else.

I always tell my friends and people in general to go to pivot. They re a wonderful professional and very clean. I had a locked shoulder and Id never guess I would have such freedom of movement. Im using them again to get therapy for My knees. Both times it was requested by my surgeons to get therapy. Dr. Curfman is awesome at communicating to my Drs. About successes or problems I may be having. They work with you to set your schedules. Its just a wonderful feel good place. Its not crowded and you get 1 on 1 care. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful

Bobbi and her team at pivot are the best! I was impressed how clean the facility is kept and strict covid practice protocol was followed. I was in alot of pain in shoulder and back but Bobbi put me right at ease . She took time to explained how muscles act and react to various stimuli.Bobbi gave direction and showed not only how to do every exercise but also explained the benefits I would get from doing them there and following up with them at home. I could not have picked a better place to do my therapy. And as a side note when you walk in the doors of pivot physical therapy its like walking into Cheers, everybody knows your name !

I have been thrilled with my experience there. My PT spends a lot of time with me and more importantly listens to what I am saying. She also keeps track of what is working and what is not. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. The facility is also very clean. I highly recommend them!!!

Taylor is great and truly wants me to get better. Bobbi is fantastic as well, and they work quite well as a team. I came in for an appointment on an incorrect day and they rearranged things so I could stay. I was nervous about starting physical therapy because of how limited my mobility is but I truly look forward to my sessions each week. Taylor is careful around my pain and tailors my treatment to exactly what I need. She truly listens to me and works with me during treatment. It is 100% custom to my needs and not just some standard routine everyone gets. I will refer anyone and everyone to Pivot because they are that fantastic

If you need physical therapy, Pivot in Chambersburg should be your only option. I have had my fair share of experiences with physical therapy. Some good some not so good. I imagine if you’re reading reviews for physical therapy you’re probably trying to stay away from the “not so good”. Let me assure you, that if you choose this place you’ll be writing your own review, filled with praise, once you’ve completed therapy. I was a former collegiate athlete and have had several brutal injuries over my years. I had been experiencing some lingering issues from a past injury and thought I would try Pivot, since it was close to home. I was surprised that I worked directly with the director, Bobbi. Not only is she super knowledgeable but extremely personable. The experience and care I received from Bobbi is something I wish I had when I was competing in college. Since receiving therapy my quality of life has improved and I am back to doing the active things I always loved doing. Pivot embodies the services of a top notch institute while being genuine and welcoming to everyone who comes through the door. I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Prior to my knee replacement surgery, I did some research in my local area for a therapy practice to assist in my rehabilitation. I definitely made the right decision when I picked the Pivot location in Chambersburg. Taylor and Bobbi are excellent therapists. They both are friendly, professional, knowledgeable and came up with effective treatments to assist in meeting and ultimately exceeding my goals for therapy. I will definitely recommend to my surgeon that he should not hesitate to refer his patients to these two highly skilled therapists. I will also be recommending them to any friends and family that may need therapy in the future.

I started going to Pivot 2 weeks after my ACL reconstruction (& meniscus repair). We had to be extra careful since my meniscus was torn, as well, but Taylor was absolutely wonderful and knew how to keep me safe while still making progress. The biggest thing for me was that I only had a month where Id be in town before heading back to college. Taylor worked around this and was able to help get me to a point where I could comfortably and safely go back to college. She even took the time to make a plan for my exercises while Im away, and gave me a way to contact her if I have any questions. Overall, I couldnt recommend Pivot highly enough! All of the staff are lovely, and the facility itself was always clean and welcoming. Thank you so much to Taylor and to Pivot!

This team is amazing!!! And trust me I spent plenty of months with them after having 2 major knee surgeries.They go above and beyond for their patients and actually care. ( sorry Bobbi Im a few months late on the review 🤣)

After shoulder surgery, I was looking for a place to begin my physical therapy. I found Pivot near me and saw they had 40+ reviews and all 5 stars. I was a bit skeptical but thought I would check them out. They have met and exceeded all expectations. I have just begun my rehab journey but Taylor has been so helpful and encouraging and I fully recommend Pivot to anyone in need of PT.

