Doctor made me so much with unease during his Authoritative speech . He did not even care to read a report about my case from a previous doctor or seems to have the time to hear a bit more about my conditions history as he kept looking at his watch. He was arrogant and disrespectful and snapped on me more than once. I have reflected that a professional doctor supposed to be higher level than snapping on patient. I have also Apologized as he placed me on a panic reflective mode. What for ? Asking a simple question about Is this option available as a treatment as I have read it in a book ? when the answer was a lecturing me that he is a doctor and I should not dictate what he need to do. He kept being on rage for few minutes accusing me of forcing him on a certain treatment. Is this a professional manner of a supposedly an educated doctor ? I have exactly said that to him. In addition, I have reflected explicitly that I was Asking and I have all the right to do 100%. His attitude threw me off guard that I wanted to leave and I did stand up and told him I do not want to deal with this before I calmed myself and asked the nurse to bring me a manager to discuss what has happened. After waiting patiently for an appointment for close to two month, I will never go back to this clinic again ! I have asked today my GP to transfer me to another doctor who will treat his patient with the deserved respect they shall have.

Dr. Monsour office visit experience was nothing short of amazing! The staff was very professional, helpful and courteous!! They went out of their way to explain everything to the patient and the family, and even ask if we had questions. Great service with a smile and caring team attitude! Dr. Mansour is extremely professional. The nurses who I first met were all very nice and kind to me. I was stressed out of my mind to have my procedure done, but after my visit I was so glad i got Dr. Mansour and his team. If I had to do it all over again I wouldn’t change a thing!! Thank you all very much for taking good care of me.

My appointment was a Telehealth appointment, so I did not go to the office. I was treated very well by everyone I talked to. They have a good procedure in place for setting up these calls. Dr. Monsour was very nice and explained everything to me. Most importantly, he told me things I could do to help my chronic UTIs that no other medical professional I had seen had told me.
