1st times there, everyone was so friendly and attractive. I very much enjoyed my pedicure. Came out feeling amazingly relaxed.

One of my favorite childhood memories with my mom was when she treated us to the nail salon. I decided to share the same fun memory with my 2 year old yesterday. Eleanor was excited, but a little anxious. We arrived an hour before close - They took care of us quickly and were very accommodating to Ellie. I was getting my nails done also, so Ellie was practically on her own getting hers done. The woman painting her toes and nails carried her to the nail dryer each time because Ellie was too scared to walk with separators on her toes. 🙏😂🤣 There was a bit of a language barrier between us, but the woman (I think her name was Anna) made sure she reassured Ellie throughout the whole process with encouraging smiles and friendliness. I wish I could have communicated that we were only getting our nails done for fun, however Anna re-did Ellies nails a few different times at no extra charge (2 year olds dont sit very still) to ensure they were perfect when we left. Bill did my nails also (years over due) poor guy. He was quick and friendly also. The price was cheap. I will never forget our first nail salon memory. Thank you Jennys nails for making it a great one! (And thank you, Anna, for dead lifting my 35 lb toddler!!!) 😆🥰 We will be back again!

Excellent overall first experience! Super busy, so we waited a while, even with an appointment...but once our techs were with us, they were focused on us and the service was great!

I love going here. i started going here when i first moved to the area bc it was recommended to me and i feel like they treaT me so well. they remember me by name & are always kind to me. and my nails always look amazing. if for some reason i do have an issue, they fix it quickly. love going here and will recommend them.

Will not come back to this salon. Had an appointment and still waited almost an hour. Then so I wouldnt leave they wrapped up my fingers with acetone for 30 more minutes while I sat in a waterless pedicure chair. Then was told once the water was on to turn it off myself. My mani & pedi was a disaster and looked terrible on top of that. I did not feel welcome here or taken care of. I would not recommend this salon to anyone!

This place is awesome! Coming from out of town you don’t always know what you’re getting into walking into a place. I was impressed by their cleanliness, professionalism, sanitation standards and overall nail talent. I’ve been here twice since I’ve been in town. They’ve done an awesome job with keeping me well taken care of till I get back to Cali!

I love Jenny’s! I haven’t been there in so long and today I went in and the shop is beautiful and renovated everyone was so nice! It was a very peaceful experience this is something I typically seek when doing things like this! The price was very fair! I had a very kind lady named Kim whom I’ll be seeing every two weeks for a long time! Thank y’all so much and I can’t wait to be back!!!

I have had three different people to do my nails and they have all done a great job. They are nice too. My only complaint is that they generally only talk to each other. Kim is the only person that doesn’t do that.

So I got my nails done Friday of last week they did a good job on mine but now that paint is falling of, the nails are braking and coming off. My mom went with me and she said she wanted short nails and when she was done they were really long. We decided to never do there again

I recently relocated with my job and needed a new nail place. This place is only a few doors down from my store... so I gave it a try. They are only slightly higher in price than the place I have been going for the past 10 years.. but so far it’s been well worth it! I’m not good with their names yet (as I’ve only been twice) but the lady at table #6 has done great for me! I have already recommended them to multiple people

Will not be back. They made my fingers bleed. My nails are all different lengths and lumpy. 2 days later and one of them have already came off. The polish is chipping off already. You could tell everyone in there was rushing to get them done. Super super unhappy. Shouldn’t have even paid for these.

Very nice place I would recommend it the only thing Im not used to is that they didnt have fiberglass powder to do a fill on my nails they had to use acrylic which case I really dont care for but Im here visiting I would definitely recommend this place

I usually go to Jennys nails but they have been rude lately. They open at nine but they often ask why people come so early. My nail tech was been really short and trying to rush my nail process. She took a breakfast break after starting my nails and was gone for 15 plus minutes. She came back and was being rough. I said something and she said it was ok. I eventually had to ask her was she ok with doing my nails. She stated she was ok and she didnt talk to me again. She only spoke with the other workers.

Every one was incredibly nice. Great selection of polish, and beautiful results. I received exactly what I asked for. I will definitely be returning for services in the future.

I have been going to Jennys nails for 10 years. Today I was so upset when I was there. I waited over 30 minutes and they took 3 people before me and they kept trying to tell them I was there first. Then when they finally got my turn , they said they would have to mess up my nails to shorten them. They also told another woman that they couldnt wax her eye brows after she was there for over 20 minutes. Very disappointed with the service, or lack of service.

I have been going to Jennys for years but lately it is not as inviting as it used to be. Lucy and Tom are exceptional in the services they provide. Today was NOT A GOOD VISIT at all. The young man with earrings in his ears did my mani and pedi. He and another young man talked and laughed the whole time while doing my pedicure. He was hurrying along and did not do what I was paying for, a delux pedi. Did not put disinfectant tab in water, was rough in handling my feet and cuticles, did not get the callus professionally off my feet and forgot to put the parafan was on until he was starting to do my nails. When I reminded him he said oh, I forgot, I told him he could just charge me the regular price of a pedicure but he said he could do it but then he messed up three of my toenails and had to redo, then they were not quite dry. The same with my hands, rather rough, hurt when doing cuticles, and did not spray alcohol on my cuticles or put any oil on them. I was extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with his work. It might be awhile before I go back , if at all and if I do it will only be Lucy or Tom that I will allow to work on me.. I paid too much for a not so good job.

Told one price when we got there, charged differently when I paid. Asked what we needed by all 4 people working and then the 2 guys left so we had to sit until the guys returned because the 2 ladies couldnt fix broken acrylic nails.
