I paid you guys $50 to tell me if a coin was real or not and in the end you can’t tell me. I’m left in the same position I was before and out $50. You didn’t do the job I paid you for and won’t offer a refund. I will never use ANACS again and I would tell people not to send coins in for grading since the grading companies are becoming lazier with their grading in order to get you to send in the coin again so they can collect more money for you.

Good customer service. Prices make sense. Turn around is timely. Not sure why anyone would complain or give this place anything other then 5 stars. Bunch of whiners out there.

If you want a coin graded for the hell of it go with these people. If you want to sell, nobody accepts their grading, not even JM Bullion

The BNA Im a member of has ANACS at our monthly shows. Its my second time having coins graded and so far a good value and fair grades. I have 3 aughters who will be inheriting my collection and having certain coins graded I hope will prevent low ball offer(s) from a dealer if they choose to sell after Im gone.

ANACS was helpful in that they gave us a preliminary grade at no charge. They also gave us volumes of info regarding upcoming shows. ETC.

Some of the best graders in the business. Grading is tight, but fair. Turnaround timesare right on.. Paul and Andrew make ANACS customer service the most personal of theBig three grading services. I like that they do all coins, especially ancient roman andgreek. They do more types of coins than any other service. 95% of my coins are in ANACSholders. P.S, they are also charge less than PCGS, NGC by over half.

Terrible customer service and a bad rep in the business make for more loss than the average collector should have to deal with. Generally understood that ANACS is second-class grading these days and their staff is a nightmare, all the way to the top. I had to open a Better Business report to get my coins back at all. You are better off at NGC or PCGS, or even ICG, than here.

I got my coins back in 8 days using 15 day service! Great holders, although they are probably not air tight since I found that they are not water tight.

I went to anacs yesterday to have my 1995 W set graded a heavy set woman came out and started taking the coins out of the holders, the 1st coin she got hold of was the silver eagle and she dropped it from about a 1ft off the table and was very careless and dropping all of the coins. I wish I had not taken my coins there .
