The dentist is a very nice and attentive person but the lady at the front desk is so rude and very very unprofessional.

Very discouraging eh irresponsibility in this dental clinic, you make an appointment and they always attend you 50 late oh sometimes up to 1:30 hours of waiting. oh it may happen to you like me today they send me a message yesterday saying to press C to confirm my appointment. and I show up at the correct time for my appointment and they tell me I dont have an appointment. do not waste your time also the receptionist very rude 6/8/21

I broke 2 teeth and didnt have any dental coverage so I called Blackstone Dental they got me in immediately on a Saturday. Upon arrival I found the office to be extremely clean and the staff to be very pleasant and helpful. Dr. Frias fixed both of my teeth. Their pricing for the procedure was very affordable. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist.

Omg I never had such a bad experience with a dentist!! First of all they make you wait 2 hours before they see you second there is only one dentist in the building who I personally don’t believe is a professional at all. I had a root canal and a crown done in the same tooth and I’ve been in pain in that area ever since. I had a wisdom tooth extraction and the guy didn’t even prescribed antibiotics and for the pain only gave me ibuprofen. I guess you get what you pay for because after all their prices are the only reason why they even got patients!

I highly recommend this dentist, I had the best experience ever, very knowledgeable, I didn’t feel no pain at all, definitely the best dental treatment, now I understand why he has so many patients

My son (a 13 year old) broke his front 2 teeth playing football for his school. He did not want to go back to school. He was embarrassed. Dr Enmanuel Frias restore my son’s perfect smile in minutes and painless free. My son Loves his smile and he is cofident again. Thank You to this doctor for such an amazing job and in such short notice.

This place offers a fatal customer service may dentists are good but as they make you wait! They make so many appointments at the same time that people accumulate and there are not enough places to sit. First they put you to fill out forms every time you arrive with the same thing, then you have to wait about two hours to go to the office, I think that with children they should be more understanding and not wait so long after the secretary is complaining that the children are bothering you!
