Dental Solutions has been my family’s practice for over 15 years. Dr. Weiss and his staff are the best! Just had a crown done today that was literally painless. Hard to believe, but true. He’s a true professional in every way. Doesn’t treat you like a number as in some practices. Always asks about the family, etc. Knows you personally. Highly recommend!

I love the dentist here. He tells me what is happening and Im not surprised, scare, nor forced to hang on. I am happy to come back without being terrified.

Dr. Weiss was the most thorough dentist I have had in a long time! He told me what he was going to do and where he was going before doing it so you knew which I’ve never had that before. He also goes into detail about recommendations for your teeth and mouth health. I would definitely recommend him!

Never had such problems with this place until the new “sheriff “ as she called her self started working there never once have I paid prior to me leaving now I must pay up front because of a altercation we got in last time she was extremely disrespectful and when I told her I was taking my business else where she just said ok and hung up on me I’m glad your practice has enough money to treat people this way ,so I called back and asked to speak to the owner (dentist) and they said he called and left a voicemail and that’s a lie I waited all day for him to call it’s a shame that a business can afford to do or say whatever they want without accountability I hope you see this dr Weiss I have always paid you and been a good customer very sad .

The people who work here are all very pleasant. Dr. Weiss is the most thorough dentist Ive ever been to in my 68 years. Ive been going here now for 5 or 6 years and Im very satisfied with the care that I get.

I actually love going to see my dentist at Dental Solutions. Its like going to spend some time with friends! They are all so kind and fun loving. You never have to guess whats coming, they are always explaining what will be next. Thanks Doc! You guys are the best!!

Fantastic dentist! Dr Weiss treated me with the utmost respect the whole visit. Ive always been nervous with the dentist even as an adult and he is very good at keeping one relaxed through good conversations and staying patient. I didnt feel like another patient, but like Ive known him for years.

The dentist is a fine dentist if you can get and keep an appointment. I scheduled a regular cleaning in Oct. for an appointment in Nov. The day before I called to reschedule because they had booked a training course that day. So either they set my appointment on a day they werent already available or they scheduled their training they had already committed to me? The next appointment was canceled again. This happened once a year earlier where an appointment was made and they canceled because the dentist wasnt available that day.

Very nice people will return to thiis facility.

Dr. Weiss and his team are the best. My wife and I recently moved to the area and were able to get timely appointments with Dr. Weiss. He is thorough, courteous, and personable. I have had extensive dental work over the years, and he and his staff are excellent reviewing my specific needs. They made recommendations that I am following, such as using a mouth guard, sensitive teeth toothpaste, and fluoride mouth wash daily. Thanks, I already feel a big difference.

Dr. Weiss is the BEST!! My kids love him! He is honest, actually gives you time with him! I dont feel like my kids are just another person in a chair. He takes time to explain everything that is going on, if he has any concerns and why he is concerned. My daughter had to have a tooth extracted, and he made her so comfortable. He took such good care of her, by the time her sister was done with her cleaning, my daughter was smiling again! His staff is exceptional! They make understanding our insurance coverage so easy! I am usually the only one in the waiting room. They are an amazing group of people, and Dr. Weiss is an amazing dentist!!

Heres how I ended up with Dr Weiss. I had a previous dentist at one of Chambersburgs high volume offices that was GREAT, but he left he practice and moved away, so they gave me another dentist that ended up pulling a tooth that didnt need pulled and caused me a ton of problems...I did some searching, went to 2 other dentists before I found Dr Weiss... I have now been going for regular checkups the last couple years and its been great. They work with my schedule and Ive never waited past my normal scheduled time when I go in for an appointment. He explains everything to you BEFORE he does anything so you have no surprises.I havent had any cavities and they do a great job on cleanings. I started taking my daughter when she turned 3 just over a year ago. Had her at her 3rd appointment on Monday, no cavities for her and they do a great job working with the little ones. My little guy turns 3 in December and Ill schedule him for his 1st checkup at that time. Highly recommended by me.

I typically do not write reviews, but I do not recommend Dental Solutions to anyone. I had to switch dentists quickly due to my previous dentist not accepting my dental insurance at the same time I broke a tooth and needed a crown. Dr Weiss accepted my insurance so I switched my family over. We went to his office for one year. He did my crown, which has been a disaster. I still cant completely chew on that side. Dr Weiss now tells me I need a root canal?? In 12/2016 my daughter, son and I had our 6 month cleanings and in the span of 6 months between us we developed 9 cavities??? Like a dummy I had mine filled, but in talking with people I decided to get a second opinion on my kids. I went to another dentist (who has multiple dentist in their office and my children each saw someone different) my daughter, who was told she had 3 cavities by Dr Weiss had ZERO at the new dentist, and my son, who was told he had 4 cavities had ZERO at the new dentist! There were also other issues, but these are just naming a few.

We had a great experience when we took our 3-year-old daughter to Dental Solutions to have a cavity filled. Dr. Weiss and the staff made her feel very comfortable and not at all scared. I was worried about how anyone could give novacaine shots in such a little mouth, but he did a really good job. The filling is in the front of her mouth and is basically invisible, which is great. Were glad we found such a good family dentist - especially since our daughter shows no signs of outgrowing her sweet tooth, despite our best efforts...!

I received very good care and was pleased with the visit. Dr Weiss and his staff are very pleasant and concerned about my situation.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. You can feel the ease in the atmosphere as soon as you walk in the office.

Absolutley unpleasurable. For a dentists office, they have a very unorthodox waiting room. The front desk workers were clueless. Over the phone an appointment was made, they said one thing, then when we got there they said something different. I would rate this place in the negative, but, sadly GOOGLE DOESNT LET ME DO THAT!

I wrote another review previously (Heather Bilinski) and for those reasons I switched dentists. Im about to go to my first appointment with my new dentist and called to get my records from Dental Solutions. They will not accept a request form from another dentist, they will not email you the release form, and instead require that you come into the office to physically pick up the records to take to your new dentist. I was not thrilled with this and made a comment about adding this to the list of reasons why I am switching and the woman hung up on me. My comment was not 100% nice, but did not warrant a hang up.

Every year I do cleaning appointment and have a good higieny. Just had one cavity in my live and I am 36 years old. We moved from another country to Chambersburg and decide to do to see a dentist to check everything as my yearly routine. To my surprise the dentista said that I had 13 cavities......unbelievable. I called my former dentist on the next day and he told me not to do anything. I asked my wife to go there as week just for curiosity and she was not as bad as me. She was only with 3 cavities. We never returned there and went to our former dentist back in our country one year later and he said there was no cavity and if it was I would probably have no teeth on my mounts anymore which is not the case. Lol..... I decide to leave a post after 2 years because I think people should know that and I am seen similiar comments.
