First time here. Thought that the store was clean, bright, easy to navigate through the store, thought that the inventory was a little low.... Prices were good. Staff were friendly Will be back again

The best thing about Goodwill at this location is the ease and accessibility of the donation process. I always know that whatever I have can easily be placed in the clothing box or the household wares box. Generally, some pretty friendly folks are in the back there to help if you have any questions.Inside the store is pretty great too.

The prices are good. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. The store is kept very clean and tidy. The selection is normally very good. It is more then what you would expect out of a thrift store.

Small but clean, courteous staff.

Clean smaller Goodwill. Has a nice selection of clothes and random stuff. No furniture or bigger items as there is no room for it.

Big....very big, well organized and clean, prices were amazing as well as selection. A tad busy but i get why. Housewares was a bit needing stock but not complaining .

It has potential but the prices are still a bit steep and the selection for media was fairly limited. The staff was very nice and the store was clean.

Staff are nice. Prices are decent. The problem is that their toy selection is terrible. My kids are willing to thrift shop with me if they can get treasures. In the last year or so the Goodwills in this area have stopped selling anything but stuffed animals. Maybe its too much to price toys or something but I sure miss the days that I could pick up cheap toys for my boys. Transformers, Star Wars toys and Nerf guns for affordable prices were the best. Now its often not worth going in.

My mother and I were treated very poorly. my mom only had one mask on her and gave it to me. then the cashier or whoever she was YELLED across the ENTIRE store “ma’am i’m not kidding if you don’t put a mask on you need to get out” MY MOTHER DID NOT HAVE ANOTHER MASK IN OUR CAR OR PURSES!! she could’ve politely offered her one! pathetic!

Staff is rude and constantly asking if one is vaccinated. Annoying

Found a good deal on a golf bag.

Was very clean. Every one had masks( even if they didnt it would have been fine). Employees were very nice also.

You might get lucky and find something 1/10 times you go in. Men’s selection is super small and women’s selection is always pretty bad. Unlike other thrift stores, it seems like this location takes anything that’s donated. However, prices are a little high for what they’re trying to resell. It’s still fun to go in and look anyways, staff is always super nice.

Hmmm. Seems like someone down there has never ever gotten to work late at the factory. I have found the Managers/Staff @ this store to be some of the nicest people Ive ever met. Theyre friendly, professional, hard working & have a talent for working with difficult customers. Even those who are delayed a bit while doing the rest of their Christmas shopping or buying that day eBay postings. Bless her heart.

If youre a thrift store enthusiast like me, then you know finding a new store to check out is like hitting the jackpot!This Goodwill is pretty much same layout as every other one, not the best organization for sizes. Always try on before buying. The person tagging clothes might think a small is a size 6 when the person buying thinks its a size 2. Would love to see better consistency for labeling sizes!

Descent place for certain finds but honestly for being a goodwill many items are priced as high if not higher priced than retail store prices

Large, clean store with nice, easy to identify sections for mens, childrens, womens and etcetera. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely hit this one up again, if in area. Thanks!

Way too overpriced for a thrift store.

The ladies department is well stocked and divided into sizes/racks. However, there is a small selection for men, though it is neat. The childrens clothing is okay. The home department is divided by color rather than similar items, and theres a fair amount of books.

Not a good selection. But it’s hard to in certain locations but others do enjoy what is here. That’s what counts.

It is getting more expensive, when asked Goodwill if they could give Voucher for Veteran Family in need , Nope ..where does all the money go. ??!! The CEO has His own plane. Ill be donating to local. Clothing banks. But the Staff was nice.

I do not really understand the concept of the color organizing. To me that seems a little to hetic. If in looking for an item. I have to dig in between all kinds of random things. Over all clean. Am not a big fan of the color sorting.

I was highly disgusting today while here. An announcement was made at 4:45pm that they would be closing at 5pm. So I did a quick walk through the store and was waiting on my family to finish looking when another couple and us were told and I quote You need to get out. We were all stunned for a second and replyed with a what only to be told a second time to Get off the sale floor. This was all done by an employee at exactly 4:48pm. No more then three minutes after the first announcement was made. I returned my purchases to the racks respectively and will probably not be back for quite a while, if ever.

Pretty much clean. Bathrooms needed some attention. I found Prices a little high.When a line started to frome, no second cashier to help so line got long. Im not waiting 5 mins for a dollar hand towel.

Thats all they get when the assistant manager cant make it to work on time. 9:15am and suppose to open at 9. Employees standing out in freezing cold temps. Ok he showed up about 9:18 and left old people in wheelchairs sit outside in the cold instead of letting them in the store. You have a lot of unhappy customers today.

The young women working in the good will store were very rude..younger girl thin with brown hair was cursing out loud..it was not the first time ive seen this...also its Good Will.. $15.50 for a pak of bath towels? $3.35 for 4t used shirt?I am a grandma trying to assist my grandkids...people donate this stuff!Why so expensive?

The store is tidy and has a huge selection of clothing and housewares all priced for any budget!!

I think the prices in clothes is a bit high. They do have a good selection of housewares and other things.

Definitely one of the nicest Goodwills in the area. The prices, however, have seemed to gone up a lot over the past year.

Prices are way too high for items that are dirty and given to them. I went to KMart and paid less for new items

For a nonprofit organization I felt there wasnt much good will as their prices are so high they are not affordable to someone who is struggling financially.

Im glad this is part of the Central PA division and not like the ones in Greencastle.

I think its over priced. Some of the glass items I can go and buy cheaper at Wal-Mart or the Dollar General. The two employees that I asked for help from where just rude.
