The visit was for my ear and after one quick look in my ear they told me everything was fine and they didn’t need to see me more or provide services. However, I was still billed a good amount of money for the visit. I wouldn’t have been mad about it if I was given a more thorough checkup.

I am amazed by the bad reviews for this office. Dr. Michaelson is the best doctor I have ever had. He took my concerns seriously and is absolutely an expert in his field. Dr. Michaelson reconstructed my nose (2018) after a botched septoplasty I had over 15 years ago (2002?). He cured my chronic sinusitis with other surgeries, no other ENT cared to even check my sinuses, only prescribing medication that did not help. I was beyond that point for a long time. He changed my entire life and I will always be grateful to him. The staff is always wonderful, could not be better. I would give 10 stars to everyone there if I could. I will never let anyone else touch my nose or sinuses, this is my doctor for life, and I trust him completely. Thank you to Dr. M and staff for giving me my life back. Re: Dr. Katz, I saw him first, he was very kind, unpretentious, recommended Dr. Michaelson for my procedures, and I am appalled at these reviews about him.

Called to schedule an appnt with Dr. Davore. Got to see Dr. Smith. Went in for a cyst in my ear that I am afraid is a recurrence of melanoma. Was sent home with anti itch cream for my ear and a scheduled follow-up. At follow-up, I waited 45 minutes, then walked out.

Ive been seeing Dr Devore for years and have never had to wait a long time to be seen, always courteous and explains in detail.Nice staff and techs!!

My mother forgot her i.d. and they would not see her. I even asked if I could run to the house and get it witch would take around 25/30 min. They still said NO. Go to the e.r. the receptionist told us that they were double booked. They are rude uncompromising people who only care about how much money they can get and how many people they can push threw the line ,like sheep in a slaughterhouse. If I could of rated them 0 or even negative, I would have. Im going to urgent care and not the E..R.. its cleaner there than your place anyway.

If you pay your copay up front when you come in for your appointment, be aware that if you are seen by more than just the doctor (such as by the person administering a hearing test), you can, and will be charged another copay. They dont tell you this either. It just shows up on your bill the next month. When you question it, they refuse to take it off of the bill.

Bad experience with the staff here. Dr. Katz was not very helpful with understanding what was going on and proceeded to waste 2 months of my time knowing that he couldnt treat my problem and would have to send me to another specialist, which is ultimately what Im doing now but still, a lot of lost time. He seems nice, not very chatty.

Had an appointment at 8:15 showed up at 8:15. I waited until 9:45 and the doctor still had not seen me. Terrible scheduling.

If I could leave 0-stars I would.First appointment I was not a fan of Dr.Michaelson.Second appointment, he never showed.I was scheduled an 8:00am. I was the first person in the door. At 8:45am I asked the nurses when Dr.Michaelson would be ready, the response “he is in a meeting”.Needless to say, I left and am now finding another Dr. I will not be back.

Everyone in the office was helpful. Nurse and Dr. Devore were very caring and explained the procedure completely. Receptionist are not talkative or overly engaging, but I dont think that is necessarily a big problem.

Had appointment went to office.not on schedule could not be seen after driving 40 minutes and driving 40 minutes back to go to work..can see Dr Wednesday will give it another shot. Will see how it goes

Dr Devore is a good doc but the office is horrible! Everytime we are at an appointment we are taken back late. Today was no exception.....48 min wait in the lobby and 20 min wait in the exam room.

I am taken back by the lack of communication in the office. Last appointment, I waited an hour to be seen. I had to go to the window to see how much longer the delay would be. Once again, early morning appointment this time, I am still waiting. I went to the window again, after 30 minute delay already, only to hear, youre next. That doesnt mean a lot. Next could be a couple of minutes or another 30. No apology was given. Very frustrating. Our time, the patients, is important to. We are hiring you to help us. Yet, that is not important anymore. It was funny last time. I was finally checking out and another patient was at the window asking about his delay. He got an apology and she even offered him water. Humm. Nothing like that with my interaction. Very disappointed. When I did see him the first time , I wasnt even tested for my complaint of vertigo. Had to make another appointment to do that. Are your patients forgotten about? Where is common courtesy? Its now been 40 minutes. 10 minutes after being told youre next. Still nothing. Extremely disappointed and frustrated. Still waiting.....

I would rather have a bleeding eardrum than have another conversation with Dr. Katz. The doctor is very rude. He was extremely pretentious and spoke in a belittling tone of voice during my entire appointment. When I walked to the receptionists desk to schedule my next appointment, his chauvinistic tone of voice was displayed when he spoke to the female employees. I would assume his employees hate working for him more than I despised having a 5 minute conversation with Dr. Katz.
