Waited for almost 90min to see no one. Absolutely unprofessionalWont be returning. Its a doctors office, the doctors need to manage their time better. Sounded like they were all laughing and joking and talking for 20 + min while I waited. Actually had to leave because I couldnt wait any longer and I took off work to be seen by no one. Horrible.

Dr Haeckler is a 5 star doctor. She is very caring, knowledgeable, and takes the time to build a relationship with her patients.

I rely on Dr. Haeckler to be my gatekeeper when it comes to things medical. I keep her updated on how things are going with all my doctors, who are all in different practices, so that we can make sure everything is coordinated and nothing gets overlooked. I think its probably the best relationship Ive ever had with a doctor and I always look forward to seeing her. I consider her not only a terrific doctor, but also a terrific person.

My experience with this provider is shameful, and Im embarrassed for them that they could even practice this way. I was on my way to my appointment today when I witnessed a car accident and was required to give a statement to the state police. Therefore, first it wasnt acceptable for this office to see me 15 minutes later than my scheduled time (I called them thinking I was being thoughtful). When I called back to reschedule, I wasnt able to get a new appt with Dr Owens until Dec 7 because he only sees 1 new patient a day, NOT because he was booked with other appointments. Under the circumstances, you would think there would be some common sense and flexibility in their policy however there was none of either to be had.Looks like I will never be a new patient at this office. Very disappointing.

Dr Chan is great! I’m feel very lucky to have keystone, I’m now without insurance,I feel fortunate to have a place to go at all. Money is always a barrier for me getting just basic preventive care.I now have my blood pressure meds, battled diabetes, now have a 5.7 A1c. Healthier now than when first came. 5 years of care I woundlnt have. Staff always been kind @ helpful. Also the navigators for setting up payments @ insurance are also always helpful to me. Thank you! Keystone.

Our family Doctor needs to be changed. She does not engage with me at all. I was told to talk to her abiut my sleep patterns. My family and i are very concerned that i dont sleep much at all. When i tried speaking with her she wouldnt even look at me. She responded to the computer she was looming at. She then snapped at me and said she was not prescribing any sleep aids to me because i take a bunch of phyc meds. I told her i am only taking zanax as needed. She checked and said nothing about it anymore. I asked her who do i talk yo about me nit sleeping. My family and i were worried. She refered me to pain management in keystone and the visit was over. I also said i wasnt feeling well that my entire body hurt. She ignored that so i left. My son was with me because i do not travel alone i am disabled. I need a doctor i can feel comfortable to talk to and that will listen yo cheif complaints and engage qith me and the visit. My son was very confused as ti why she didnt listen to me. Im done with her. I called my insurance to get my care manager to help me seek another family PCP.

I needed a family doctor to complete the annual check-up and establish a primary point of medical contact.Initial appointment scheduling was easy. Appointment was confirmed via text 48 hours in advance. I had to reschedule my original appointment and they were able to accommodate a reschedule within a few days. The facility was roomy and the waiting room plenty big enough to feel you were not sharing the same personal space. Check in was as expected and the wait time less than 15 min. I appreciate that they respect my time (few physicians do).I met with Dr. Steves. He was engaged and answered all of my questions. I did not feel rushed or dismissed and felt he will work with you to address any issues.

Was booted from a program for the simple reason of not doing very well at weaning off a medication. Its not a simple task, and I feel sending a person to street to find a prescription is just plain ludicrous, but thats what they did to me! Dr. Mania, to be exact.

Ive been a patient for almost 15 years. I loved my first doctor; I currently see Dr. Haeckler. She is kind, patient, encouraging and a great listener. She refers me out whenever necessary. I never mind waiting to see her because she takes time with me which tells me she does the same for her other patients.

I scheduled an appointment to get a tb shot. They scheduled me on a Friday. They have to check it at the 48 hours mark, which I was unaware of. So I had to come back on a Monday and get it checked on a Wednesday. So two visits turned into three when I said upfront that I needed a tb test. On the Wednesday they made me wait an hour for a nurses visit that took two minutes. All while having to try to keep two kids entertained. The problem with big chains like Keystone is that at the end of the day they don’t give a damn about their patients, it’s only about money for them. So I’m taking my business elsewhere.

Im just being nice with a 2 star. Theyre receptionists are plain rude. They need people with actually friendly customer service skills not people who are clearly in the wrong profession.

I had a very disappointing experience with Keystone. As a first time patient, I arrived early to complete the necessary paperwork. I was there for an appointment that was suppose to start at 2:45. After sitting, waiting, and never being called back after an hour, I asked for my copay back. I was given no explanation and was shown no real remorse. Just like anyone else, my time is valuable. If patients are expected to show up on time, the same courtesy should be shown by medical providers and staff. I will not be returning.

My husband and I think the world of Dr Barbera Haeckler. She has been there with both of us everytime we have ever needed her .She goes out of her way to make sure she gives us the best of her care .We have only the greatest of trust and respect for her . We both have medical conditions that needs to be addressed threw out the year and she is always on top of everything. We used to have the pleasure of seeing her when she practiced at the Hagerstown Community Free Clinic . Our jobs didnt offer medical insurance so we were so thankful we could go to that clinic .Dr Haeckler and many others wonderful Drs .took there time to see people like us without payment. And we received the best of care. For that we are forever greatful. But then Dr Haeckler moved to another state and we miss her so . More then I can express.Low and behold about 2yrs later we moved to Greencastle, Pa.and thanks to the good lord we found our Doctor again . At Keystone Family Medicine. We was never so grateful. And belive me if shes running behind you wont hear us say one word . Because to see a Doctor as good as she is we will wait as long as it takes and still have a smile . If anyone needs a good physician just remember the name Doctor Barbara Haeckler and you wont have to look any further. Thank you , and God Bless . Harvey & Judy Smith .
