Terrible service! I did a home sleep study with them because the place my Dr recommended didnt take my insurance. I got the equipment, did the test for 2 nights like they recommended, sent the equipment back and waited for my results. A MONTH later, my doctors called to ask if I had done the sleep test. I said I had and they contacted the clinic and called back and said that the clinic had never received my equipment back! I had sent it back right after the sleep test! And if they hadnt received it, why hadnt they contacted me?? I had to sign a form saying that if I didnt return it in 3 days I would be charged for it, so I find it hard to believe that they would just let it go for a month. A couple days later the device mysteriously appeared, but supposedly they didnt get enough data from the first test so I had to redo it. By this time it was getting close to the end of the year and I was concerned because my deductible would start over. I said as much and the lady assured me that since it was approved this year, it would be sent through this years insurance, so I told them to send it out. It never came and a week later I called them back to find out that it had never been sent, supposedly because my insurance hadnt approved it (although the previous lady said that they had). I asked again about the insurance and this time I was told that the insurance isnt billed until the results are read, so it would go on next years insurance. Needless to say I will be going somewhere else, but I am very upset because I wanted to put the sleep study and the CPAP machine on last years insurance because we had already reached our max out of pocket. Now I will likely have to pay full cost for them since my deductible has restarted. Very unhappy!

I had the same experience as Justin. They took over a month to schedule an appointment and said that they would call a week before to confirm, which never happened! I called four times and left four voicemails and no one every called me back. I would expect if a customer leaves four voicemails that would prompt someone in their office to think, maybe we should call this guy back. Absolute waste of time!!

I wish I could give them one star. I had to call multiple times to schedule a sleep study. After scheduling it, I was told I would be called the week of the sleep study to give me additional details. That call never came. I then called multiple times over the next couple months and nobody ever called me back. The sleep study was never rescheduled.

The bed was a little firm but you get your own relatively homey bedroom. Jeff was awesome. Funny guy. Recommended!

I completely disagree w/ Kendra Pearson. I work at a family drs office and have been referring our patients to Sleepworks for years in huge part because of Donna. Donna is SUPER helpful and has answers to most questions we have. If she doesnt she will find out and get back to us right away. They are busy over there but they always take the time take care of us and our patients. Keep up the good work Donna!!!
