The facility is very calming and deceivingly large. The number a reminder texts I received was a bit over the top. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time at 2:00, to fill out paperwork. I waiting until 2:15 before I has called. Rachel did a very nice job.

My daughter and I love coming to Spa Medicca. Bethany is very professional and friendly. She understands exactly what we want. Im so glad we found you. The products are great quality too. I especially like the eye cream.

Ive been going here for a few years now. They are just the nicest people. They have specials each month. Every purchase awards you points and you can use towards products or procedures. Their so professional love going to this place.

Holy Guacamole! After much research and review reading I concluded that within 100 miles of my current location. Spa Medicca was the choice for me. I am completely and utterly impressed with my complete experience. All the way from my initial phone inquiry to my procedures and the follow up process. This team has their craft down pat. I’ve been Filling and toxing for 20+ years across America and never have I ever a been to a facility that measures and mapped out my face to the depths of this team. Dr. Sesslar is a complete genius with lip filler. He actually has ears and listened to me and my desires and fulfilled my every expectation. Additionally, he even fixed a poorly preformed procedure from another physician in MS. I could say for days how impressed I am with his work but it’s not necessary- all you have to do is see this beautiful mouth he had crafted just for me. Now on to the beautiful Krista- wow- just wow!!! She is beyond impressive. During my consult with her she asked key questions, addressed concerns and took her time to make sure she understood my issues with a scar that reacts unusually to Botox/Dysport. She mapped my face on the areas I wanted treated and for the very first time in 21 years I did not bruise with filler or Dysport. If you are looking for a facility that gives the very best- RUN don’t walk (call) for your appointment. You WILL NOT be disappointed. Wow! Ive had 2 other providers with Botox but decided at the recommendation of a friend to try Dr. Sesslar. I had NO idea the difference I would experience. Dr. Sesslar and his staff were FABULOUS.At one point I told Dr. Sesslar something I wanted done - he said that while he could do what I asked, I most likely would not obtain my desired results creating another issue. I felt like he was authentic and genuinely wanted what was best for me even if he wasnt making additional money. His honesty won me over - and if that wasnt enough, I can already see the results of the Botox kicking in the fastest they ever have. I will be back and make referrals.I wish I was looking for a job and they were hiring because this is a place Id love spending my days.

I really wanted to love spa medicca but my facial experience was poor. The estecitian called me by the wrong name twice, and spent the first 45 minutes of the appointment in the consultation room with me talking about a product I should buy ... She wasnt able to do much by the way of extractions. Black heads that are too deep should be removed by a dermatologist. What? Is this a med spa? To put this in context, Ive been to many med spas, and just recently moved to the area. I made special arrangements for childcare and feel like I just flushed money down the toilet. Ill be looking for another....-----i am updating this review as of 10/22 as Spa medicca called to refund me my money and provide a complimentary service. I appreciate when an organization makes it right!

Dr. Sesslar is very personable and knows what he is doing. I have went to the office a few times and the Staff is very friendly, helpful, and the office is clean and updated.
