Had an appointment for my 11 year. Arrived a bit early as I normally do. I was asked to wait in my vehicle until my appointment time and someone will come to take our temperature instead I was asked to come upstairs, when I came upstairs there was a few people waiting in a small hallway and a gentleman with no mask coughing. So much for keeping kids safe.

My children were seeing Dr.Sanchez since 2004 when he first opened. We always waited hours every single time we had and appointment. I was very patient throughout the years with hopes it would get better. Finally couldnt take it anymore and switched pediatricians. Asked for my childrens medical records to be sent over. Signed the release 3 different times beginning in October 2016. It is now February 24, 2017 and Their new Dr still doesnt have their records. Once again singing a release for their medical records in hopes it will finally be sent.

3 hours waiting for the pediatrician get to see my kid. Seriously?

The medical staff is good (in Suffolk medical), although is almost impossible to get through them over the phone just to schedule a simple appointment.

You deserve half a star. Never will i bring my family here.

Im changing pediatricians. Ive come here since 2008, no change, your hete for at least 3/4 hours, eventhough you have an appointment....this is crazy...so much for an office manager keeping the office running smoothly. If vhf I could rate this place half star, I would!!!!!

Omg.....I’ve been coming here since 2008...., no change, you wait in the lobby for an hour or more, then u go to the examination room, and wait some more, I’m going to change pediatrician dr..., this is crazy.....ASAP.... wouldn’t recommend this place...
