Very nice grocery store and great prices!! Definitely love their variety. I always find something new to cook. The staff is always very helpful. Last time I went in, I got all of my groceries and was in line at the register. I had no cart or basket. Just my hands full. I was third in line and the only register that was open asked for another register to be open. A new register was open is seconds. Amazing costumer service!

Visited here for the first time three weeks ago and loved it! The prices are great compared to other grocery stores. You practically can find any and everything here that you need! Its definitely a one stop shop grocery store! I live 45 minutes away and its definitely worth the drive!

Good deals on groceries... we stop by when we are in the area... cheaper than Wal-Mart on MOST items.

It was good. The store was clean. I am not sure why they think it is an outlet considering the prices are basically the same prices as the other grocery stores in the area. The cashier was polite. Not overly friendly and not mean. She was ok.

This store looks better than ever!! It is well worth the 25 minute drive to see what amazing new bargains they have! Deeply discounted prices on name brand grocery, household, decor, and seasonal items. They even have a small selection of clothing. I find its a great way to taste test a new/unique item at an affordable price. The employees are super friendly too!

Cool selection and great prices. Usually friendly staff but be careful you check to make sure you are getting the correct price. Sometimes items ring up incorrectly.

Grocery outlet is great I at least make sure to stop in and check out the deals whenever I am out on a shopping trip.

There are really great bargains available here. The only snag is that they dont stock the same stuff all the time. Presumably it depends on what they can get cheap. So its better not to go in with your list, thinking youre going to find your brand preference for every item. Just go in to see what they have at the moment that you find useful & load up.

This company is lucky to even receive one star from me. My husband and I went there today. Now my husband has severe asthma. The manager stops him and asks him to put on a mask. He said no due to severe asthma and even showed the manager his inhaler. The manager DID NOT ask him to leave but simply walked away. So we continue our shopping get to check out and have 2 state troopers waiting for him because he was trespassing all over a mask. Yes Karens we need to wear masks. However medical conditions trump a mask. I will NEVER give this store my business ever again

Prices have reached standard grocery store pricing. Real deals that used to be at this store are gone. New management has become hypocritical. Gotta wear a mask!!! But doesnt sterilize carts or baskets after use. And handing out masks to customers with her own bare hands.

A few deals, but they must price there items against Martins because a ton of stuff is Walmart or Amazon prices. They are almost being deceitful to people by adding the other stores price, acting like its a good deal when they are stacking it against the most expensive stores.

I ALWAYS save so much money here! Its a rare trip when I come out and my receipt doesnt have savings at least equal to what I spent. My last trip I actually saved over a hundred and twenty five percent of retail prices. AMAZING!

Lots of great deals!!! No frills or excitement, just good deals. Staff is okay. They are mostly friendly and accommodating. You can find some real discounts on items if you take the time to look around. I found some coffee drinks here for less than a third of what you would normally pay. Worth a visit if youre in the area.

I went to the Chambersburg store today and It was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had! I was looking for something specific and a gentleman working there offered to look for me. Not long after a very nice lady came over and brought the item to me and took me to where it was as well. The store is always very neat, clean and well stocked. The cashier was also very friendly and kind. I would definitely recommend everyone shop there!!

I absolutely love this store! I went there with a budget of $200 and left having only spent $123. I love that they have name brand items cheaper than other grocery stores. The staff is always polite. They have one of the cleanest bathrooms Ive ever been in. I also love that the receipt tells you how much you saved at the bottom & gives you a chance to win money back by putting it in the plastic box when youre leaving the store. 10/10 would recommend

Overall good prices. Some items are overpriced. A lot of items are close to the expiration date. Just make sure you check dates and know your prices. Clean store and friendly employees.

At one time this was a very friendly small business that I tried to support but after the experience I had with a Hispanic/Latina employee that spoke very rude and condescending to me and my family members I do not recommend this place and will not step foot inside this store again. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

We like Grocery Outlet... My friend told me theyre all over California. She was very excited when she saw there was one here in PA. Great prices, good variety, with some things you have to look carefully--like with meat. Otherwise, you can spend $100.00 here and come out with $300.00 worth of groceries!

