I would definitely recommend them. We had a collar break and I was thinking that it was gonna be $400 to replace but when I went to replace it I had the best plan available which replaced the collar for free! Also I ordered batteries online and after a week didn’t receive them so I reached out. Apparently the shipment had gotten lost so they sent an actual trainer out the very next day to drop the batteries off to me. 10 out of 10

We decided to purchase an invisible fence for the overall wellness of our dogs. We recently added a puppy to the family and wanted them to be able to use our large yard that is located in town. I can honestly say it’s the best purchase we’ve made. Our dogs can go outside and play, side outside together, and we never have to worry about them. The trainers showed them the boundaries and not once have they tried to get close to the end of their boundaries. When I first got the price I was a little hesitant, but it seriously is worth every penny.

I had my fence installed in June. It was a rough start attributable to lack of staff, like so many other businesses this summer. However the bright spot was the training they provide. I had the good fortune of having Abby train my somewhat over zealous dog. She was very patient with both me and my dog. After the “formal” training she came back several times to make adjustments and text several times to check on Henry. I shows she really loves her job and especially the dog. She truly wanted to make this a good experience for my dog, which she did. I highly recommend Abby if she is available.

I spoke with Tiffany and she was very helpful and answered all of my questions. My 5 year old Labrador Retriever has been trained to stay within the boundaries of our Invisible Fence since she was a puppy. Our neighbors have a dog and our dog began running through the fence to see him. I thought the fence may not be working any longer. I found extra contacts that go in the collar that were longer and switched them out from the ones we have been using. I also tightened the collar on her neck and replaced the batteries. I saw her start to run through but she stopped and came back up to the house. She either heard the warning or received a correction. I called back and let Tiffany know what happened but I assured her I would seek further assistance from Invisible Fence if she starts to run through again.My daughter has a fence as well and the wire was cut while home improvements were being made. I told her how Tiffany had talked to me to help our situation. She is planning to place a service call to repair her fence.Thank you!Debbie Lewis

While it took forever to get an appointment (and my first one was delayed), I was kept apprised of the situation. The technician who fixed my fence was fantastic. Overall our training with our newest puppy has gone well. Drew is very good. Your office has been very difficult to deal with over the last year! Kara is very good and has taken care of us! But we had a break in our fence awhile back and it took months for them to repair it. And our 2 other dogs were without invisible fence that entire time! This is not the invisible fence company that it use to be. I’ve used invisible fence for years and something has changed!

Had drew as a trainer and he does an amazing job! He was very well verse in his line of work, any questions I had he was able to answer without hesitation. He makes you feel comfortable by explaining exactly what the electric fence does and how it works.

If I could give invisible fence 0 to no stars that’s what I’d put. We had ours installed 3 years ago and have had to pay to have it fix numerous times. They offer no corrective actions no follow up on why it doesn’t work during a 3” snow fall and ask for hundreds of dollars to look and hopefully fix the issues they can’t diagnose? Good luck and most certainly Godspeed if you buy.

Invisible Fence of Dayton provides excellent customer service and a quality product. We have two smaller dogs and two larger dogs. We were concerned the smaller dogs would not do well with the invisible fence; however, our trainer worked with us and both Diesel and Gordita are doing very good with the boundaries of the invisible fence. We love our invisible fence and the peace of mind it provides. Savannah is awesome!!!!

They installed an Invisible Fence 30 years ago and it’s still working. I call and they send a new battery for the collar when I need it. Emily was very pleasant and professional today when I called.

Cristin Dunlap met with us online to explain everything about invisible fences, and how one would work in our specific yard. She used satellite imagery, and patiently answered all our questions. She also followed up with us throughout the process of installation and training. The installer was very efficient and conscious of social distancing needs. He also answered all our questions. Professional trainers worked with our dog until she was completely safe inside our yard. The trainers were great with her! And us.

All of the employees and trainers at Invisible Fence are very friendly and knowledgeable. Drew was my puppy’s trainer for most of her training sessions and did a great job with getting my puppy trained on the system. Drew was very knowledgeable with dog behaviors and provided tips and information to help me with my dogs.

