Elspeth is AMAZING! I never write reviews but I just had to give her a shout out. I have been dealing with a sharp pain in my back/ shoulder blade for YEARS and I got amazing relief after ONE SESSION. She knows the anatomy of the body so well and how one thing can effect another. She has also done visceral work on me and, although I was admitidly a bit sceptical at first, I have had great results with that as well. Thanks Elspeth.. see you in a few weeks!

Ive worked with dozens of massage therapist and Elspeth has a very effective approach to solving problems in a therapeutic manner. I value her knowledge not only with skeletal muscles, but what she knows about the visceral system and the importance of that area.

There are many massage therapists, but Elspeth does an excellent job of finding problems and working them away. I was surprised at how good I felt after her massage.

Elspeth is a fantastic practitioner! I have been seeing her for over a year, and have seen dramatic improvements in my tension and pain. I used to experience headaches on a regular basis, and they have disappeared with regular massages. Elspeth gives the best deep-tissue massage I have ever had. In addition to a great massage, she also provides stretches and other self-care techniques for me to use in between sessions. I highly recommend her!
