His interactive approach as he walks you through the program allows you to understand and appreciate what they have to offer. After asking me some questions he excused himself and came back with arch supports for me to try on. No not in the store, he suggested that I take a walk out front and around the block to get an idea of how the work. WOW!!!!!!! I bought an additional set of shoe implants for use in more shoes. . I have been using good feet products since about 2007. I had traveled to Europe that year and was basically limping through the entire trip. I was simply miserable. When I returned to Colorado I saw the ad for a good feet store and decided I had to do something. They fitted the new implants in my shoe and foot, immediately my back stopped hurting and my feet felt better. I have been wearing good feet implants ever since. I wouldn’t travel anywhere without them.Oh, by the way the store employees are more like medical technicians than sales people. They are super knowledgeable and solve problems.

Recently, I developed severe plantar fasciitis in my right foot. Very, very painful and something that required help healing. Melody Nieves was a great help to me when I visited the Centennial Good Fret store. She was attentive, knowledgeable and provided me with a great experience. I would have written this review the day of my purchase, but I really wanted to see just how true the claims are that this will improve not only my falling arch, but my chronic fasciitis. Ms. Holly was such a wonderful person to work with that day. I had set up two separate appointments for my father and myself. She was gracious enough to take us both at the same time. She was very professional and personable. She helped ease my fathers concerns (he trusts NO ONE) and showed him how the Good Feet products could help him with his foot aches. She showed me how just being fitted for the right orthotic could provide immediate relief from a flare up of plantar fasciitis. Long story short...she convinced my father to make a purchase that he had not intended to make that day. He is seeing improvement with his feet to this day. I, on the other hand, was won the minute I got up to walk with the orthotic and my flare up of plantar fasciitis faded immediately. I could not believe how quickly the relief came and I was kicking myself for not having done this earlier! If you can afford it, get all 3 orthotics and get the relief you are seeking. I love the Centennial location and Ms. Holly is a gem. Ask for her when you go there and not only get a foot ache relief, but a kind and caring professional! NOTE: I have not had a flare-up of plantar fasciitis since my purchase 7/24/2021!

Ive had multiple surgeries on my feet, the most recent was in November. Ive been having a lot of issues with swelling and limping. It was suggested to me to get some shoes with roll bars in them. I walked into The Good Feet Store and was greeted right away. They were fantastic with suggesting some shoes that would work for me. Rachel helped me out and she was so great and got me some shoes that fit perfectly! I ended up buying 2 pairs :) I can already feel the difference from the sneakers within a week. I would highly suggest this place. Customer service is outstanding and the shoes are amazing! Thank you!!

I got my first inserts in July 2020 and noticed an immediate difference in my feet, legs and back. I was a big fan! In December 2020 they were not working as well and I went in for a check up.They replaced two sets that I had “outgrown” without a fuss, multiple questions, etc. I had purchased the lifetime warranty program and they honored it quickly and happily. I was impressed and relieved that they stand behind their product.I can’t recommend them highly enough for restoring my back health and faith in customer service.

I am totally surprised and happy with the results. I often thought the ads on TV were much to ebulient so I dismissed them BUT finding myself wanting to fix my feet I went to the Goodfeet store and WOW I cant believe the improvement. The sales people were wonderful and helpful and I am very happy that I have chosen to join the ebulience of all those on the ads.

I’ve been suffering with plantar fasciitis for nearly 2 years now. I’ve tried everything from steroid injections, wearing a night splint, icing, stretching, taping, and over the counter orthotics. I started physical therapy about a month ago and things improved but I just couldn’t get past a certain point. As a last resort, I stopped by The Good Feet store by Park Meadows. I thought their orthotics were expensive but I was willing to try anything. Within 3 days I have noticed remarkable improvement. I think I have at last found a cure! Holly couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. I went for the full package and am so glad I did. With a lifetime warranty and my inserts in place, I’m ready to conquer the world.

