I’d stuck with this practice 10+ years - it was bad enough waiting upwards of two hours just to be put into a room and wait another 20-30 minutes to actually see doctor every time we had an appointment! Today was the last straw!! my telehealth appointment today (scheduled at 8:00am began at 8:27am), when the visit concluded clearly Judy Mochizuki unaware she neglected to end the video call, turned to coworker, I watched and listened as the two of them proceeded to belittle and mock me. This is totally unprofessional, and unacceptable! I’ve already moved my family to another practice and wouldn’t recommend this practice to anyone ever!

If I could give them less than one star I would. Waiting 120 mins after the designated appointment time is ridiculous. They charged me for the co-pay which I never received services for, because I walked out when the person at the front so graciously went back and checked on how long it would be. Finishing her duties at the front and then yelling out my name 20 mins later she told me, “ it would still be at least another 45 mins”. In which I replied, “maybe you should communicate that at the beginning of the check in that it could be up to two hours before the doctor can see you.” Really disappointed.

I love this office! My family and I have seen both Dr. Arnold and Dr. Judy Mochizuki. They are both very personably and easy to talk to. If youre looking for a Dr. who will be honest and take their time to make sure your receive the correct treatment then youve come to the right place. The other reviews mention having to wait. And Ill admit that this is sometimes true. However, Thats to be expected at any Doctors office. They are definitely worth it.

I wish I could adequately explain how frustrated I am with this practice. To start, I am not the person who complains repeatedly. I give people the benefit of the doubt and multiple chances - even if they dont deserve them. Before I went to this office, I read the reviews and I still give it a chance. For my initial visit, I was greeted in a timely manner, I was taken back 2 minutes after my scheduled appointment time and the nurse was awesome. I thought wow, the reviews were wrong, this place is great. I was concerned about a few different things so they decided to do blood work and Dr. Davis told me the results would be in on the following my Monday (my appointment was on a Wednesday). I expected her to call me when the results came in Monday. She never called. The results werent uploaded to the online patient portal. I called that day and the office staff confirmed my results were received at the office. No call from the Dr. on Tuesday. No results uploaded to the patient portal. Wednesday I called and they told me the Dr. hadnt even reviewed my blood work results yet. Fast forward to today - the following Monday - the office has now had my blood work results for a solid week. They still arent uploaded to the online patient portal and the Dr. still hasnt called me. I have called at least 6 times. I have messaged them through the online portal. I am greeted with attitude, as if my wanting my blood work results is an inconvenience to a drs office. So while my initial visit went well, and I thought the Dr. was thorough - this is no way to run a practice. Save yourself and just dont go here.

Dr. Arnold is the absolute best. Ive been seeing her since 2015 and I hope she never retires because I refuse to go to any other doctor.Yes, I have had to wait sometimes. But the amount of care I get from Dr Arnold is 100% worth it.

Im surprised at the negative reviews. I have seen all the doctors there for 10 years and am super happy there. Yes, Dr Arnold is, at times, a long wait, but she wouldnt have such a long wait if she wasnt in high demand and people didnt really like her. She DEF takes the time with you that I feel you need at a family practice. I will continue to see these doctors because I feel safe there and I get the medical care I need from a family office.

Our appointment was at 10:30am with Dr. Arnold. We arrived on time and were asked to wait. At 11:00am, I asked where the doctor was. The receptionist informed us that we would be taken to the exam room in the next 10-20 minutes, but we would likely not be seen by the doctor for about 20 minutes after that. I had to leave as I could not take that much time off work, but my mother stayed for her procedure. When she was finally seen by the doctor at least 60 minutes after our scheduled appointment time, the equipment to be used during the procedure was not functioning. The procedure had to be rescheduled again (this is the second time this procedure has had to be scheduled due to faulty equipment).I understand that doctors can be tied up with patient correspondence and other duties that might slightly affect patient wait times. However, the amount of wait time coupled with the faulty equipment frustrates and baffles me.Some suggestions to the office staff:- If patients are waiting more than ten minutes past their appointment time, please get updates from the doctor regarding when theyll be seen. This can help patients feel seen and heard instead of ignored.- Since this doctors timeliness seems to be a consistent issue (gleaned from other Google reviews), I recommend scheduling less appointments throughout the day and giving her additional buffer time. Its odd that an adult professional cannot keep a tighter schedule, but perhaps she just needs more time with each patient.- Prior to a procedure, test the equipment in the office to ensure its in working order. This is especially effective if its not equipment you regularly use.Providing quality customer service requires some thought and care to be applied ahead of time. Consider updating your office procedures so these issues stop happening.