The entire atmosphere was very calming and neat. The physical therapists were also very helpful, understanding, and worked with the same patients to ensure that the patient was getting the best care they could possibly receive. My experience at Pivot Physical Therapy as a student working with Taylor and Bobbi has been awesome. I initially had Jen as my therapists, but i thought she was a bit rude. I almost left Pivot until Ericka started working with me. She is wonderful. Even though she is learning, she takes her time, makes sure Im doing everything right. I was VERY happy with her. She was Pivots saving grace for me. There is a new therapists who started today and she seems to be really helpful and patient also. Id also like to add that the receptionists Jean is very nice and friendly, always smiling!

I have been working with Taylor (PT) and Ken (PTA) for the past several weeks. They have been a joy to work with. Very professional and welcoming. They have both made my experience much better than I anticipated. Would highly recommend Pivot!

I love the fact that I am able to see the same therapist each time I come in.This is the second occasion that I have had to come in for a treatment for my Vertigo. Taylor was wonderful, even when I was throwing up in the trash can from my dizziness. Such compassionate ladies, Jean made sure that I had a cool towel for my neck.I know that my Vertigo will reappear one day, and I will be driving the 15 miles to Pivot, even though I have another physical therapy place less than a mile from home.

This place is awesome, they are very caring. Krista is the best receptionist, she goes above and beyond her duties to help you. Steven is a wonderful pt. He makes you feel comfortable and makes sure you understand the exercises. He is patient with you, doesnt rush you, and is very helpful. Bobbi had been a great asset to the team. She is also very patient with you, she makes sure you understand what she is doing to you and understand what you are to do. They will even do the exercises with you. A super nice newer facility. I am thrilled to have been recommended to them. After my initial visit with Steven I left with a sense of calm and confidence. I have been going there for about 2 weeks and I can see such an improvement in such a short amount of time. He is a one on one therapist and is very patient. Any questions that I have he is always there. Krista is is great with setting up the appointments to fit my schedule. I would never go anywhere else!!!

Direct access to a physical therapy clinic is wonderful - it was a great time saver in getting in for my first appointment. I am in my second week of therapy at Pivot and very happy with the progress. Steven did a great job of explaining my injury, and explains the exercises and why they help. I have been going to Pivot Physical Therapy since 8/2018. I was very apprehensive as I was told that physical therapy was very painful. I am pleased to say this is not the case. Krista, the receptionist, is extremely friendly and pleasant. They are so flexible with scheduling the therapy appointments that I did not even have to take time off work. Steven, my therapist, has been wonderful! You can always tell if someone is happy with their job, and Steven definitely is! He is very friendly and very knowledgeable. He clearly explains what his therapy plan is for you and answers all of your questions. I can honestly say that as a patient of Pivot Physical Therapy, I feel that I am important to them and not just another number. Also, the facility is very open and clean. I would absolutely recommend Pivot Physical Therapy and Steven to everyone without hesitation.

Steven Marano is an outstanding physical therapist!! He listens to how you feel and what your individual goals are. He thoroughly assesses your injury. He gathers all of that information and puts together a wonderful plan of care that is very specific to you. During your therapy sessions, Steven teaches you about your injury, the reason behind specific exercises you are doing, and what is happening in your body as you heal. He actually makes therapy fun as he gets to know you as a patient, and you as a person. Steven also goes above and beyond to meet your scheduling needs. Steven and Pivot Physical Therapy are simply the best!!

Honestly I do not have a single bad word to say about Piviot in Chambersburg, all staff was well trained and well spoken and answered every question i could possibly bug them with. Very clean facility and up to date machines and techniques. Steven was my PT, incredibly friendly and super knowledgeable. Steven made sure i never left without understanding all the questions i had and motivated me to keep on track. 10/10 would reccomend to anyone. As a first time PT patient I really had no idea what to expect and was nervous. Steven Marano was wonderful from day one. He explained excercises so well and was always patient. He made sure I understood the excercises to do at home that would also help my progress. Highly recommend!

I visited the Pivot Physical Therapy located in Chambersburg as a walk in on October 26th as I was traveling through this area on Rt. 81. I forgot to pack my rubber stretch bands needed to exercise my shoulder and was looking for a location that might sell me one. The staff here was very friendly and quickly got me back on the road with what I needed without charging me. I was very impressed with the the staff and professionalism. Thank you again for your help.
