Navigant as a whole is the worst bank to ever go to. 35$ each transaction if your account hits the negative? Talk about kicking someone while theyre down.

I had BAD credit when I 1st joined Navagant. With the correct advice they have helped me raise my credit score to house buying numbers. Thank You

DO NOT BANK HERE. ALL THEY DO IS CHARGE YOU FEE AFTER FEE AND TELL YOU THEY ARE THE SAME THING. THIS IS THE WORST BANK I HAVE EVER HAD. PLEASE IF THERE IS ONE THING I DO WITH MY LIFE IT IS TO WARN OTHERS TO NOT BANK WITH NAVIGANT!!!

Had a horrible experience here and the only response I would get is “just smile”. Closed my account, no longer trust them. Staff is not as trained as they should be.

Stole my money twice. Once by plucking out overdraft charges when there were pending deposits that would have covered it. Then, by pulling out 4 overdraft charges when only one was warranted. Talked to two condescending bank managers who talked to me like I couldnt do math. Ive had positive experiences with customer service at other branches.

Attentive staff, I am a very quiet reserved person and dont like small conversation but again thats personal preference. They are very friendly and welcoming. It can get busy at times and the atm outside is out of service alot sometimes for short periods of time lately which could be understandibly inconvenient for most but I live so close by its okay with me, other than that easy banking for the average person.

They almost always treat me great except the one time is showed up in sweats after a workout and the teller acted like I was a scumbag. Still I wont let one bad apple define my experience.

Best community bank... no fees for checking account...

I feel like Im in the 1800 s . Im use to big banks way of doing things !! So many outdated ways they do things .. try a real bank this bank frustrates me to no end
