I absolutely love my sessions with Abby! I saw a different hypnotherapist about 3 years ago and didnt fully get what I was looking for. Abbys technique and intake were so thorough. I am very Type A and we addressed that during the intake and that helped me go into hypnosis so much easier than the previous time I tried. I would also consider myself a more spiritual person, and she also created space for that to be incorporated into my sessions. I did a 6 session package and I got so much more out of it than I ever anticipated! I did half of my sessions virtually because I travel for work, and the virtual sessions were just a impactful as the in person sessions. Abby is amazing! I felt so comfortable with her right away. I didnt know many people that had done hypnotherapy before trying it myself with Abby. We worked on (and fixed!) the issue that I had originally gone in to see her for, then it blossomed into so much more. I worked on my relationship with my parents. That brought so much peace to my life that I never knew I needed. If you were ever curious about hypnotherapy, know that Abby is the right person for you. I cant put it fully into words- her patient, soothing, non-judgmental energy put me at ease right away and I new I was safe with her.

I started seeing Abby last year and the results are really shining through. By all accounts 2020 has been a terrible year, but truly Ive never felt better! I cut dead emotional weights by addressing my trauma and the negative talk that played on repeat.