I am surprised by the low reviews. I started seeing Dr. Arnold in around 2004 and I have been incredibly happy with my care through the practice. I agree that there have been times when I have waited a long time, but most times I am in and out in reasonable time. What I truly like, is that she spends time with me that is needed. When I have had medical issues that needed greater attention she gave it to me. I also see Judy the PA and have great care from her too.

Had an 11 am appointment, was not brought into the exam room until noon and was not seen by a doctor until 1. That being said, Jennifer Anorld is an amazing doctor. Hate to admit it but it was honestly worth the wait to see her! I would recommend going to this Doctor, just know you may have to wait a while .once you see Jennifer Im sure you will appreciate her personality and enjoy your visit.

These people with negative comments should consider to understand that not “every Dr. is for every patient”, no need to bash the Dr. just find another one who might be better for you. I have yet to find a Dr.’s office that will fulfill your every refill, most times it’s not the Dr.’s denying your prescriptions, it’s the insurance companies. The staff comes and goes, (like most medical offices) unfair for a 3 year ago comment to reflect the image of the office today. I think the staff & MD are great!

Dr. Arnold is an amazing doctor who has helped me through countless medical issues. Yes her wait time can be a bit long, but it is because she takes the time to thoroughly go through medical history to accurately and efficiently diagnose and treat. She has found out whats wrong with me after countless other doctors failed to do so. I am very grateful to have her as my primary care physician!

I love Dr. Arnold, she is a wonderful and caring doctor! Her staff is not so great. There are a few nurses that are amazing! And then there is a nurse I DREAD seeing. He does not listen to anything I say and does not know how to enter in the CPT codes properly so my chart is incorrect. The other nurse, is a young guy who is so great. He listens, he cares and doesn’t make me feel bad for coming in. While the older nurse is always making me feel bad for wasting his time and makes me feel as if I am lying. However, Dr. Arnold makes up for all of that. She is absolutely wonderful and takes the time to listen and really understand what the problem is. And she isn’t a pill pusher like so many other doctors I have seen in the past.

Terrible, terrible experience time and time again, and certainly the last time I will ever be going there. Unfortunately I had the displeasure of working with Dr. Arnold. Let me begin by telling you that my appointment was at 11am and I wasnt seen for 3 hours AFTER my appointment time. This was the second time this has happened. Due to the encouragement of my mother telling me to stay because I needed to see someone for my back pain I stayed and waited. When the doctor finally came to see me she asked general questions about my physical and mental health. Dr. Arnold continued to interrupt me as I tried to discuss what was wrong with my back and how things in my personal life were. She fails to look you in the eye or offer any type of sincerity when she speaks to you. Dr. Arnold NEVER told me what was wrong with my back and told me to ice it and take ibuprofen (big help there). She then accused me of wanting narcotics when I asked if there was anything else that would help. She handed me a business card with a therapist name on it and said I should leave and stop wasting my time and walked out of the room. Unbelievable... I would never refer someone to the care of this doctor. Shes unprofessional, lacks empathy, and has zero respect for her patients time. My mother couldnt believe what had happened. Take this review for what its worth. A poorly run practice with disappointing doctors.

Horrible. Disrespectful P.A., my husband was experiencing severe back pain. He was told that he needed to lose weight, do yoga, and physical therapy (even though he just lost 80 lbs from a low fat diet and exercise) I admit, I was a little argumentative because I knew it was something more than sore muscles. Overnight his symptoms worsened. I knew something terrible was wrong, he had a fever and swelling in his back. The next day we went to the E.R. and turns out he had a kidney infection! And come to think of it the P.A. didnt even examine him, we waited over 2hours for her to make it seem as though we were making a big deal out nothing. Horrible experience, save yourself a 2 to 3 hour wait time and go somewhere else where they actually care about their patients.

