I went in for eyelashes and the women were so friendly. Very Professional yet personable! I will definitely return and recommend them to others!

I went to get a balayage and a cut. I went in expecting to pay $165, plus the cost for a cut. When I left I was charged $410!!! the price was never discussed when I made my appointment, or when I arrived at the salon. This was my first time being away from my daughter, and after my appointment had already taken an extra 2 hours I paid the outrageous price and left. To top it off I didnt even get what I asked for, the colors I received were very dull, I was wanting bright vibrant colors. I had my husband call to talk to the manager. When he spoke with my stylist she told him that I was lying, she said that the price was discussed before hand and called me a liar to my husband. He also made it clear that I was not happy with my colors that I received and she told him that I wanted pastels which is what I got . I did not want pastels. It was briefly mentioned but I was informed that it would fade quickly, I told her to not do the pastels. The colors I received were muddy and not vibrant. She told my husband that I said that price didnt matter and I told her to do whatever to achieve what I wanted, which is not true, we are on a budget and I had no plan to spend 410 on my hair! I as well had my friend call to ask for a price to get a full balayage for shoulder length hair and she was told that it would be 175, which included the bleaching in the price. I got charged for a full bleach, which I did not receive, I had it lightened to add color, and then the balayage separate. On their website it is listed as a full balayage for 165, which normally would include the price for bleaching already added to it. But for some reason I was charged the price for a full Bleaching, Plus a full balayage, and a cut. I even called a luxury salon and they said the most they would charge would be $360. So then I called a more average priced salon and they said it should cost no more then $200. If I wanted to pay luxury prices I would go to a luxury salon. All I want is my money back so I can get my hair fixed somewhere else. This was supposed to be a birthday present from my husband, but this couldnt of gone worse! I feel so ripped off and scammed!! Baylee is very talented. She comes to you or you can book an appt. at her studio. Either way her work speaks for itself. Doesnt matter if your looking for a dramatic, runway, or natural makeup application, shes the artist that will get you together. My last appt. with her was for my birthday, now most of my guests have become customers. Baylee is phenomenal at her craft regardless of the skin type or shade. Am new to town and found this gem! Spent the entire day and got a bunch of services done! First got my lips done by Baylee and they have seriously never looked better she boosted my confidence a TON! Got a Brazilian done by Jessica, and let me just say the most comfortable I’ve ever felt getting a wax! Got my lash extensions done and tori made me feel like she’d known me forever! I did the “boujee facial” with Miranda and not only is she the sweetest person I’ve ever met.. she is extremely knowledgeable about every service she offers and my skin has never felt better! Lastly, got a spray tan done by Danielle.. this spray tan was amazing and has lasted for 2 weeks now! I look so naturally bronzed! I will be going back to this place religiously for everyone was so welcoming! The place itself was soo adorable and CLEAN! all of my appointments ran right on time! Very easy to book with them and the receptionist was fantastic!

All of the makeup artist are professional and also amazing making me feel beautiful. I had my teeth whitened and they were literally shining.
