Consistently the worst customer service in this office. Mandy is extremely rude and insists that she is right when she clearly does not listen and gets instructions wrong. This is not a good thing when people rely on oxygen to be delivered.The only good I have to say about this company is the kind gentleman who delivers locally has always been professional and goes above and beyond for his clients. This kind of customer service that they need in their office.

Totally disorganized. Nothing but confusion trying to get the doctors download. Very poor customer service. My doctor recommended another supplier instead of Lincare. Dr stated that Lincare had been the gold standard but went down hill and receives numerous paitent complaints. So far, Im happy with the new supplier even though I have to drive further.

My father has been trying for a month to get a cpap machine from them. I was able to get one for myself in Spokane in 2 days from the Dr ordering it. They do not care about their customers. I suggest you find someone else.

Called the morning of my appointment to confirm appointment time and was never told that they had moved, so I drove to the office, and long behold, the building was closed. Very frustrating, because I took off work and I was there to change masks and so I called the number on the door and expressed to them my frustration and and am now getting the run around about my mask, appointments, etc. I am contemplating going back to Norco. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

They never EVER return phone calls! Dont bother leaving a message. You have to get lucky and catch them between calls and lunch breaks.They claim they never received order for CPAP machine from doctor, they are short-handed, have new people, their computer is rebooting, they just got back from lunch break, theres a two-hour delay with their fax machine...their excuses are endless. Dont bother to drive down there either, they will just put you off with more excuses. A month into the struggle we have moved on to a different company. You would think a subsidiary of such a large company could afford to staff properly. I dont know if they really are short staffed or not trained properly. I do know, this is no way to run a business.

Dr shot prescription for CPAP mask to them on Feb 5. Round and round they went. I got my drs office involved and they promised to resolve the situation but they still dropped the ball anyway. All I needed was a CPAP mask! Finally on March 28 I contacted another company 40 miles away. Thanks Lincare for absolutely nothing!
