I dont usually do these ratings but there is none and if there was Id know to go find something else. This agency is a joke. Its a an elderly women and her daughter that helps her. I understand that she is the only person there, but shes rude, she does not answer her phone or make an attempt to call back. She takes litrally months to do paperwork and I dont think she knows exactlly what shes doing. It took my husband and I going in to get paperwork going, and that was after 3 month of calling, leaving messages, and trying to catch her at her office. She doesnt have regular hours which made it very difficult for any communication, if I had to have another eval i will try going somewhere else and Id suggest the same to anyone else. If u have no other choice i guess grit ur teeth and gather your patience. There are places that charge 200$ yet will get things done in a professional manner in oly.I wish this helps someone.
