I’ve only been seeing Jill for the past month, she seems amazing. But the communication at this place is horrible. Every time I leave an important message they never, and I mean NEVER get back to me. Extremely aggravating and stressful.

I have been seeing Jill Hindes for over 3 years now. She is a fantastic psychiatric nurse practitioner. She is warm, compassionate and understanding. She also knows her stuff about medication! I came from a psychiatrist that put me on all the wrong meds for over 20 years. To answer the other persons comment, yes Jill had surgery this summer. She had to cancel 1 appointment, but her staff got me in as soon as they could and I did not miss any medication. Her staff - Karen, Virginia and Nicole make me feel welcome and they are always helpful on the phone with any questions I have. I highly recommend her!

If I could give no stars I would. This office is horrible. I became a patient in 2017 seeing Jill. At the beginning things ran smoothly and she prescribed me my medications I needed. After a while appointments became hard to come by with her, which in turn became constant calls for her to refill my scripts. I finally got an appointment with her to go over everything and then 2 weeks later the secretaries call and say jill is going out for surgery and doesnt have any open appointments. This caused laps in medication. Finally got an appointment with her to go over medications and stuff. Had an appointment the following month with no issues. Came to this months appt she canceled with 2 days notice, then gave me a hard time about refilling my one prescription that was going to run out. To top this all off just recieved a notice if you even want to call it that... that office hours are changing and the last appointment of the day will be at 440pm. (Mind you when I started she had appts that were as late as 640pm). The office never notifies anyone of changes in the past. They dont return phone calls and you NEVER can speak with Jill over the phoneJust not a good experience at all. The one secretary Karen is so nasty as well. Currently am looking for a new practice that has a nicer environment and actually cares about their patients.
