Over 2 years and still doind better than ever! Despite all the negative reviews, I have never have a problem. Front desk is always friendly and I can always get through on the phone. Or I get called back the sam day. You get what you give. And i still give them 5 stars. And a 5 star attitude when i walk through the door. Very caring staff, always put a smile on my face. Nice clean facility. Best mental health place I have ever been to period. And I love that they have a pharmacy right there in the same building. Everyone is very caring and really want to and try to help you and your life get better. They are changing lives everyday. I know they have definitely changed mine. Me and my family thank you!

As far as client care goes I can’t speak to that. What I can speak to is working for Cascade. It was a miserable experience. Management is unsupportive and going to the executive team or HR does nothing.Sarah Kimball pretends to care and listen but does nada to make anything better. The good staff have dropped like flies over the last couple of years, all going to other behavioral health agencies and that includes myself.Bringing up the lack of compliance with mask wearing and having my concerns dismissed were the last straw. If you want to work for a BH organization who pays less than any other competition and treats you like a money making number then look no further Cascade is for you

Chop Shop mental health care. Ran me through multiple counselors, who ended up quitting or being let go. Only got to meet the actual Psycologist 1 time and in my opinion he didnt even listen.

Bronwyn was such an amazing counselor who worked with my son. Since my son has autism, it can be difficult to find a way to effectively keep him on track, while being kind about it. Bronwyn hit it out of the park!

Mental health counseling side of cascade is not very good. Dealt with this company for about 2 years. They really dont counsel, and they really dont treat their clients with personable services (me and my partner experienced.) They simply sit back and let you talk in circles, then cut the appointment off 15 min or more early while providing no closing of the wounds. They are not trained to actually offer skills and tools to grow and heal from a condition. They are more like social workers. Dont expect to be in any better condition mentally than when you started. Also, some people (me) they just avoid letting in for further services. It may be that I have demands, as well as a standard that I expect. They can not meet it. There will always be a reason I cant seem to make an appointment, everytime, after doing what they ask to obtain services. (This paperwork, that paperwork, oh its a new year do this paperwork again, oh we lost it you have to come in on a walk in basis and redo the orientation and paperwork.) Im not interested in chasing down services so I took my insurance, my money, my family, and my good review elsewhere. I went to CORE and what do ya know, I have an appointment after calling once, so go check out my review there.

I volunteered to stay at their evaluation and treatment center. I was lied to by some mental health professional if i agreed to stay on the inpatient side for few days and would be able to move to another side with more freedom.i should got it in writing. I was lied to. Made my experience more traumatic. I saw a mental health pro 2 times out of 7 days. This place was wanting funding for their facility,so feel. If wasnt so out I would have told them they can only hold someone for 72 hours if you go in voluntary. Remember that if you are ever held in their treatment center.

Just want to say that this is an awesome place if you are truly looking for mental health care. If you care about yourself in your family this is a place to go to, they care about you and they help you every way they can. I have never had a mental health program go so far out of their way to help me with my mental health and with my personal problems. Thank you so much Cascade Mental Health you are changing lives everyday.

My son lost services do to their neglect of a proper diagnosis! DO NOT take your children to this place, office staff might be nice but the Dr. doesnt care enough to really listen to the real signs and symptoms of the child or the parent! After finally leaving this place I pulled my sons patient notes to find out the Dr. had a complete different diagnosis but FAILED to tell me so I could get the proper help for my son! Just push more meds instead of finding out the core problem! Any advise I can give you, is to trust your gut instinct if you feel there is something else wrong, there usually is and get a second, third, fourth opinion! Hope this will help any parent considering taking your child here.

Avoid if you have any other option. Their patient policies are draconian, and if you have any issues that you cant control, like missing even one of your manditory for getting psych meds counseling sessions due to illness or family emergency or them telling you that youre not covered, they can drop you instantly. When this happens, they will stop writing prescriptions for any meds theyve been providing, even if you are scrambling to find a new psych or primary care provider and are about to run out, including meds like anti-convulants or anti-psychotics that could kill you if you were to stop them abruptly. This is unethical, if not illegal, though they cover themselves by requiring a battery of expensive bloodwork that would cost about $1000 to have done if you want them to write a refill on something youve been taking for years.

If I could give a ZERO, I would! AVOID this clinic if at all possible! The physician treated my daughter and was the worst clinician we have ever experienced in all the years of mental health care (16 years)! When it was time for her refill and followup, he argued with me for 30 minutes over the phone that she was not even a patient of his when in fact she was and had been for the past year. Unfortunately, the mental health care in Washington is so poor we chose to move out of state because of it! RUN from this provider!!

I have been working with Tricare for 7 months to find assistance with medication adjustment. 6 weeks ago I was finally placed in touch with Cascade. They requested 6 months of medical records before I could make an appointment. My primary care sent 3 weeks ago and showed me that they were sent and recieved. Cascade misplaced my medical information, so my primary care sent them again today. After all of this back and forth, Judy called me to say that Luke doesnt want to take me. I called back wanting something stating that they are denying me care to provide to Tricare. Judy said, Were not going to do that. and then hung up before I could say a word in response.Im currently in contact with my case manager at Tricare to discuss the severe unprofessionalism from this clinic, and will be seeing what further action Tricare might be able to take.

Worst menta health clinic ever. If you ever manage to get through on the phone and get an apointment. They likely will cancel without any notice forcing you to show up before you are told its canceled. This has happened far to many times to be considered coincidental. And the reasoning because the person you were scheduled to see went home early for personal reasons wich would be somewhat understandable if it didnt happen 3 out of 5 apointments.

5 Therapists.Thats right. I went through 5 therapists.I was never able to keep one to establish a connection with.Only one was because we didnt fully connect. The rest? Either changed positions, or fired. This place is the worst. Now I am stuck trying to find another therapist, but Im looking elsewhere. Its a complete waste of time to go here.UPDATE: Found out they now only do THREE APPOINTMENTS A DAY FOR INTAKE!!! You have to be one of the FIRST THREE IN THE DOOR AT 8AM to get either a 9AM, 11AM, OR 2PM INTAKE!!!This is why people cant get help!

This facility is set up to satisfy court mandated treatment, not to help people who are seeking help on their own. This facility runs on a punitive mental health model, and so is not a safe option for at risk people, or anyone for that matter as the punitive mental health model only helps to foment misery among those who are not resilient while enriching the ceo, and perpetuating the carceral state.
