I have been with State Farm since 1979, and Sean Slaters agency since 2001. Of all of the good agencies Ive had over the years, Sean and his staff are the cream of the crop. Always responsive, they follow up on issues, and they treat me like a friend, even though I rarely see them (thankfully because I dont have car accidents or homeowner claims). Sean and his team at State Farm are the BEST! Following my initial policy review, he was able to find areas to reduce my premiums and increase my coverage. His team - Becky, Heidi and Chelsea - are all great. They are responsive and knowledgeable! Over the years, we have had claims (we have teenage drivers) and Sean has made the process very easy and the claims process was more than fair too. Getting very tired of talking to people who dont listen. Explained I didnt have the stupid beacons for the drive safe and safe program, then I keep getting emails pestering me why I have not completed the setup!Now they tell me I have to call to request these.Been with this agency for over two years, and have yet to hear from Mr. Slater. I do get an enormous amount of junk mail from them though.

My girlfriend and I were driving on I-70 this afternoon when we were struck by another vehicle. I realized I had forgotten my insurance card at home. I called Sean’s office. Sean answered the phone. I told home what happened and he immediately asked if everyone was ok. Fortunately, everyone was fine. I told him I had forgotten my card and gave him my email.
