The only reason I gave 2 stars was the front desk girl was very kind. I went here after I broke my foot saw the doctor was asked to do 2 week follow up intervals gave them paper work to fill out for fmla and short term disability to be giving to my work it’s been 3 days and they still haven’t sent it to my work, and when I went to check out they had no clue what was going on they just relied on what I the patient was told by the doctor I feel that’s very poor management I don’t recommend going here

Always liked Dr, Richards but went today and the Doctor was not able to see me due to an injury I was told. I have to give 24 hr notice if I cant make my appointment but its different rules for the staff. Saw a different doctor who was nice but for the price of the appointment and copay it was a joke

The only positive thing I have to say is the front desk lady and the PT staff were really nice. But this office was just trying to drain me of my money. The doctor told me there’s nothing more that can be done for my ankle. I’d have to live with the deformity. The extra bone wasn’t affecting anything. He kept suggesting PT which wasn’t helping at all and would have never helped the issues I had. I decided to get a second opinion and I’m so glad I did! Not only did the new doctor actually take the time to evaluate my MRI, she instantly figured out the issue... the extra bone! The one that wasn’t an issue to Dr.H. Its actually the reason my tibial tendon isn’t supporting my arch and why it’s so weak/damaged. I am actually now scheduled for a surgery that will fix the issue in my foot/ankle permanently and I can finally see an actual treatment plan vs pouring my money into something that wasn’t ever going to fix my issues. I wasted 3 months and a good bit of money for nothing.

I love Dr. Richards and Dr. H and the nurses there. Ive had two hand surgeries here, and Ive always gotten good medical care. However, the front desk staff is rude. I always get the impression that Im bothering them when I call or come in for an appointment. And their billing department was horrible. I had numerous issues for my first surgery and nothing has changed this second time. In October, I paid them more than $2,000 (the remaining amount of my deductible). My surgery was November 7. The week before surgery, the Surgery Center asked for $1000. I told them that I paid the whole amount to Richards and they said Richards should not have done that and said theyd call and get it straightened out.My claim was processed by the insurance company quickly and Richards Ortho got $333 of my remaining deductible amount; the remainder was owed to the Surgery Center. This past weekend, I got an overdue notice from the Surgery Center saying I still owed them $1700. When I called Richards, they said theyd send me a check for the difference between the $2,000 I paid and the $333 RIchards was owed. Im furious. Theyve had my money since October! They should pay me interest on the amount theyve held onto thay wasnt theirs! And, I dont think they would have volunteered to send it to me if I hadnt called them. The Surgery Center took my account out of collections and is willing to wait until I get the check from Richards, but this whole situation should never have happened. Richards billing staff is inept, and they NEVER answer their phone (the billing office).

The ROC docs were more than exceptional! From surgery to therapy I felt comfortable and trusted all the doctors. Their knowledge and kindness helped ease the worry of surgery and recovery. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Thanks again!

One of the best orthopaedic doctors in the area. I had a knee replacement a year ago and now wonder why I waited so long. They are very professional and are truly there for the patients. I also liked the fact that I didnt have to go somewhere else for physical therapy, just across the hall and they were great also.I would highly recommend them.

I commend the care I received for Achilles rupture incident which resulted in surgery. The staff was top notch, relational and encouraging during my treatment to include physical therapy. They understand the emotional/mental aspect of an incident and are attentive in that aspect of care as well as the nuts and bolts of putting humpty dumpty back together again!

Same day appointment and cast for a five year old. Reviewed the X-ray and explained in detail why and how. Very nice and attentive staff, located behind Lincoln dealership off route 30 and close to 81 highway.

Saw K. Cashdollar. Waste of my time! Have a painful bunion, offered surgery. Asked for other options and was told I could buy a gel sleeve. Did not want to spend 20.00 gel sleeve for my toe, when I know that is inadequate. She cut a piece of foam for me. No help whatsoever. Also have an ingrown toenail and said I had a fungus. Cut my toenails which did not need it and told me to come back in 10 weeks for nail care. WTH? What treatment will help the ingrown toenail and fungus. Certainly did not receive any information or treatment for that. Will not return to this place. Perhaps because I am on Medicaid treatment is lousy.
