I had TKO install a bathroom fan and it was generally a good experience and the fan looks great, but they left a big hole in the drywall on the ceiling and punched through a different wall with a flexible bit. I can fix it myself I guess but I was surprised and disappointed that they did not offer to fix it. It sounded like the two guys were not necessarily super experienced. Both said they were doing parts of this installation for the first time (duct work and something with the exterior vent). I like the fan and the switch they installed, but I am bummed I still have drywall to fix and clean up. Probably would not work with these guys again.Edit: TKO did call me back after seeing my review and offered to fix the wall damage, but I had already started fixing it so I did not take them up on the offer.

I havent used TKO for service, but Im disappointed that they dont respectWillow Creeks neighborhood rules and they part their work trucks on the main street that goes through the neighborhood where everyone can see the trucks. They are violating HOA and City of Centennial rules, but it is difficult to enforce, since they arent consistent with when they park. The sheriff office says that, it is up to us to prove that they are parking there in violation of the rules. I know that I wont use them for any service, since if they are willing to break the rules and park their work trucks in the middle of the neighborhood. It is unsightly and wrong of them, so how can I trust them to do high quality work if I needed their services. They should respect our neighborhood and regulations.

TKO was able to provide quick, efficient service for an electrical emergency (live wire in the house). They were friendly and reasonably-priced.

TKO Electrical is a WONDERFUL company to work with. They are responsive, professional, high quality, and responsive. They always get our work done SUPER quick, most times even same day which we appreciate. (some things just cant wait) They are easy to get a hold of, great to communicate with, can do bids really quickly and get the work done. We will never use anyone else. They are a family owned (husband and wife) business which we also appreciate and support. Weve shopped their bids and they offer market fair pricing and we know exactly who and what we are going to get when we hire them. I will never work with another company. TKO is the BEST!

Weve used them twice now and are very happy with the service. The first time was for moving outlets to behind our TVs so there were no wires hanging down on the wall. We also had a ceiling fan installed. The second time was to install outdoor lights over the garage. They were professional, on time and fair on pricing both times. I highly recommend TKO Electrical, HVAC & Plumbing.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Bad service by TKO electric in diagnosing the issue with AC unit. Also, they switched the size and make of the unit from what was written in the proposal. They did not mention this to the homeowner and did not credit the correct amount for the price difference. They did poor job, and after complaining many times they came and fixed the issues. Took more than 7 days to fix the condenser and evaporator coil. Be very careful doing business with them. Actual issue was with the controller board. TKO did not diagnose that problem to start with. They replaced the AC units and the unit still did not work. Finally they decided to change the control board and the unit started working. They charged me for the board and installation. Original proposal was for Rheem 4.0 ton unit and they installed cheaper Goodman 3.5 ton unit without discussing with me. Gave me $84.00 credit when the actual market value shows $288 price difference.- Billing issue- Changed units after I signed the proposal without telling me. Returned 1/3 the market value price difference.-Did not diagnose the problem correctly. Charged me for extra work they had not diagnosed.-Multiple issues with the work they perfumed. Painful experience to call them back and get things fixed. Took longer time and multiple visits. Eventually they fixed the installation issues.

You really can’t get better than these folks. Don’t waste your time elsewhere. TKO will come, give you a fair estimate, and deliver every time. We moved into an old house that needed a variety of repairs. They gave us great (money-saving) advice and just gave us top notch service. I will never call another company. They’ve become our true one stop shop.

As a new homeowner who didnt know were to start, I would highly recommend TKO Electrical to anyone looking for a honest assessment and fair price. We previously had TKO quote a new system as we knew our AC/HVAC was near the end of its useful life. Our AC finally decided to die out the first week of July. Ty (the owner) and his team were quick to address all of our needs and concerns, answering all of our questions as to the proper unit size for our house and different energy efficient options. After helping us make a decision on the unit, TKO was able to come out the following day for installation. Our technician, Pierre, worked extremely hard to get our job done in an efficient manner and get our AC back on in the scorching heat. It truly was our pleasure to have Pierre on the job. Ty installed an attic fan in my townhouse. Ty is timely, efficient, neat, professional, friendly, courteous and knows his stuff. His prices were also more than fair for the time he put in. I highly recommend him. I will use him again and again. Since all but one of Tys reviews are 5-star, I think Ross Gentry (the 1-star reviewer) needs to explain his 1-star disapproval instead of leaving it with no explanation.

Ty is a fantastic electrician and a pleasure to deal with. He came highly recommended by many people in our neighborhood. He helped us modernize/update the electrical system and lighting throughout our 1970s house. He is very responsive to what you would like to do, did a nice job with lighting design, was very personable. Overall it was an excellent experience.

When I made the appointment, a two-hour time window two days later was provided. The TKO electrician showed up right on schedule near the start of the time window. When I explained the symptoms that I was experiencing with one of the circuits, the technician suspected a bad connection inside the main panel. Sure enough, within a minute after opening the panel he found the problem and was able to repair it quickly and get the circuit functioning properly.

I would highly recommend TKO Electrical if you need an electrician. I called Ty for a problem I was having and he was at my house within 45 minutes! He troubleshooted the problem quickly, and charged a very reasonable fee. He is professional, knowledgeable and a nice, friendly guy. If I need an electrician in the future, I will definitely be calling him!

This was an average to below average experience for us. Yes the job was completed, and yes everything works, however, we had to ask for some things to be re-done. For example, conduit was used to run the wires thru but the conduit was hung up in a squiggly line, not a straight line. For cosmetic reasons we wanted it hung up in a straight line from point A to point B. Secondly, we had to ask for the technician to sweep up the mess that was made. He did not have a broom or a dust pan with him but a very small air blower that wasnt much of one but eventually did the job to a semi-satisfactory manner. If this work would have been completed inside our house vs it being done in our garage, I would have required it to have been swept up better. We expected these things to be common sense practice/workmanship but unfortunately we had to ask for them to be done. For some people these may be minor issues, but for us we believe its the small things that set businesses apart and make them stand out because they do the small things.
