I go to this Arc frequently because I buy second hand frames and refurbish them to put my artwork in. The team here is honestly the friendliest and most organized staff I’ve ever seen at a thrift store! Only thing I wish was better was the organization of the frame wall! Otherwise everything is very clean and displayed nicely! 😊😊

Such a lovely donating process! I used to donate to Goodwill because it was closer to my home, but Goodwill’s donation services have gone downhill and they have extremely rude people working for them. I will never again donate to Goodwill. I found this ARC location and just donated some things for the first time. I was pleasantly surprised at the process and how friendly the staff was. Thank you, ARC, for hiring great people and making the donation process so smooth!

Good prices and good people, only decent priced thrift store in the area

Big and busy store with helpful employees inside and the outside drop off employees are very happy and helpful.

Some of the highest prices I have ever seen! Last time I checked, this was a THRIFT store. I went to this location a few times but it seems each time they continuously raise their prices. I found a cheaply made mannequin priced at $79.99!!!!! I literally bought one very similar BRAND NEW on Amazon for $35!!! Unbelievable. That same day, I also found a nice chair & ottoman priced SEPARATELY. The chair was $90 & the ottoman was $30. Honestly who is in charge of pricing these items? Jeans for $25? Used jeans? I can buy them brand new for just slightly more! I will never again return to this location. In fact, I’ve gotten so sick of Arc’s overall high, asinine prices, that I’ve done away from them altogether! Shopping at Goodwill from now on, at least some of their locations still have decent prices. I tried to support the local company but their greed is getting obvious. $80 for a used mannequin or $200 for a used dresser is reaching it!

Way too high price. We can get better item in less price that too in new condition. I will not recommend.

Like mist Thrift shops this one is hit and miss. But it is overall pretty clean, and they have an abundance of inventory. It is pretty well laid out so you can zero in on the category youre looking for. IMO, their prices (considering everything is donated) are a bit high. But they have good sales Im told. My experience has been I find treasures when Im just perusing and not looking for any one particular thing.

One mans junk is another mans treasure. Good thrift store. Workers are friendly. Store is fairly clean. Prices are reasonable.

The prices are so high anymore that you can buy the same product brand new in stores such as Kohl’s. I have talked to the manager she said she knew she was looking into it this was about a month maybe two months ago. I went in a couple of days ago and pictures were outrageously priced. I do not intend to go to that store anymore I go there because I don’t have a lot of money. I’ll just go to the stores and buy brand new things instead

Similar in concept to Goodwill stores. Well organized drop-off area. Store itself is large, clean, well lit, and has good selection of merchandise that turns over regularly. Very friendly staff.

Love love this place. This is a new ARCH for me. Ive been to almost every other ARCH in the metro area but this one and am very impress ed with it. I really enjoyed the baby and Christmas section. Very big and spacious and the customer service is above and beyond any other I have been to. I will definitely be returning to this store much more often. Thank you for a great first time experience.

I have not always lived in Colorado. But my sister who does used to say that if I got something new. She would go home to ARC and get it there. Its true. You can find so many good deals. Its a great place to shop ☺️

The staff are always really friendly, I leave with a smile on my face! I stop in once a month to peruse their childrens literature selection. The books are frequently in WAY better condition than books I find at Goodwill, the selection is really solid and decently organized. If you go in on a Saturday, the majority of the store is 50% off so I walk away with a fantastic deal on good condition books to add to my classroom library. Cant recommend enough!The donation drop-off out back would get 2.5 stars for a really long wait and disgruntled employees, but Ive only had to drop things off once and it was such a minor experience that I dont think its worth holding it against the whole store!

I always love visiting Arc Thrift Stores at locations Ive never visited. This location was a very large store and had a much bigger assortment of items. The location was also very clean and organized. However, when I go to a thrift store, I go because of the cost of items versus buying them brand new. This location was very overpriced on a lot of their items. For instance, the original store tag was still on the item and the ARC price was only $1 less. Every kitchen item or decoration was listed at $10 or more. I liked the location, but will be very reluctant on returning because if the prices.

