I was a first-time client this week. I thoroughly enjoy my massage. I will likely go back in the future.

My name is Gurpreet and I went here just once. I was expecting a professional massage but the masseuse (not sure of the name) was very unwelcoming. The first thing they do is charge you while you are waiting in the room. And through out the massage I felt that the masseuse was not really willing to do the massage. I actually got a cold/fever after I returned from the massage because it was freezing. I think as a masseuse when you touch the clients hands or feet you should be able to tell that they are feeling cold. I was shivering and had to ask her to increase the heat but all she did is throw another blanket on me. And it is funny that she she didnt realize when she was working on my legs or arms the blanket had to be removed and I was freezing. I had to travel out of state after a few days of the service. But I am thinking to call them up or maybe file a complaint on their service and on how the temperature seriously needs to be adjusted.

The masseuses there are fabulous. I have never had a bad massage. The facility is clean, calming and nicely decorated. I appreciated the steps they took to comply with Covid safety guidelines.

I have had massages in many high profile spas; Nemacolin, Ivanka Trump Spa in DC, Hershey, etc., and I can truly say that Donovan gives a better deep tissue massage than any of them. I will definitely continue getting massages here

Had my first massage here with Donovan today. He was veryprofessional and the massage was what I had requested a combination of relaxation massage and some deep tissue in areas of concern lower back, right leg and carpal tunnel in left hand; I’ve had two therapists previously; both for about four years and I believe that Donovan will prove to be as good if not better. I also like the use of hot wet towels and the glass of ice water at the end.

This was an amazing experience. Great people and atmosphere. A lot of great products available for purchase too!! Will definitely be coming back.

Lol over it soon relaxing . I do the couples massage with my boyfriend for us for a gift for Valentines day . We love it so quiet and romantic . I would highly recommend.

We have experienced massages in many other cities and we still enjoy the consistent, well valued service provided here.

This was my wifes and my first massage. We thot the couples hot stone and it was wonderful. Everyone was very nice and professional. The two girls that gave us the massages were absolutely fantastic. My wife and I will definitely be returning.

I had a waxing done here, and apparently they had ordered the wrong hard wax and it came off in painful chunks rather than one solid strip. I would consider going back here if they improved their waxing. The waxer was very nice and considerate.

Stopped in for a last minute wax before my beach holiday. My usual place couldnt fit me in and I was pleased to find this spa available. The wax itself was a wax. They use a standard satin smooth soft wax. What impressed me was the after care. The tech noticed that I have several ingrown hairs and spent a solid half hour-45 minutes tweezing and working to rid my skin of them. Ive been waxed for years in many metro areas where Ive lived. Imagine my surprise to find that that the best wax of my life was found in chambers burg. Ive never had someone care so much about my skin and comfort. It really took my experience to the next level.

The staff here is very experienced and friendly. This is a quality establishment.
