Paid off our credit card and you guys closed my credit account without even telling me. No phone call, email, letter in the mail. Went to go use it today it declined then I called to figure out why and was rudely told you closed my account and couldnt help me. Glad to know you guys suck almost as much as Chase. Will be closing my account next week.

Stopped by the first week of the month to get a new debt card as mine expired, was told to wait for it in the mail instead. After ending the month without receiving my card I called on the first about getting a new one, the lady said to come through the drive up to get a new one because they can’t have more than 5 people in the lobby at a time. After driving over here today, waiting in the drive up for my turn I got told to pull around and come in to get a new card. Frustrated about the experience, but happy the lady who printed me my card is always pleasant to work with.

Credit union that doesnt do lines of credit and has fees on top of fees.

Terrible customer service. Applied for home loan, old white dude questioned why I had multiple W-2s in a calendar year. He was snotty, rude and lacked any class. 3 years later returned to a different branch to pay off loan got nothing but lies and attitude.
