Dr. Wilson is always great! Hes always sure to explain everything that hes doing and takes good care of me. Rosa is also so amazing when I get my teeth cleaned. I really appreciate them all. Im super scared about the dentist but they really take great care of me.

Dr Wilson is wonderful. Very aware and educated in his exam. Great that he considers the future of my teeth and not just any immediate needs. His work is very skillful and professional. I also appreciate his communication skills. He always looks me in the eye when he is talking to me. And always makes sure I understand what he is explaining. Great location!Dr Wilson is very patient and thoroughly explains things to you instead of assuming things are common knowledge. He doesn’t rush you at all, I’m a 26 yr old who has only had wisdom teeth pulled and in the middle of an extraction I got nervous and scared. He quickly stopped everything, took everything out of my mouth and talked me through it.Needless to say I’m really glad I was able to come back and have him pull it.

Usually pretty nice and welcoming. It’s just every now and then that the doctors seem to be lazy with their work or maybe just don’t care or take certain concerns serious. I’ve noticed it happen a few times when either I go in or my kids go in and are seen by someone other than their regular doctor. I always try to get them in with their regular doctor but sometimes they need to be seen sooner than the doctors availability so we get stuck seeing someone else and they just don’t care our concerns serious or downplay something. I then end up taking them to urgent care & they actually do something about it. Mom mentioned to me just the other day that I once had a really high fever to the point that my eyes were rolling back and La Clinica told her to just give me Tylenol. Well luckily my mom decided to listen to herself and took me to the ER instead and I ended up having to stay at the hospital for 3 whole days. Imagine if my mom took La Clinicas Advise. I probably wouldn’t be here anymore.Definitely gonna switch my kids to a different place.

I love La Clinica Dental in Central Point! The staff & doctors are friendly, helpful, and they really care about their patients. Coming from a licensed dental assistant, I can attest to the fact that their dental work is impressive. My whole family comes to them, and we couldnt be happier.

It was such a great experience. I chipped a tooth and they got me in right away. The composite restoration was done so well I can’t tell there ever was damage, and it was a front upper tooth! What a relief to be in such good hands. Dr. Wilson was professional and skilled.

He was attentive, caring, professional, friendly and he made me feel at ease. La Clinica schedule an appointment for me with less then a weeks notice. I live in Corvallis and drive down for my appointment to get a front chipped tooth looked at. I haven’t been to the dentist in over 6 months and the Doctor there was able to fix my tooth for me on the spot. My tooth turned out great and the Doctor is a very friendly/ professional person. I am very thankful for this clinic and highly recommend.

Just had a tooth pulled there. Great staff, excellent service. Doctor was quick, easy to understand, and gave me multiple options. His nurse was just as helpful and polite as well. All around great experience.

I have extreme dental anxiety and it kept me from going to the dentist for far too long. This clinic, the staff, hygienists and the dentist have been amazing. Everyone here is so friendly and helpful. I was never shamed for the time it had taken me to get to work on my dental plan. I often require extra shots to properly numb my mouth and they have been great about that. I’ve never had any pain. I can’t recommend this clinic highly enough.

The whole crew has been very helpful and Ive recommended several people to go to the dental department in Central Point. Dr. Tyler Wilson has been my dentist for many years and I was originally with him in Medford but when he moved to Central Point, I followed him there because he does such a superb job and answers all of my endless questions :) My hygienist was Keela in Medford and is now Rosa in Central Point, both are great!I thoroughly appreciate the whole staff there and how they are able to provide quality care at an affordable price for those that need to be on the sliding scale. I give them five stars!

10/10 Dental experience every appointment. The front desk staff is welcoming and great about working with appointment times. The assistant staff always kind and knowledgeable. Multiple dental procedures that I have received from Dr. Wilson have been painless. Shocked every visit at how little of time it takes to complete a procedure. Not too mention the top quality of work done. I have and would recommend to anyone needing dental work of any variety.

We were new to the community, so last summer I made an appointment to meet and greet a dr. to see if we could work together as my primary care physician. I had several medical concerns that I wanted to discuss with the dr. but 3 hours before the scheduled appointment, I was told for the first time that this would be a telephonic consult instead of a live meeting. I explained my purpose and goals of the appointment (I want to look this person in the eye and judge whether to trust my life to him or her.) but I was told that they were not doing in-person clinic visits at all and that it was telephonic consult or nothing. Well, I was unhappy and left a bad (1 star) review.I still think it would have been much better if I had been alerted to the telephonic nature of the appointment a lot earlier. However, after I cooled off, I made another appointment and have now been a patient of this clinic for about 6 months. I have been very impressed with the clinic staff and their associated pharmacies. The dr. is a good listener, which in my mind is necessary factor #1 for a good dr./patient relationship. The staff has always been friendly and courteous and the wait times have been minimal. There are bound to be sanfus in a year such as we have just experienced, but I would unreservedly recommend this clinic.

I’ve had a lot of dental work done this last year. I’m so pleased to have the excellent skills of Dr. Wilson and the staff at La Clinica Central Point Health Center helping me with my dental health. I’ve come to know and appreciate the professional and friendly people who keep the clinic running smoothly. Thank you Lisa who helped me with my insurance paperwork. Thank you Sarah, Tai, Ashley & Ashley - Dr. Wilson’s dental assistants and hygienists. Danisa and Diane manage a smooth running front desk with a smile. I’d easily recommend this dental clinic to friends and family alike.

The staff at the front desk are wonderful. However, my Dr. Made me feel like i was bothering her with my questions. And she didnt listen to my concerns. I wont be going back.

Dr. Phelps is one of the best doctors I have ever been too. I dont know what happened to the first guy who wrote his review...but Dr. Phelps is awesome. He truly cares for his patients and is extremely knowledgeable.

We LOVE our doctor Kelli, but HATE the front desk staff. They always treat my husband and I like garbage! We are so sad, but its time to start looking for a new doctor!

Yea not sure what happened in that Bishop guys situation but Ive seen lots of doctors for numerous things from female issues to back pain, foot pain, migranes and basic health care. He is top notch because he is straight forward and honest. Practical and progressive. To call him a backstabbing liar is not accurate and Im pretty sure is slander on the part of this Bishop guy. Thinkin he has an underlying issue here though.Dr Phelps highly recommended in my bookAND the office staff very good as well as the dental office.

Was denied teeth cleaning due to high blood pressure caused by severe anxiety, they filled 4 cavaties but still would not clean my teeth,makes no sense! i went back several times and still was told they wouldnt clean my teeth, wasted my time so many times it was unreal,i even got on bp medicine which made no difference since my high bp is due to anxiety,then they finally tell me if i get a note from my dr clearing me for teeth cleaning which i did,made an appt waited a month,then when i get there some guy named mark tells me he cancelled my appt when he was on the phone with me a few days earlier when he called to try to resolve my high bp issue,i tried to tell him he never said anything to me about cancelling my appt. they are discriminating against me because i have a mental health issue and they should be investigated and punished,dont go to laclinica if you have any other option.i am having such bad tooth pain now and there is nowhere else i can go because allcare wont pay for anymore exams or cavaties since i used up my allotment at this worthless facility
