They are absolutely amazing. They go out of their way to help people in very painful situations. Their advocates have helped me every step of the way offering support and services. They have helped me with gas vouchers which was an obstacle in my life in getting through the steps to escape a toxic situation.

I ABSOLUTELY love this organization. They practically saved my life while fleeing a stalking abusive ex. From day 1 when staff met me at train station to bring me to there dv shelter, I was given so much love and respect. No matter WHAT your circumstances are, HRN doesnt treat you like an insignificant number, but as a person who is worth something. Anyone who comes from violence knows how rare that truly is. Now, nearly 5 years later, there like family. Im stable and have come so far because of the support of this organization. They are the ONLY organization of there kind Id recommend. I raise money for them any chance I get.

The worst dv program I have ever spoken with didnt even offer to do a safety plan with my friend or send an advocate with her to court she has not herd from anyone else yet and it has been almost three weeks she had to do everything on her own no help at all
