Super friendly and engaged. Frequent follow-ups to ensure I was completely comfortable with my first set of hearing aids. Lots of options with honest assessment of what I needed, they didnt push the most expensive product. Better prices than offered through my insurance with convenient and flexible payments. I dont plan on going anywhere else for my hearing aid needs in the future.

Hearing Aids, no way! I’m not old, I can’t possibly need hearing aids, you just talk to soft! I can never wear my hair back again! Batteries are such a pain!These are all the reasons I didn’t want hearing aids but to my surprise none of those reasons are a reason to not get hearing aids because those reasons are fixable and the bonus to them is amazing. Quality of life! You can’t really buy it but it comes as a result of having hearing aids.Michelle and Erika are an amazing team! From the minute you make your first phone call to each visit you make to the office, you instantly feel like family! Love these Ladies and their warm loving hearts for each persons well being and quality of life!

Michelle at the Centerville office was very patient with me as we worked over several weeks to get this right. I tried a couple of different brands, she made adjustments to them, and kept in contact with me to make sure I was satisfied. I will be a customer for life.

I had bought my hearing aids on line and the company went out of business. Elite was wonderful, picking me up as if I was always a customer of theirs and they treated me with the highest respect. They explained my hearing loss differently than any audiologist ever has and I actually have a much better understanding of my hearing loss than I ever have. They have already scheduled a follow up and will now be the only company I will ever use for my hearing needs.