It was ok. First time at the store. I found some items were priced a little too high for thrift store merchandise. $25 for a broken table that didnt didnt stand up. Did find a neat knick knack thats why 3 stars instead 2.

Some great items in this store! Better brands of clothes and merch. Best thing Ive found here was a Wagner Drip-Drop pan and lid for $12. Cant beat that deal. Amongst other things, Click & Grow garden for $6, IR touchlesstrash can for $20. I should probably be keeping my mouth shut so it is only my secret.

The ARC Thrift Store on Quebec is a great thrift store with affordable prices and lots of good finds. On Saturday most things are 50% off so watch out, that is the busiest day. On other days, items with specific color tags are 50% off. Happy treasure hunting!

Kind of small and crowded compared to other arc locations Ive been to but the employees are nice and I did find a couple cool things.

Be careful because without telling me they wrapped a cookie jar I purchased inside the quilt I also purchased So when I pulled the quilt out the cookie jar fell to the floor and shattered.

Busy place! They have a lot of turn over at this store and often have hidden gems in the furniture area. The neighborhood is nice, higher priced homes, so the donated goods are reflected in that way. Every one is super friendly and helpful. And masks are required.

Horrible customer service. Messy store, angry store manager, and lots and lots of broken pieces. I asked for a price reduction on a priced high item because the wood was splintering and there was a side broken off, manager came up and was like see this price right here, it has a price I showed her the broken piece that didnt have a piece to glue back on and she scoffed and said no.

The employees are always very friendly and willing to go out of their way to be helpful.

I loved it. I have visited alot of arcs but this one I really like!!!! Everything organised so it could be easily found, lots of great deals and the staff was super friendly!!!! My 1 and only beef (issue) with this place is back at the bikes and electronic stuff it is a mad house over there..... Plz do something. Other than that PERRRRFECTTT

TLDR; Awesome book and boardgames selection and donation center. The store itself feels dirty. Lots of stuff to look at though.The donation center is awesome and the team outside is always kind and helpful. (Shout out to the donation people!) The inside of the store feel dirty and crowded with furniture at times (even since before covid). They have a wide variety of stuff though. There is plenty of furniture and their book section is awesome. Their boardgames are typically is great condition and have all the pieces. Every deck of cards has been a complete deck.

ARK calls themselves a Thrift Store?! I’m appalled by the prices that they slap on USED items... literally makes no sense that you would pay almost retail prices for items here. It’s a thrift store, not a freaking retail store. Will definitely never be shopping at ARK again.

Just because your in highlands ranch does not warrant the prices you guys put on your things at this location. It’s out of control. $60 for a Used side table?? Everytime I come in here I’m hoping you have someone new pricing things but nope it’s always outrageous and I walk out empty handed. Your charging more for things then they cost brand new. Get over yourselves your a second hand store, I’ll go across the street to goodwill where there prices are fair

Love to shop here, customer service is adequate. The unfortunate placement next to busy little hands early learning center means that I am only able to shop on the right side of arc in accordance with my restraining order.

Very neat and tidy!!! Delightful staff!!! Yesterday their prices were extremely high in comparison to the Littleton location where I usually shop. Empty plastic no name childs toiletrie bag $9.99. Very small generic silver plated tea pot $24.99. - to name a few. Im not clear on how they structure their pricing within each store. It was veryyyyy unusual for me to leave an ARC store empty handed.

I love shopping at this Arc. I like any place of business that hires special needs, but especially one that has such a great furniture and clothing selection. My past three Halloweens have been made all the more wonderful by what they had to offer. I’ve been asked if I needed help, which is sometimes a luxury not afforded at most normal retailers, so job well done.

