I went into my my appointment today and I had the master stylist do my hair (The manager/Rhonda) and I came in with extremely long hair she talked me into getting 5 inches cut off which was fine but it turned out like this. My hair before was the picture with the long hair. She definitely took way more than just five inches off and the so called layers are very choppy and uneven on one side compared to the other. I did not even notice until I got home or I would of said something (probably because she didn’t bother showing me my hair like most stylist do/ I think she knew she messed up). She charged me 34 dollars for this now I have to go somewhere else to get my hair fixed and spend more money. She should not be a manger if she cannot cut hair even. I would put a 0 star if I could.

Had a wonder experience getting my hair colored and cut and styled. Very professional and great quality work by Amanda!! Def would recommend her and the salon to anyone!

I left home this morning in dire need of a haircut and was dreading it. I can never seem to get the cut or look I want. NOT TODAY!! I LOVE IT 😁SANDY did a great job, offered me the hair products I need, but didnt try to push others I dont. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. And did I mention I love my hair?Highly recommend Sandy. And btw, I received a pixie cut...any little flaw shows easily. NO FLAWS HERE 😁

This was the best hairstyle I have ever gotten. I have really thick dark hair so its very hard to get anything done that I want. Somehow Sandy made my hair the best that it has ever been. Also, my daughter went and got her hair done, too and its gorgeous. You wont regret going here. Thats a promise.

I usually go to another place, but I can never get in and they are always booked. I tried holiday hair and honestly, no complaints. Rhonda was friendly and professional. Will be back

We took the kids to Holiday for haircuts for their first day of school. And my 5 yr olds very first day of school. I asked if they could do fades and she said yes. My oldest has more of a crew cut than a fade, which is fine I guess. Not what I asked for but it looks okay. My 5 yr old got the same thing but his hairline now starts way up his neck and is uneven. It looks horrible and I dont even know how to fix it.I also went here specifically because it says kids cuts is 13.50. I got charged more than the kids cut amd shampoo and their heads werent shampood either. But my total was $39 and I added a tip. If she hadnt shaved his whole neck and just trimmed it up like she did my 12yr old Id take it and not be too upset. But this looks horrible and now Im hoping since hes only in kindergarten hes not made fun of until it grows back in.

My entire appointment lasted 15 minutes. My master stylist Rhonda managed to give me a consultation, wash and condition, cut and blow dry my hair in 15 minutes. I was never given the option to see the back view of my haircut. The overall length of my haircut was approximately two inches shorter than the picture given and not nearly enough layers. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED

I have used Holiday Hair occasionally. They are always very courteous and attentive when using their facility. They are amenable to what is asked of them. I have never had a bad experience there!

Everyone here is wonderful! especially kimmy, she is the only person who’ve i’ve let cut my hair for the past year! best place to get a hair curb

Went in with one yes or no question politely “Do you have time to cut me and my sons hair ? The Answer “we are appointment only so in the future you need to make an appointment “ (with attitude..real snotty) she then said we have time for you. I looked at my son and said “ let’s go to a barber shop son “ We went downtown and were welcomed in . Yes we had to wait a bit total for me and my son $36 . I have $60 and said thank you. So tired of attitudes with people the answer yes would have yielded an extra $24 if you people were decent . This is the 3rd time I’ve had a bad experience other that one girl in their that’s awesome I dread going there if she is off.

I love Sandy. I have been getting my hair done by her for years. Shes very professional and she holds great conversations. Its a shame we have to wear masks when we get our hair done. That is very uncomfortable when hair falls down in the mask. I would be nice to go in with a mask and take it off to get your hair done.

Had a nice haircut. However I felt that there could be an appointment time that was needed for this cut. Waited about 1 1/2 hours until the stated time for me. Other than a wait, my haircut was good.

Went in for a haircut and french braid. No one in salon could french braid. Stylist barely talk. Cut off more than asked for

Katie has a great personality. She told me how to keep my hair healthy. She answered any questions. Would definitely recommend. She took her time and talked through some choice with my haircut/hairstyle. Make sure you stop by and make an appointment or walk in. Worth every penny.

I just got a great haircut and perm from Kimmy at Holiday hair. Every safety precaution was taken to ensure a good experience.

Im not saying this is a bad place or anything because I heard they were good but when I went there I was getting my eyebrows waxed and my uper lip and they missed part of my eyebrow and messed it up, my lip they did really well and there haircuts are nice besides the wait time but other then that They did a nice job.

Nichol did a beautiful job on my hair and made me feel very welcome and comfortable. I would recommend her to anyone.

I have only been to this Holiday hair a few times as i live an hour away. But the fee times i have been there the experience had been good. Friendly relaxing. Miss their sidewalk events.

Very friendly environment, my stylists name was Hayley I believe, I got my hair color changed and it turned out beautifully. I’m very picky when it comes to people messing with my hair and she did an absolutely beautiful job on it. She did a great job on the cut as well. I would definitely recommend getting your hair done here, everyone’s super nice and they all do a great job. They’re very professional and they know what they’re doing. I never write reviews but I was very pleased with this place.

I came to Nicole for the first time and described what I wanted. She analyzed my hair, yes analyzed it, and she nailed it to a T. She just got a customer for life!!!!!

Brought my 12 yr old daughter in and loved the stylist. She has real thick, wavy hair. She wanted it thinned out and not layers. Stylist listened to her and gave her the look she wanted. Were both very pleased

Just saying as a former employee... stay away if you are a new or seasoned stylist. The Wayne Ave manager can be petty, practices nepotism and allows her personal life to interfere with her professionalism. If you are wanting a fun, drama free workplace, this is not for you.

I decided to bleach my hair at home. Called for a correction. And it was done beautifully.

My son got a hair cut here a few years ago that was awful so we didn’t return until today. Today they messed his hair up again! These employees are apparently amateurs and can’t do simple male hair cuts. I’m very disappointed and we will never return here again. When I explained the issue they asked me what i expected them to do about it. Save your money and your hair; go somewhere else.

Did both of my little ones first hair cuts. Stylist was very pleasant and worked politely with both of them. They are 1&2 year olds. We will definitely be coming again. Minimal wait time on a Thursday evening.

Walked in on a weekday around lunchtime and both employees were just sitting there talking, which is fine, but the place was DIRTY! All other Holiday Hair locations I have been to are much cleaner. The cape my stylist gave me was covered in someone elses hair so I had to go home and immediately take a shower. Haircut was decent, but the lady was rushing and asked me very few questions to find out what I wanted. I will not be returning to that salon!
