So warm and kind! I went there after an unpleasant experience at South Sound Womens Center. I had trouble getting appointment anywhere else between Centralia and Olympia. Planned Parenthoods online appointment booking is seamless! My visit was for an IUD removal and replacement. All of the staff made me feel comfortable, and I experienced the BEST bedside manner I have ever had.

Absolutely unwelcoming to males. Had appointment at 4:30, didnt get seen until 6:10. Once I was seen, for a screening of stds and an exam of a skin tag, The doctor attempted to assure me it was genital warts, with very little reason to do so, after hardly listening at all to the time or circumstance that the skin tag appeared, since I hadnt even been active in quite some time before. I was then perscribed a creme for genital warts, that was 356$ before rite aid processed as many discounts as they could find for me, which was an uneccessary perscription anyways. I would still recommend this place for females, as multipke came and went seemingly sayisfied with their services, But I would advise males to save their money and avoid unevessary insecurities to find a primary provider yo to assist you with these things.

Went for a vaccine and they were so wonderful. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I was nervous because Im not very familiar with healthcare, but they made it a great experience. The front desk apologized for not being able to get me in immediately, even though I was a walk-in, and they scheduled me in next week! Everyone was helpful, explained everything, answered all my questions, really made sure I understood everything I needed to know. After the shot I got a little dizzy, so they walked me to a seat, brought me an apple juice, and even checked up on me a few times, and let me wait for a while to make sure I felt better. I really felt taken care of, and now i feel like I have a lot more confidence about scheduling my first and long overdue pap smear. Thank you PP.

Wonderful staff! If anyone has questions about their reproductive care, just walk in and start asking. Seriously.I utilized PP for my Essure procedure and I was cared for in a professional and caring manner from beginning to end.

The stop there are always super friendly and very welcoming and they are not judgemental

Front desk was friendly but i really felt going was a waist of time as they didnt even try to resolve my issue. I think they are for people in their reproductive years and are more about stds and birth control than other more complicated issues like ovarian cancer ect.