Had Invisible fence brand for years without issues. Moved to a new home and got a new dog last year. Had them come out and install a new system, the technician unplugged my sump pump and my basement flooded with 4 inches of water. They did make it right and paid for the repair. This year my dogs receiver stopped working properly, instead of waiting 3-4 WEEKS for a technician to come to my home I opted to drop the collar off in their IN box. Within 2 days I was told it was ready for pickup and would be in the OUT box. That night I went to pickup my collar, it WAS NOT there! I waited till next business day and called I have been given the run around!!! Now Im getting a story that an older gentleman dropped off the collar while a technician was at the office, the technician verified the collar wasnt working and he replaced it there on the stop. Mind you Im a mid-30s WOMAN! Now going into the weekend I cant even let my 55lb dog out to run without a leash in my own yard!!!!!!Update ... so finally got a hold of a manager, my collar was replaced. Got the collar home and it didnt work! Ugh, beyond frustrated....the OWNER contacted me, came to my house AFTER hours. Found out the replacement was a bad unit. She on the spot replaced the unit and made sure everything worked. Thank you Cari.......One happy pup

The trained representatives reflagged our yard and helped train our retriever puppy to stay within the flagged areas. They also helped us with keeping her away from barking spots in the house. They came back several times and used their own dogs to test the puppy and adjust the collar so she was safe.

I was trying to mark my fence for landscapers, but the collar does not seem to be working. Kara called back almost immediately after I left a message, and said they closed at 5. So I have had my fence for just over a month. The installation went well. My husband was here when they installed and he was pleased with how it went (he is a little hard to please...lol). I had two trainers, Kylee and Drew, who came out and worked with Rosie (my 1 1/2 yo Red Heeler) and myself. They were encouraging and answered all my questions. The information I received in the emails prior to their visits helped in my understanding of what was going to happen and what homework I would need to do with Rosie. After our last training, Rosies battery died - way earlier than expected. I emailed the company and that same day I received a call from Jenn to discuss my concerns. She was very friendly and is sending a replacement battery for the one that died. Overall, Rosie has done well with the fence but I did follow all of their suggestions on training and did our homework. Rosies arch enemies are the bunnies that frequent our yard. She did escape the yard once chasing one (the bunny did successfully avoid Rosies pursuit). My trainer, Drew, told me that it is possible for her to do this and if she does it a second time that someone will come back to adjust the setting and do more training if necessary. I guess she just had to try it. So far I am pleased. It is so nice to go out in the yard and not have tie Rosie up. She is happier now that she has freedom to explore and run.

They reminded me by text that it was time to order batteries for my dog’s collars. Called and talked to Cristin. She was very helpful offering me several options for battery purchase (quantities to meet my budgetary needs). She was friendly, knowledgeable and quick. I placed my order and am assured a quick delivery. This is the company that installed our invisible fence 20 years ago and we have been happy to continue doing business with them ever since.

Goldilocks, our pet piglet, my husband and I had a wonderful experience with Kim, Tiffany, Cari and the whole team. They really made training Goldi a breeze, and it literally only took her one time outside near the fence to know that it is a NO GO zone for her! Before Invisible Fence of Dayton, we had to check on Goldi when she was outside grazing because she would wander into every single one of our neighbors yards. Now, with Invisible Fence, Goldi knows that the grass is NOT always greener on the other side, and is very happy right where she is, with a huge yard all to herself!!!Kim and Tiffany were great with Goldi, and Cari made sure to call us regularly to check in and make sure we were happy with our trainers and Goldis progress. We called invisible fence when we moved into our house 2 yrs ago and they have special interests free financing thru another company that is offered and is great if you cant make the payment up front or the entire payment upfront. The trainers took their time made sure the dogs were confident enough to stay away from the shock line and the batteries lasted 2yrs . They are very diligent in checking up on their customers to see how things are going and if we need new batteries. Received a call from Tiffany after she checked if we need batteries and I told her one was bad so we purchased the 8set and she threw in an extra battery since one of our was bad. Also the inside disc works amazing to keep dogs away from the counters or garbage cans or dinner table if you are trying to eat with out them begging. I highly recommend this company. Our dogs have not gone past the invisible fence ever and this was the best investment for them.