First visit to this supermarket. For bargain hunters like myself, it was not a wasted trip. Adequate parking, good prices and a reasonable selection of products made this trip worthwhile. The bonus for me was a very healthy phal orchid for 5.00. I couldnt have asked for more. Will go again.

Some prices are reasonable, not a big selection but if you only need a few things and dont care if its generic then great place to shop.

This is a hit or miss store, all depending on what they have and what you want. Generally some really good deals. Some items are close or even beyond expiration, but will be super cheap.They sell grass fed beef, which is awesome.Cashiers are typically pleasant and you usually dont have to wait long to check out.Store is neat and clean, but I really dislike when they put products in the aisles, makes it difficult to pass another cart in the aisle.UPDATE JULY 2021I believe they recently switched owners. The store is still great, but a couple of things have deteriorated slightly. Cashiers arent as great as they once were. Not all bad, but they dont always bag your groceries with care. Dont haphazardly toss a can in the same bag as my produce, please.They also re-arranged the store. They removed the NOSH section near the front, and I guess all the NOSH specific items are just mixed in with their item category counter-parts. I really liked that section because thats the type of item I prefer to buy.

Wonderful staff, great prices. My husband and I never leave unhappy from this store. Get a months worth of groceries for a very low price and excellent service. Were so glad we found this place and are happy to make the trip to fill our fridge and freezer. Its great here since going to a normal store can cost a fortune and here we hardly break a sweat. Its excellent. Dont ever change!

Cheap prices for sure. Not a large store, so don’t expect complete a selection of products or your multiple choice of brands like a conventional grocery; but what there is is usually quite a bargain. Some off-brand stuff, occasional dented cans. We go about every 2 weeks on average; it is a 45 minute round drive. Usually purchase frozen seafood, Hillshire Farm sausages, basic vegetables, packaged products, canned goods. Toiletries fair selection.

They always have a good selection of healthy and organic foods.

Good selection of low priced groceries and other items. Friendly staff. Usually has a good selection but since its a bargain store it occasionally is low on certain items, but thats to be expected.

So I challenged myself to see if it might be possible to buy groceries with everything $1 or less. Produce or meats at $1/pound or less. I didnt need some things, but could have gotten a whole chicken, head of lettuce, crackers and even a box of cereal. Also saw at least one gluten free under $1! Way to go Grocery Outlet in helping keep food costs down!

Clean store, friendly employees, and great prices. One of the best places to shop when on a monetary pinch. Today alone, I save a good bit of money on pancake batter and eggs.

Great place to get in under budget. I can generally feed a family of 6 on less than $100 a week on a vegetarian style diet. Thats with packing the kids lunch. And most often, we have a receipt that says spent $80, saved $82... We do really well here. You just have to deal with what they have week to week.Their organic selection is pretty fantastic on a budget as well... Again, as long as youre okay with the get what they have kinda place and not real picky about having to have a certain food or brand, week to week, it is a fantastic place!

The original owners have moved else where and the new owners are less prone to bargain hunters. Yogurt are a no no here theyre right at the edge of spoilage, on some items expiration are two days away. Milks, juices, cheeses and all other items should be checked for expiration. Plus price hike on everything.

Never has anything I want

Very Discounted store! I got a big tin of Animal Crackers for 1 dollar! They also are discounted for veggies and fruit! The thing I HATE ABOUT HERE is they have things you need but little or no selection on each item they meat can be overpriced too and A LOT of there items are expired. Overall its a great grab and go place if you need a few things BUT DONT GO if you need bunches of stuff.

Dont always have everything you need, but they do have amazing prices. The workers are typically always helpful and kind. I appreciate this place.

For those in the know, this is where to go for your discount groceries. Be warned because its discount groceries its hit or miss on product. This week they may have smore pop-tarts that your kid loves, next week gone. Workers are friendly and the place is clean. One word of caution be sure to check the best by dates on packages. As its a discount groceries they usually get a lot from manufactures looking to dump product because of dates.
