I have MS and have needed catheters for years, which 180 has always supplied with great care and service.Recently my insurance went from Medicaid to Medicare, and like all government things, it was a big fat mess for a moment to get me switched over. 180 Medical handled this with their usual expert care, and.even caught and corrected a numbers mistake in the process. The people who work here are top notch. Cant say enough good things about them. If you are new to cathing you can relax because theyve got this.

My experience with 180 Medical is nothing less than STELLAR. I have advanced M.S. and almost half my spine is encased in titanium. Or...Im a mess! In the seven years of having to cath, I have used several other companies including Liberator. I will not spend time what issues I had along the way. There is nothing that is more important than my catheters. The one and only provider I have, including my doctors, testing or whatever. 180 IS HANDS DOWN THE EXTREME BEST THERE IS! I never worry now about the timely arrival of my supplies. It is nice to have 100% reliability in a land where mistakes happen. And, now...needless to say, their customer service is awesome. This company will not let you down...Period!