Overall, it’s been a fantastic experience with Invisible Fence so far. I appreciated Genevieve’s help through the sales process, being open and transparent. The install team of Jake and Brian were great. They actually called 30-ish minutes out (everyone promises that but it rarely happens so kudos to them) and they worked hard to minimize the install time to save us on labor costs. The install looks professionally done and they could not have been more professional themselves. We’ve only had one training so far and Abby (sp?) was great as well. We are thrilled to have chosen this company. Clearly, service is their priority.

We have been customers of Inivisible Fence for twenty-two years and are proud to say that six of our cute pekes have been successfully and gently trained to stay in our yard! We greatly appreciate the talent and patience of the various trainers who have worked with our furry girls. Our last trainer, Genevieve, was particularly wonderful at training not only our furry kids but myself, as well. At first, we were hesitant as to how the fence would work with such small, timid dogs but I was assured that they would be trained with the least amount of correction and at a comfortable pace. Had invisible fence installation and dog training for both our dogs. The two different workers in both instances were very good with our dogs and results occurred immediately. Both dogs - nearly 9 plus years after the first dog was trained and over a year a half since our second dog was trained respect the fence line boundaries even in impulsive situations- other animals about.. dogs , cats , rabbits, squirrels, etc. one of the best investments you can make for your pet.

We are having an invisible fence installed. All staff we have had contact with have been very professional, personable, knowledgeable and accommodating, Brandon who we met with initially, Drew the dog trainer, Jake who laid down the wire and Kristy, who helped us solve a problem late Friday afternoon. We were very worried this might traumatize our sensitive dog, but all is going very well and we are most pleased. Probably most important of all, our dog loves all the staff he has met. His opinion is more valuable than ours!

At our house, both the dogs and the owners love Invisible Fence. We previously lived in a house with small yard and privacy fence. It was like the dog was living in a box. We have two big pups who like to playfully chew on each other! Friday we found one of their invisible fence collars in the yard; the plastic latch had been cracked and chewed on. We’ve had Invisible Fence since 1999. Trained 2 dogs with great results! Never leave the yard even when the rabbits and squirrels start running. Always had great service when a problem developed like a cut line. Emily called to remind us to renew our battery plan. I explained our current dog doesn’t need the fence anymore. He knows his boundary even with the power disconnected and doesn’t chase after the dogs walking by or wander off.

Had to adjust schedule for them to come out. Savannah as a great help! Got us fixed up without a problem. Definitely recommend

After a couple of sessions Billie is enjoying the great outdoors from the safety of our yard. Genevieve followed up on several occasions and took a genuine interest in Billie’s success. We couldn’t be more thankful for her help.

After our sweet dog of a dozen years passed away two years ago, we recently decided to get a puppy, Stella. We had a great experience w/ Invisible Fence in the past, so contacted them once again.We couldn’t be more pleased!! Abby set us up, adjusting the collars & giving us simple “homework” to get Stella familiar with the flags & sensation. The next week Drew came over, set the flags outside & showed us training techniques to work with Stella outside.Today, Genevieve was here with her sweet dog Bandit. They took Stella through a variety of exercises & it was fantastic!! Genevieve adjusted Stella’s collar & gave us a couple things to practice. Stella loves her & we all had a great time! I’m amazed at how quickly Stella is learning & how much more confident we are taking her outside!We live near a very busy road & having Invisible Fence will allow Stella to enjoy our yard safely and give us - her fur parents - peace of mind!I can’t recommend Invisible Fence more highly!!

We needed a level adjustment on our collars. When Justin arrived he was very professional, personable and eager to help. He was very knowledgeable about the product, and he listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. He spent time getting to know my dogs and their behaviors, and gave suggestions and made adjustments accordingly. Justin made sure that all of my questions and concerns were taken care of, and made me feel comfortable about the level set on the collars. If I ever need a tech to come to my house again, I will definitely be requesting Justin. He is absolutely wonderful! Thank you Justin!
