Campground is out in the country on a sometimes narrow and winding road. If we had arrived after dark, it wouldve been nearly impossible to make it to our site - had to travel through other sights with no road - all grass and unlit. We were fairly level, but only here for one night so no big deal. Very few sites on the creek itself. Laundry not centrally located so either walk a good distance partly uphill or unhook and drive up. I chose to handwash a few items since walking that distance is impossible for me and unhooking was not an option. Could use another dumpster better located. When I made the reservation we were driving and had sketchy connection. I missed the part where after hours check in was on a check in board by the road in front of store/office. Ran into a worker who was taking a call and walked into the office/store. I asked to check in and was met with the office is closed - I wouldnt be here if not for a phone call and pointed to the board by the road where the check in information was available. We were parked right near the playground, corn hole area - lots of kids until after dark playing and laughing and being loud. This isnt a complaint - was refreshing to see kids actually outside playing and getting dirty and laughing. No electronics in sight!

My wife is a travel nurse. I called Randy in mid March asking if he had a spot for us. Of course this is off season. He immediately says sure. We stop down and he is very accommodating. Has water Buffalo and honey dipper service in off season. We end up staying for 6 months. Never knowing when we will be ending contract. He continues to find us a spot to stay. Treated us like family. Randy, Edie, and Dillon are amazing. Lets not forget about Pete grounds keeper. What amazing people. They have a new playground for kids. Dog park for pups to run. Lots of weekend activities. Outdoor Ping pong. Game room. 4 square. Basketball court. Too much to list. Go there. I promise you will make memories.

North East Lazy Daze Club held a rally at TBC, and owner Randy was beyond cooperative in making sure the rally was a success. Campground is clean with more than adequate bath houses. Campground well located to many PA. tourist attractions. Very attuned to family camping with activities on weekends. Their pump out stations are very well designed and makes emptying tanks a breeze. Highly recommend if you need a Campground near the Gettysburg/Chambersburg area.

So I am walking across the USA with my dog. So far I have traveled about 350 miles and I have to say this has been my favorite stop. It was a short day, only 7 miles so I didnt want to stop but my gut said to come here. I AM SO HAPPY IT DID. The place was just so beautiful and peaceful and serene. I cant wait to come back some day. Edie and the staff there were so pleasant, helpful, and kind. The kindness displayed by Edie is the kind that makes me wonder how in the hell could I ever repay this kindness? And the short answer is, you cant. Ill see you again someday. Thank you so so much. God Bless.

A shallow, slow moving creek flows through campground except the meadow. Kids love it; adults relax while watching kids. Lots of shade except in the wide open meadow which has multiple pull through sites. Level. Quiet; almost no golf cart traffic. Easy access. Grocery store and fuel close by.

My husband and I stayed a week at Twin Bridges. This was our first visit. We were in site 57, right by the bridge in front of a creek.  The site was lovely, with plenty of space to stretch out.Our neighbors were not on top of our area. The grounds are well taken care of. The staff was polite, professional, friendly, and overall a pleasure to do business with. Some have expressed negative thoughts about the ducks or geese roaming around being a bother to them. Twin bridges is home to ducks, geese, chickens, a rooster, or two. I spotted even a couple of turkeys. I can say they were there but were not an issue for me or my husband. We have several acres down south. Our chickens roam free and put themselves to bed at night. In short, the rooster crowing made us feel a bit more at home.We used our camper bathroom; I did not visit the grounds bathroom facilities. They have a playground for the kiddos, corn hole for the whole family to play and planned activities on the weekend.I did visit the office store and was impressed with how low the prices were on the items in there.I wish we could have stayed longer; unfortunately, I got sick halfway into our first week and had to cut our visit short by a week. Next time we are in PA, we plan on staying here for some R&RJ&A W.

For first time visitors: office is located in the small building near the brick house which can be difficult to find. Campground sits in a quiet location near a creek in the country; however, on Saturdays they have planned activities at the pavilion where they blast music. If your going to camp for peace away from the loud world or to want to sit quietly and read a book then don’t get a site near there. We stayed in a 30 amp grassy site near the pavilion. Other than the loud music, we enjoyed dipping treats into the chocolate fondue fountain.

I am surprised by some of the reviews. We stayed at Twin Bridge for 8 nights over fathers day and LOVED IT! The Campground is so beautiful and well kept. The creek is so serene and had great fishing and supplied tons of fun for our kids. Our kids had so much to do, fishing, playground, putt-putt golf, corn hole, horse shoes, riding their bikes and just exploring the natural beauty around them. Randy and Edie, the owners, were the nicest campground owners we have ever met. They really made us feel like guests at their home.

There are no signs showing that you are on the right route but the GPS will get you there. Very clean and grassy. Lots for large RVs have gravel to park on. These are not pull threw spots and no sewage on campsite but they have a dumping station. The staff is very nice and polite and helpful. Smells like horses but I dont mind that. Love the quiet atmosphere, but rules should apply to all not let them slide cause they are family or friends. Such as dogs not on leash, kids on bikes without helmets. saw a child roll right off the back seat of one of the golf carts thankfully she was ok. I will go back and would recommend just be aware of slight down falls as with any where else. No place is perfect.

Ok, ill give this 4 stars for our purposes. We were headed to Nashville from NH and this was a good little spot to stop for the night after driving 9hrs. Campground was not full and there were plenty of spots open on the brook. Nice easy drive through site, water, electric and wifi. The ride out to the Campground is very nice, beautiful farm country. Owners were very nice and greeted us at check in. Overall, not a bad spot for an overnight stay.

Well off the beaten path, not on the highway, not near the city. Campers and staff are very friendly. First time at a private-run campground. Beyond impressed, Twin Bridge set the bar high!To start, everyone there was so friendly and helpful. The manager escorted us to the site since we looked a bit lost. He then left and came back with a welcome kit with a bottle of water and donuts inside. The little things!Went 4th of July weekend. Expected it to be extremely crowded, but they only opened about half their sites for booking, so plenty of space for social distancing. We enjoyed the activities we were able to join, including the tractor ride, root beer floats, and campsite dance party, all run by smiling and happy staff. The other highlight was the creek that allowed for fishing and wading. I am sure the water levels vary, but when we were there, it was shallow and gentle at many spots, perfect for our preschoolers!Saw some others using floatables for relaxing, so gonna borrow that idea for next time.Did not get to explore much more since we only stayed 3 days and coronavirus. The price was excellent for what we got. $39 per night for 30 amp with water and memories that BEAT the $300+ per night we are used to spending at beach or city hotels. We will definitely be back to this amazing place!

I made my reservations by telephone. When I got to the park I had no cell service with Verizon. I found the office complex, couldnt tell which building was the office. Knocked on the house door, several barn doors that the office sign pointed to and another building too. I parked in the lot # she told me earlier on the phone, and spent the night. Theres a playground and a pavilion. I didnt see any bathrooms. There was no one at the house or barns this morning either. I was thinking of staying another few days. No phone service, no office staff, no camp host. I left.

We only made a pit stop here on our way to another location and ended up leaving a day early without a fuss about a refund ( thats how quick we wanted to leave lol). It rained the whole time which made it impossible to walk around anywhere without sinking into the grass/mud/gravel...there is no pavement. Could use a lot of updating. Good place to stop for one night to get some sleep...other than that...wouldnt recommend.