Im from out of town and I left so much that I decided to go to a local thrift store. This was right next to our hotel, so stopped in. Ive never been more impressed with a thrift store in my life. It was so organized and clean. The prices were so reasonable and the stuff was in great condition. The employees were all so helpful. I needed a suitcase and the man found one in the back for me. The best part is that the money goes toward special needs that our local. Id give it 10 stars if I could

Saturdays are half off, but get there early as it gets REALLY crowded. Good selection of womens jeans, can often find designer clothes, good selection of mens shirts (not necessarily in jeans or shoes). Good odds and ends, and great selection of scarves. Selection of household and furniture can be great.

Personally I prefer ARC to Goodwill. They seem to have better items and especially better clothes and furniture. As ARCs go its pretty much just like any other. Their half off Saturdays (on specific color tagged items) is a regular fixture in my life.

This is a very nice store. Clean and open. Don’t go there much because it’s too far away from me. But I usually find something awesome and don’t have to wash my hands after handling stuff here.

Large and relatively clean. They did not have prices marked on a lot of things and ended up charging more than they were supposed to on at least one item. It was tagged for a sale and when I asked the clerk seemed disinterested in my question.However, 3/5 because compared to the only other thrift store in the area they are great.

50% off on all but blue items. I found two spring tops, a wall hanging and a pretty Easter plate. It was a ling waiting line to buy my items but otherwise it was a pleasant visit.

Decent stock at the time I was there. Its thrift store but there is a great deal of items. But what surprised me was how clean it was. Helpful staff in loading new/used dresser. Defiantly better than the majority than others around

I like this store, they always have very good selection of nice clothes, however lately the prices have increased a lot ! 7.99 for a pair of no brand name pants ?? When in another stores are 4.99 or kids shirts 4.99 while another stores price them at 2.99...I also saw men dress shoes 60.00 dls !! Yeah, they were brand new but still is a thrift shop and te arc gets free stuff they shouldn’t be that greedy.

Daniel, the production (?) supervisor, is quite impolite and has an attitude. Especially toward individuals with disabilities who volunteer. Ironic.... since Arc Thrift Stores fund advocacy services for people with disabilities. Chip, however is always friendly and welcoming!

I wish I had gotten the gentlemans name at the Arc donation dock at 8100 Quebec Avenue, because he was so helpful and polite. I was so impressed that I will be making a cash donation to ARC in addition to the goods I donated.

One of my favorite Arc thrift stores

I bought a console table last week & couldn’t fit it in my car, was told they would hold it for 3 days. My husband went to pick it up the next day & was told it was sold, again, 1 hour after I had originally bought it. The associate that gave me the receipt assured me no one would take it with the pink receipt taped to it, and would put it in the back and I actually believed her. Well, never again will I be shopping in that store.

Checking out and the clerk rounded my price up to the nearest whole dollar after being charged sales tax. This was after he bickered with another staff member about breaks. Otherwise the store hosts a decent selection.

Im always finding very good deals on stuff, they always seem to have a pretty full store. The stuff is priced pretty good.

Love the store, its large and has lots of unique items. Only peeve I have is that they lock their changing room doors (took me forever to find someone who had a key!) and are very picky about how many items I could take in to try on. (had to drop the clothes I couldnt take in on the floor in front of the changing room, try on clothes, put my normal clothes back on after I was done, take clothes I didnt want to the rack. Ask someone to open the door again so I could take more stuff in to try on.) I NEVER been to a thrift store where someone had to open the changing room door for me! There is an Arc on Bowles and they have doors open, what a pain to hunt someone down for a key at this place! I mean, I frown upon theft at any store, but come on, its a thrift store! Most of the items are donated for free and I have a handful of clothes I just want to try on with no hassle.

Pretty pricey. I found a dress from Target there and it was only $2 less than if Id bought it brand new. Also the cashier wasnt very nice, barking out next and not saying please or thank you. I also asked two workers standing around if they could open the fitting room for me and they stared at me without responding. Luckily another worked offered to open it for me. Im not sure if this is because of a staff change over, but it didnt used to be like that.