I have worn orthotics for years and had surgery on my achilles tendon in Dec, my foot was really hurting, and I went in to the store and they told me that I needed a stronger orthotic and they replaced mine for free and I am feeling much better. I had a wonderful experience at the Good Feet Store on Colorado Blvd and I was educated on the benefits of purchasing their inserts. I also purchased a couple of pairs of shoes, one of which was going to be delivered to my home. As it turned out I needed a slightly smaller pair and they called and set up the exchange at the Centennial store, which is so much closer to my home. LEON, the store manager, was amazing and he said if I had any problems to call him and he would take care it. My lower back has been an issue and Leon educated me on the importance of my posture and he was able to offer me two support devices that I can use while sitting. Thank you Leon as it has truly made a difference in eliminating the pain in my back. I would recommend the GOOD FEET STORE to anyone who has an issue when walking! I’ve been using Good Feet arch supports for about three years, I don’t take a single step without my arch supports in my shoes. I love them so much! I was in horrible pain and discomfort before, now I’m pain free and moving around great. I recently talked my husband into getting the full set as well and he’s in love too!!!

Although they have struggled to find the right fit - during each refit process - the staff has been very cooperative and professional. Many places would simply hate to see me come back into the store. I’ve never felt that here.

I had a great experience. Rachel Duran helped me and she was very friendly and knowledgeable . I am 61 years old, and for the first time in my life I feel balanced while walking and my back feels aligned and doesnt hurt.

I was accustom to walking 3-5 miles a day.Began to have issues with pain in my feet.I have gone to a podiatrist, had brace to wear, then a boot.The pain subsided. Wanted to get back into walking distances again, pain came back.My daughter who is a physical therapist said she had heard nothing but good things about Good Feet and suggested that I give them a try.My feet now no longer wake me at night with pain and I now am able to start walking again.I highly recommend Good Feet.

Ive been an athlete my whole life but as Ive gotten older my knees and hips have noticed the wear and tear but not in a good way. After getting fitted for supports I feel 10 years younger. I got my first arch supports from Good Feet while on a cruise. I have loved them. It was time for new ones and I loved the experience at the Lone Tree GOOD FEET store. I also needed a pair of jogging shoes and they also sell QUALITY shoes! One stop shopping, great service, and a great product. How can you do better than that? You can’t!

It has been about 2 years since I talked my husband into going to the Good Feet Store.He had been suffering from neuropathy and foot pain for a while. He never wanted to do anything that involved walking.My husband is NOT optimistic about anything and was sure these would not help. Was it an instant OMG moment? No.After putting the insoles in his shoes we walked around the shopping center and he said “maybe” it helped.We decided to go for it.He received 3 insoles. They said he should never go barefoot. They also sold him a new pair of shoes and a lifetime replacement warranty on the insoles, ( he has been back once).It was very expensive, over $1000.00. Was it worth it? I believe so, but only because we could afford it. I do think they should be cheaper. My husband can stay on his feet for hours and walk miles with these insoles. This included the shoes, (about $150.00) and the warranty, he will never pay for new insoles.

Customer service was great from start to finish. I had my old supports replaced rather quickly and back out the door on my way. Couple days later and my feet and back have stopped hurting. Thank you Good Feet!

I am very dissatisfied with the Good Feet store. I purchased the insoles in December because I was experiencing pain in my heel and ankle. I continued to have pain after wearing the insoles and after two visits back to the store for adjustments. My feet hurt worse now than when I started.

Great experience!!! My daughter was in extreme foot pain. She was born with backward feet and had many surgeries. She has suffered through learning to walk throughout her life. As an adult finding shoes to support her feet has been difficult. We have even gone to orthopedic doctors for inserts. Nothing stopped her pain until Good Feet! Sarah and Leon are great. I purchased my insoles back in 2015 and had not had them refreshed. Leon did a great job measuring my feet again and analyzing my feet structure. My insoles had flatten so taking everything into account Leon got me refreshed with 2 new pairs of insoles. Sarah had helped by finding my 5 year old receipt in their system.

