Wanted to give ZERO stars. HORRIBLE place to work. They do not care about their employees but even worse they couldnt care less about their patients. If you are planning on applying here you would do better digging ditches. Zero appreciation for employees. Just cant say enough bad stuff about this dump.

I am very disappointed with Summit Physician Services. I needed to see a dermatologist and called to make an appointment with Dr. Greg Forsyth. The only appointment the had available was in a month. I agreed to the appointment and confirmed with the secretary that they did participate with my insurance. When I showed up to my appointment, they took me to an exam room. 5 minutes later a secretary came in and told me that they didnt participate with my insurance, that if i wanted to be seen I had to pay cash!!!! What a waste of my time! Why would they wait until I go to the appointment to tell me they dont accept my insurance? Secondly, how dare they try to charge me for the visit? It was their mistake, why should I have to pay for it? I have a baby that has special needs (CHD) and I had to arrange a nurse to stay with him while I went to the appointment. It is very frustrating when people think that other peoples lives are not as important or valuable as theirs is, because they are a Doctor or work in a medical office. I wish they understood how hard it was for me to arrange care for my son and be able to make it to the visit.
