I will have to say hands-down that this is the best in-home healthcare agency that is around chambersburg Area.

I had a great experience working for Blue Mountain. The office staff are very nice and supportive. The administrator, Umar, goes out of his way for his employees AND clients.As long as you show up and do your job, youll have no problems.

I’ve been in the field for 40 years and worked for and with many agencies and this one is in the better group. I know some say owner calls people dear well he calls me that and there is nothing behind it. But then again I call men dear too and have been for 40 years and vice versa. Umar is very respectful and has always been professional and nice to me. I would choose them. People read my reviews and trust me because I am always honest when writing them.

I have dealt with many horrible agencies for my mom. And Blue mountain is by far the best yet. My mom loves her caregiver and I dont have any issues with the company.

I have worked with Blue Mountain since the end of February. The office personnel are amazing. They are more like a family, than my employers. Umar goes out of his way, to make sure his staff is happy, as well as the clients. Everyone of my clients, have been completely satisfied with our agency. Im great at what i do, and everyone i have worked with/for, sees that. Umar is working much more than the time in the office. I love working for this company Ive worked for other agencies before and this one is the best ..Umar is a great Boss but I dont see him like a Boss I see him as family ..I unfortunately have had some health issues and he understands and Im still employed ..So I give this company 5 stars 🌟 just because of how compassionate, an respectful they are

This company gives quality care especially during these hard times. They and their staff are wonderful people and try and do what is best for their staff and clients.

Very incompetent and nothing but liars. Lied to my childrens doctor and lied to me. He said he worked with Gateway Insurance for years but did not know the number to submit paperwork. Asked me to call insurance and find all this stuff out AFTER I had been on a wild goose chase to get the paperwork to submit. Was told by the secretary that all of it wasnt needed and dont worry about it, that they can get an immediate 1 time contract. She lied straight to my face when I was in office and then sent me everywhere to get which cost me a day of work. Insurance said that nothing was ever submitted and it has been 19 days. I am on the verge of losing my job because I am unable to find another agency.