Awful customer service. Went in there to buy a pair of brooks glycerin 17. When I was ready to purchase I checked the price in the brooks website and it was lesser than the good feet store price. I just wanted to know why there was a difference in the price and the sales person asked me firmly if I want to buy the shoes or not. What kind of a customer service is that? He expected me to buy those shoes without any questions answered. He was very rude and said he spent 5 minutes to enter all my information as if he was doing that specially for me. That’s the routine for every customer. He asked me twice if I wanted to buy those or not. When I said I am not happy with his way of service he proclaimed that he is very good at customer service. I guess he felt the need to claim best customer service regardless of what customer thinks. I am so sorry for the manager as I will never come back to this store again and I regret for buying all my shoes here before this purchase. You just lost a recurring customer.

This arch systems is very expensive. And, although they measure your feet , these are pre-made in different sizes. The Whole system is Over 1,000.00 $. Don’t go here unless you have tried everything else. NO RETURN POLICY. They will swap out arches, but once you swipe the card - that money is GONE. When they emailed me an itemized list, it included 149.00 for their insoles (really 50.00 a piece? )I have heard since, that custom orthotics are 400.00 or so from Podiatrists. That would be my recommendation.I felt like the service person was helpful, but like a car dealer, up selling and promoting-All said and done, I feel like my lesson is Never buy anything without a return policy. If their product is so great - they would allow returns. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I can’t thank this store enough. I have had terrible tendinitis in my knees and have tried mostly everything. Finally, I decided to give this store a shot in May.I was blown away by the excellent customer service we received from the store manager, Leon. He was so personable, friendly, and helpful. You will receive one-on-one individual attention and help.The store experience itself was just wonderful - and the products I received were even better. I waited a while to write this review so I could see if their products worked for me. Spoiler alert: they did. I purchased 3 arch supports as well as a new pair of running shoes. Holy cow - I have seen such improvement. My knee and lower back pain is basically gone. Of course, it took a few weeks to get used to it all, but after a while I started to see massive improvement.I can’t thank this store enough. I can now spend all day on my feet at my job and still feel like my body is working properly. To work without pain is a wonderful gift this store has given me!

Good Feet is not a good product in my opinion. Its certainly not worth the outrageous price tag. I purchased over 2 years ago You will pay upwards of $1200 for a lifetime orthotic. The staff will tell you whatever you want to hear to sell you this over priced piece of plastic. They charge you when you come back to replace it. They charge you 100 bucks for shoe liners. The staff is never the same. Whatever future promises are made are unlikely to be kept by a staff that is paid to sell new stuff rather than keeping old promises My only good experience here was when I spent the big bucks! Read the fine print because the lifetime support thing leaves much to be desired. I urge caution spending this kind of money for a product that breaks down and does not do what they claim. Dont rely on sales staff to take care of your feet. Do yourself a favor and go see a real doctor.

Jordan was top notch! I wouldn’t expect less from the folks at the Centennial location. Good Feet saved my business! I arrived and Jordan was quick to assess my needs, provided a solution and even better, replaced my inserts as my other ones were flattening, and gave me a great discount (not sure if I should say that)! When I walked into the store I was attended to after a short wait. After filling out the questionnaire the sales associate selected arch supports for me to try and walk with for 15 to 20 minutes. After the evaluation of the supports I paid for the package and my feet do feel better.

I had over 100 pairs of shoes desparate to find something that would give me some relief to foot pain and a limp when I put shoes on. An orthopedic doctor recommended Good Feet. I was a little irritated that I had spent all that time and money on a specialist and X-rays to hear that. I eventually got to Good Feet. After a few tests they brought out a pair of orthotics, put them in a pair of shoes and told me to walk around the shopping center for 15-20 minutes. It was life changing, really life changing. No pain, no limp. Just like that! I have worn them for nearly 3 years now, they fit in any shoe. I can stand for long periods of time and walk easy 15,000 steps a day with no pain. I am a fan

I was having a lot of foot pain so I decided to see what Good Feet could offer. Leon was so helpful and showed me why I was having so much pain and found the proper orthotics for my foot. Well what a difference this has made in my life. I can work out again and walk without discomfort and I am so happy I decided to walk into Good Feet that day. It was somewhere good and yet bad. Who walks into a store expecting to spend 1000 dollars. Three pieces of support each coasting over 300 each.You can’t use Your medical insurance so you have to pay out of pocket.

