Knowledgeable staff, friendly, & efficient. Darlene is able to look at your problem skin area & knows right away what it is & how to treat it. Waiting times are brief, both before & after being directed to a treatment room. Darlene was recommended to me by a co-worker; I have encouraged other co-workers to come here. 5 stars!

I have been a patient at this practice for a long time, undergoing recurring full body checks for any signs of skin cancer. My primary contact is Kathie Gilmore, BSN, CNP. She is always very personable, friendly, thorough and professional in her examination. The assisting nurses and reception staff have also always been friendly and efficient. Appointments happen on schedule. I wholeheartedly recommend Kathie Gilmore and Dermatologists of Central Ohio.

Was curious about moles on my body so I made an appointment to see Kathy Gilmore in Sidney, OH at Wilson Hospital. Her primary location is Dayton. She checked for moles and after months, a man came in and removed it. Did a horrible job and I still have a terrible scar there. My sister (a Nurse Practitioner) even voiced how bad it was. I never once heard back what the results were about the mole. I go back about acne on my face and they claim that the appointment was a check up on moles again, which it clearly was not. Kathy checks my moles again and claims that there are two more we should remove. I typically wouldnt have a problem with this, but these two moles were there on my body during the first initial search and have been on my body for as long as I can remember and have not changed in size or color at all. She then asks me if I ever got the results back from the first mole, I reply with no. She gets on her computer to check and ironically her computer isnt working. Seems like they seen I had good insurance and wanted to milk it as much as possible. Will never go back to them again.

This was our fourth Dermatologist we visited trying to find one that we liked and was helpful. We have visited Dr. Kathy at three different locations to make are appointment fit our schedule. The staff in all locations were wonderful and she is the best Dermatologist ever. Caring and understanding and treating the problem.

Worst experience dealing with the billing department. Had a simple procedure and they quoted me one price then billed me more. Wont go back.

Premier Plastic Surgery and Dermatology Associates has a warm and welcoming environment and very friendly staff. Dr. Reeder did an excellent job with my surgery and would definitely recommend!

I followed Darlene from her old office to Dr. Reeders practice. I have had NOTHING but positive experiences with both Darlene and Kathi. They both know their stuff and are more than willing to work with you on what your preferences are (oral antibiotics, topicals, samples, etc.) Fabulous people to have on your team!

This place is crooked and uses deceptive billing practices.I paid in full at time of service. A week later I get a bill for $300. I called during regular business hours and was told nobody was there who dealt with billing. They play both the bate and switch game and the deny, delay, tire the customer out game.Update: They sent the bill to collections and dinged my credit.

They helped to change my life. Totally a wonderful experience.