Had a mole removed thats been removed before so I made a specific request for no biopsy. They completely ignored this, incorrectly submitted the test so they charged extra, and stuck me with the bill. These people are nice but generally dont seem to know what they are doing, especially in admin. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, LITERALLY!

I left in tears. The doctors did not know the difference between a physical and a biometric screen. One doctor actually LAUGHED at me for getting upset when they asked me to take my clothes off for it. 1) you dont take your clothes off for a blood draw or finger stick, 2) a biometric screen is not a physical and 3) it is not necessary to take clothes off to listen to someones lungs (their lame justification for asking me to undress). I feel like they have a sick desire to make patients disrobe for no reason other than to make them feel vulnerable. I have never had a doctor laugh in my face for being upset at their staffs lack of professionalism. The staff was rude and unprofessional as well - to the point that I actually recorded all of the above happening (doctor laughing, etc.) because I was so uncomfortable with the situation. So glad I have it for when I file a claim with the AMA.I literally feel violated. Do not go to this practice. The practice is outdated, the equipment old, the staff rude and the doctors utterly unprofessional and behind on the times. I know what a biometric screening is, how is it that a doctor does not? Aboslutely horrifying experience.

The number of calamities and mishaps that I have experienced with this office are too long to list, yet I continued to try for in truth the people are friendly and I do not think they are ill intended, that said... This office is a mess. The kicker is I have yet to receive the results of a biopsy done on October 30th, yes almost three months ago. This is despite multiple calls and requests. And it wasnt just me. A friend and I were both referred here and tried the office together and her experience was a mirror of mine, lost blood work, no response.Sadly this office just does not have it together.

I HATE this office!!! The wait time is always insanely long. Dr. Arnold never seems to know what is going on. The admins/schedulers never seem to know whats going on. I ALWAYS have to follow up with office for prescriptions to be filled. And anytime a prescription runs out due to lack of sufficient refills (they never give me a normal set like 6 or 12 months), the office requires another visit...meaning more $$ for them. If you value your time and/or sanity avoid this practice at all cost!

I have to agree with most of the comments....their staff is TERRIBLE!!! They are rude, they think they know everything, so they dont listen to what youre saying, then inevitably something goes wrong w/ the claim theyve filed and they just send the bill to be...as if to say, sorry....your insurance didnt pay, so you need to remit payment! If they would just take the time to listen in the first place, all of the trouble would have been avoided.Dr. Arnold and Christy Cooley are great!....Dr. Arnold is funny and she does know her stuff, but she can go off on tangents and that is why I believe that shes never on time, but I always accepted that part of my visits because she would spend a great deal of time with me trying to make sure she understood what my problem or issue was. I have literally been there for 3+ hours before, but at least 45-60 minutes was spent w/ me, so I appreciate that the doctors are thorough. I, just like another commenter, had to switch practices because their office staff was so terrible. Unbelievably terrible. They always make you feel as though youre inconveniencing them. Youll walk in the door and stand at their counter and there will be 3 office staff sitting there and not one of them will greet you....until theyre ready, and that can be up to a minute or two. Often times I would say something to them, and of course they would check me in right away, but why wouldnt they just acknowledge the fact that I am there. They are less then 2 feet away, so they know youre standing there.Last, but certainly not least, I have literally overheard their own staff talk badly about other staff members. How unprofessional is that??? I think its very unprofessional.*** I would like to note that i have waited over 8 months to comment, so I am not a bitter patient who is upset about one issue hitting the internet to tarnish their name. This is my honest opinion and I am not clouded with anger or anything that happened recently***If they got rid of all of their office staff and started over with new, competent staff members, I would definitely go back!

I have been seeing doctors in this practice for many years, and I really cant say enough about them. Dr. Jennifer Arnold is my primary care doctor, and she always takes the time to listen and actually hear what you say as a patient. Dr Arnold gives alot of weight to what you, the patient, says and will work with you to get the best treatment options that work for YOU. Teresa Holson is a Nurse Practicioner and she is absolutely wonderful as well. All of the office staff are helpful, patient and kind. If you are looking for a medical office where the patient comes first, this is the place to go.