The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. However, I think they need to be more up front with their pricing. I didnt know how much I was paying for what until they printed my receipt. Its a lot of money to not be completely transparent. When I did question the one, all inclusive price I was given, the response was a sort of, well tell me what you were looking to spend and Ill see where were at, type of response. The lack of transparency on cost was very disappointing. As far as the product, I do feel like its helping and will continue to do so, and thats what I went in there for. But with the way the pricing was handled, I couldnt help but feel like they got one over on me.

Loved Brooks shoes. But the store in charge was so discriminatory and disrespectful. This is my second experience of being treated like trash. My first time - I bought shoes anyway, but my second time - pledged never to enter this space again. Store in charge can be rated high on customer disrespect and lack of service.

I’ve had a bumpy ride with my inserts over the last year causing me much discomfort and medical expense. After visiting with the manager of my local good feet store and one of his technicians I am happy to say I am walking well and with minimal discomfort compared to the last year. My visit was for an adjustment. Ive been wearing good feet orthotics for over 15 years. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Good people very professional.

It was a great experience. So far my back pain is gone. Hopefully the benefit of arch support will hold up. No pun intended.

These guys are amazing! Very helpful and are very friendly even if I did return the inserts because they did not work for me. The in-store credit was explained well and I got shoe trade ins even if the inserts did not work. Mostly because my feet are too flat.

I suggest seeing a Podiatrist before coming here. Custom orthotics cost only a little bit more and will last way longer. I dont recommend this company to anybody because it is more expensive over time and custom orthotics from the doctor is going to be best for healing if you have existing pain. The staff at this specific store in Centennial are friendly, knowledgeable and have good customer service but unfortunately the company isnt giving the customer a good deal.

I was disappointed in the price of everything at this store. One pair of inserts were 400.00. I know they don’t cost that much not even close. I feel like most stores it is all about a huge profit and greed. One needs to be rich to shop here. If you were truly out to help people, you would make it affordable for people.

Leon was fantastic, two days in and I can run with no pain after and have about 75% less fatigue during my runs, I’m actually taller as well. Life savers and worth the investment. Medical orthotics need replacing and these inserts are covered for life. I would imagine those having difficulty with relief in these orthotics should consider weight loss and healthier life style adjustments before purchasing. (If applicable of course.) 😉

I came in because of severe foot pain which was unrelieved by other insert products. I started with the lower inserts and gradually increased until my pain was fully relieved. I have been a faithful customer since then. It does take time to achieve the desired results, but its well worth the time and money when you work on your feet all day. I purchase my shoes from them now, and have the inserts replaced regularly. Great service and friendly staff at this store. Leon is my favorite staff member and he is friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. So glad I went to Good Feet!

It was a good visit but felt the manager was a little to rushed in his talking. Kinda of like a fast sell. I bought the product but was not pushed to by the shoes which is good.

I am 38 years old and have been plagued by foot pain for the last two years. I have seen countless doctors and reflexologists. I have tried every stretch, essential oil, and home remedy possible. Ive been told I just need to try different exercises, but I refuse. I want my feet to keep up with what my heart loves to do. After doing some research and talking to Leon and Mallory at Good Feet in Centennial, I decided I would invest in their three insert system. I can already tell Im on a path towards recovery, and I felt like they actually listened to me when I described what was wrong and what I wanted. They proved to me that professionalism and compassion are not mutually exclusive.

Caution!!! Definitely a conflict of interest going on -- to sell or to actually help? Fast talking salesman, delivering a breathless spiel. Couldnt even get a question in edgewise. Didnt get past the first sentence of what was going on before he took off and ran. Curious thing -- tried to get a warranty signed before deciding to purchase??? Final bomb -- $700 for an insert that would cure all. Red flags all over the place. When someone is talking that fast from a memorized script pushing their over-priced product? Run!

GoodFeet was the best retail experience I have ever had. The personnel there were extremely kind and very accommodating. They were very helpful and have made sure that the orthotics are right for me. I felt no pressure to purchase from them, but very glad that I did!

I came in experiencing plantar fasciitis in both of my feet. After a few minutes of walking in the arch supports, my pain was reduced significantly.
